Bunun i\u00e7in de vah\u015fi depolama yerine, \u00fcst\u00fc kapal\u0131 ve modern biyolojik ar\u0131tmal\u0131, metan gaz toplamal\u0131 tesislerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6neriliyor, ancak B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi&#8217;nin bu y\u00f6nde bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in il\u00e7e belediyeleri, \u00e7\u00f6p depolama alan\u0131 i\u00e7in tepki g\u00f6steriyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu durumu mercek alt\u0131na alan Makine Y\u00fcksek M\u00fchendisi Dr. Ali Kemal \u00c7ak\u0131r, konuyu doktora tezi olarak se\u00e7ti. Ege \u00dcniversitesi M\u00fchendislik Fak\u00fcltesi Makina M\u00fchendisli\u011fi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. H\u00fcseyin G\u00fcnerhan&#8217;\u0131n denetiminde yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, ilgin\u00e7 veriler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. \u00c7ak\u0131r, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi b\u00fcnyesinde bir \u015firket kurulmas\u0131n\u0131, 49 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle kat\u0131 at\u0131klar\u0131n toplanmas\u0131, ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131, geri kazan\u0131lmas\u0131, bertaraf\u0131 ve depolanmas\u0131yla ilgili hizmetler vermesini \u00f6nerdi. B\u00f6ylece, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir ve il\u00e7e belediyeleri taraf\u0131ndan bir y\u0131lda \u00e7\u00f6pe harcanan yakla\u015f\u0131k 111 milyon liran\u0131n kamuya kalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6ren \u00c7ak\u0131r, elde edilecek \u00e7\u00f6pten de yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 bin konutun ihtiyac\u0131 kadar elektrik \u00fcretilebilece\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Geli\u015fen d\u00fcnyada h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcyen problemlerden birinin at\u0131k ve at\u0131klar\u0131n bertaraf\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Ali Kemal \u00c7ak\u0131r, &#8220;D\u00fcnya ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de oldu\u011fu gibi \u0130zmir&#8217;de de kat\u0131 at\u0131klar\u0131n, \u00e7evreye en az zarar verecek \u015fekilde bertaraf edilmesi gerekmektedir. Sadece bertaraf etmekle yetinilmeyip bu at\u0131klardan geri kazan\u0131m ve yenilenebilir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak da yararlanmak gerekmektedir. \u0130zmir \u00f6zeli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulunmas\u0131 zaruri olan at\u0131k sorunu hakk\u0131ndaki bilgi ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerilerimi tezimde toplad\u0131m. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131m belediyemiz ve \u0130zmir halk\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 umut ediyorum.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir&#8217;in yo\u011fun g\u00f6\u00e7 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, g\u00fcnde ortalama 4 bin ton \u00e7\u00f6p \u00fcretildi\u011fini belirten Dr. \u00c7ak\u0131r, bunlar\u0131n 1992 y\u0131l\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan Harmandal\u0131 D\u00fczenli Kat\u0131 At\u0131k Depolama Tesisi&#8217;ne g\u00f6nderildi\u011fini anlatt\u0131. Harmandal\u0131&#8217;nda deponi gaz\u0131 i\u00e7in halihaz\u0131rda herhangi bir toplama ve de\u011ferlendirme i\u015flemi yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden \u00c7ak\u0131r, at\u0131klar\u0131n y\u00fczde 60&#8217;\u0131 organik i\u00e7erikli olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen herhangi bir geri kazan\u0131m ama\u00e7l\u0131 enerji tesisi kurulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, oysa bu at\u0131klardan g\u00fcbre yap\u0131labilece\u011fini ifade etti. Ayr\u0131ca, olu\u015fan metan ve karbondioksit gazlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fig\u00fczel do\u011faya sal\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 da ele\u015ftiren Dr. \u00c7ak\u0131r, Harmandal\u0131&#8217;nda 77 adet baca bulundu\u011funu ancak bunlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun kullan\u0131m d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131. \u00c7\u00f6p depolama alanlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksekli\u011finin 25 metreyi ge\u00e7memesi gerekti\u011fini vurgulayarak, \u00e7\u00f6p y\u00fcksekli\u011finin 75 mere civar\u0131nda olmas\u0131n\u0131n ciddi s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lara yol a\u00e7abilece\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir&#8217;de m\u00fccavir alan i\u00e7inde dokuz adet transfer istasyonu bulundu\u011funu, il\u00e7elerin at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n toplanmas\u0131 ve ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131nda aksakl\u0131klar olu\u015ftu\u011funu aktaran Ali Kemal \u00c7ak\u0131r, &#8220;\u0130zmir i\u00e7in 30 y\u0131l\u0131 kapsayacak \u015fekilde bir \u00e7\u00f6p master plan\u0131 yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131nda, Harmandal\u0131 deponi alan\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst \u00f6rt\u00fc tabakas\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7irimsiz hale getirilmesi, alanda ya\u015fanan kaymalar sonucu olu\u015fan gaz ka\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 noktalar\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7irimsiz yap\u0131 veya toprakla kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve alan\u0131n s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi i\u015fleminin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Depolama alan\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00fcst seviyede bulunan s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131 suyunun drenaj\u0131 da yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.&#8221; diye ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Rehabilitasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla alan\u0131n ye\u015fillendirilebilece\u011fini de s\u00f6yleyen \u00c7ak\u0131r, \u015funlar\u0131 ifade etti: &#8220;Yakla\u015f\u0131k 900 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck arazinin \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6rt\u00fclmesiyle geri kazan\u0131m ve enerji de\u011ferlendirme tesisi kurulabilecektir. Alana ilk planda 4,5 MW g\u00fcc\u00fcnde bir enerji tesisi kurulabilir, yani alanda yap\u0131lacak gaz de\u011ferlendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 neticesinde bir kojenerasyon tesisi kurulabilirse bu tesisle yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 bin konutun elektrik enerjisi de sa\u011flanabilecektir. Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler, at\u0131k konusuna kaynak olarak yakla\u015fmakta ve \u00fclke ekonomilerine \u00f6nemli kazan\u00e7lar sa\u011flamaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir m\u00fccavir alan s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, tek bir deponi tesisinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve i\u015fletmeye a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131, kentsel kat\u0131 at\u0131klar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 ve bertaraf\u0131n\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 gibi ileriye d\u00f6n\u00fck maliyetlerin de artmas\u0131na sebep olacakt\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda m\u00fccavir alan s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 dahilinde d\u00fczenli depolama tesis say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ileri teknolojiye sahip kