Temiz hava i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle<strong> PM2.5<\/strong> i\u00e7in ulusal limitlerin DS\u00d6 hava kalitesi k\u0131lavuzu ile uyumlu olmas\u0131 ve PM2.5 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm istasyon say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de PM2.5 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerinin \u00fclke genelinde yayg\u0131n olmamas\u0131 ve PM2.5 s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferine ili\u015fkin bir mevzuat\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte olmamas\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck eksiklik olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l Avrupa Birli\u011fi M\u00fcktesebat\u0131na uyum \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde haz\u0131rlanan ve hen\u00fcz taslak a\u015famas\u0131nda olan yeni y\u00f6netmelik de ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaktan uzak. Hen\u00fcz y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmemekle birlikte taslak mevzuatta PM2.5 s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferinin 2021\u2019de <strong>y\u0131ll\u0131k 30 \u03bcg\/m3 olmas\u0131 azalarak 2029 i\u00e7in 25 \u03bcg\/m3\u2019e ula\u015fmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Ancak bu de\u011ferler DS\u00d6\u2019n\u00fcn ne eski ne de yeni de\u011ferlerini kar\u015f\u0131lam\u0131yor, hatta DS\u00d6\u2019n\u00fcn y\u0131ll\u0131k 5 \u03bcg\/m3 olarak belirledi\u011fi yeni s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferinin neredeyse 5-6 kat \u00fczerinde. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u0130S\u0130P a\u011f\u0131nda yer alan sa\u011fl\u0131k uzmanlar\u0131na g\u00f6re 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klanan yeni DS\u00d6 hava kalitesi s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferleri dikkate alarak hava kirlili\u011fi ile m\u00fccadele edilmesi, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla y\u00f6netmelikte belirlenen de\u011ferlerin bu do\u011frultuda g\u00fcncellenerek y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesi gerekiyor. Temiz Hava Hakk\u0131 ve \u00c7\u0130S\u0130P\u2019deki uzmanlar\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re <strong>DS\u00d6\u2019n\u00fcn eski k\u0131lavuz de\u011ferlerine uyulsayd\u0131 dahi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 45 bin erken \u00f6l\u00fcm engellenebilirdi. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana ge\u00e7erli olan daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck alt s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferlerine uyulmas\u0131 halinde ise daha fazla erken \u00f6l\u00fcm engellenebilecek.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hava Kirlili\u011fi Y\u00fcksek Tansiyon ve Sigara Kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan Sonra En B\u00fcy\u00fck Sa\u011fl\u0131k Riski<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hava kirlili\u011f<\/strong>i<strong>nin her y\u0131l 8 milyon erken \u00f6l\u00fcme yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahmin ediliyor.<\/strong> Bu \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin 4.2 milyonu sanayi, trafik ve \u0131s\u0131nma gibi kaynakl\u0131 d\u0131\u015f ortam hava kirlili\u011fi, 3.8 milyonu ise evlerde \u0131s\u0131nma ve yemek ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lan yak\u0131tlardan kaynaklanan i\u00e7 ortam hava kirlili\u011fi nedeniyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor.\u00a0 <strong>Y\u00fcksek tansiyon, t\u00fct\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 hastal\u0131klardan sonra \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00f6nde gelen \u00f6l\u00fcm nedeni hava kirlili\u011fi.<\/strong> 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda<strong> D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan K<strong>\u00fcresel Hastal\u0131k Y\u00fck\u00fc<\/strong> ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na g\u00f6re d\u00fcnya genelinde kad\u0131nlarda <strong>2.92 milyon<\/strong> \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn (t\u00fcm kad\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin %11,3\u2019\u00fc), erkeklerde<strong> 3.75 milyon<\/strong> \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn (t\u00fcm erkek \u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin %12,2\u2019si) hava kirlili\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi hesapland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise,<strong> \u00c7\u0130S\u0130P<\/strong>\u2019de yer alan uzmanlar\u0131n da destek verdi\u011fi <strong>Temiz Hava Hakk\u0131 Platformu<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanan ve DS\u00d6 2005 de\u011ferlerini baz alan ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re <strong>2017 &#8211; 2019 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda<\/strong> hava kirlili\u011fi nedeniyle<strong> trafik kazalar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> neredeyse<strong> 6-7 kat\u0131<\/strong> kadar<strong> \u00f6l\u00fcm<\/strong> ya\u015fand\u0131. Ayn\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re hava kirlili\u011fi DS\u00d6 k\u0131lavuz de\u011ferine indirilseydi; 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda t\u00fcm \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin %7,9\u2019u (31.476 \u00f6l\u00fcm) ve 2018 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin <strong>%12,13<\/strong>\u2019\u00fc (45.398 \u00f6l\u00fcm) \u00f6nlenebilirdi. Dr. Semih Ayta <\/strong>\u201cHava kirlili\u011finden etkilenmeyen organ ve sistem neredeyse yoktur. \u00d6zellikle <strong>kalp damar<\/strong> ve <strong>solunum sistemleri<\/strong> daha \u00e7ok etkilenmektedir. <strong>Maruziyet d\u00fczeyi<\/strong> ve <strong>s\u00fcresi<\/strong> ile <strong>kalp damar hastal\u0131k riski<\/strong> artsa da yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla g\u00fcvenli bir e\u015fik de\u011fer olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucuna var\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Anne karn\u0131nda <strong>metil civa, kur\u015fun<\/strong> gibi a\u011f\u0131r metallere maruz kalman\u0131n \u00e7ocukta <strong>IQ d\u00fczeylerini<\/strong> etkileyebildi\u011fi kabul edilmektedir. \u00c7ocuk hastalarla yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, gene \u00f6zg\u00fc <strong>DNA metilasyonunun<\/strong> hava kirlili\u011fi ile ast\u0131m ataklar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki olas\u0131 arac\u0131 rol\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya koymu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Uzman\u0131, Prof. Dr. \u00c7i\u011fdem \u00c7a\u011flayan <\/strong><em>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda 19 milyon \u00e7ocu\u011fun (0-<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-153274\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/cigdem-caglayan.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"270\" height=\"258\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/cigdem-caglayan.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/cigdem-caglayan-300x286.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/cigdem-caglayan-419x400.jpg 419w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/cigdem-caglayan-52x50.jpg 52w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/cigdem-caglayan-500x477.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 270px) 100vw, 270px\" \/>14 ya\u015f, n\u00fcfusun %23\u2019\u00fc) ortalama 49 \u03bcg\/m3 PM10\u2019a maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin ediyoruz. Ayn\u0131 y\u0131l i\u00e7in DS\u00d6 ara\u00e7lar\u0131yla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada maruz kal\u0131nan PM10 kirlili\u011fi eski DS\u00d6 s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclseydi, 2018\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen 8.959 hastane ba\u015fvurusunun, %17,8 akut \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn ve %11,9 bebek \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6nlenebilece\u011fi saptad\u0131k.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00dclke \u00e7ap\u0131nda hava kirlili\u011finin izlenmesi halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan al\u0131nacak tedbirlerde b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor \u00d6zellikle PM2.5 i\u00e7in ulusal limitlerin DS\u00d6 hava kalitesi k\u0131lavuzu ile uyumlu olmas\u0131 ve PM2.5 istasyon say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 ve veri eri\u015fiminin kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 at\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Uzman\u0131, Dr. \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Melike Yavuz<\/strong> \u201cFosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-153275\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/melike-yavuz.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"270\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/melike-yavuz.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/melike-yavuz-288x300.jpg 288w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/melike-yavuz-384x400.jpg 384w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/melike-yavuz-48x50.jpg 48w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/melike-yavuz-500x521.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 270px) 100vw, 270px\" \/>hava kalitesini iyile\u015ftirebilir. K\u0131sa s\u00fcre \u00f6nce yay\u0131mlanan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131 8,7 milyon \u00f6l\u00fcme neden olmu\u015ftur. \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi kaynakl\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hava Olaylar\u0131, hava Kirlili\u011fi ve aero alerjenlerdeki art\u0131\u015f sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan solunum hastal\u0131klar\u0131 nedeniyle \u00f6l\u00fcmler art\u0131yor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi sebebiyle Avrupa\u2019da 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar kanarya otu poleni hava konsantrasyonunun d\u00f6rt kat\u0131na kadar \u00e7\u0131kabilece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Bu durumdan etkilenen insanlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 33 milyondan 77 milyona \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>DS\u00d6 K\u0131lavuz De\u011ferleri Neden \u00d6nemli?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olumsuz etkileyen<strong> temel hava kirleticiler partik\u00fcl madde (PM10)<\/strong> ve<strong> ince partik\u00fcl madde (PM2.5)<\/strong>, <strong>k\u00fck\u00fcrtdioksit (SO2), azot dioksit (NO2), ozon (O3)<\/strong> ve <strong>karbonmonoksit (CO)<\/strong> olarak bilinmektedir.
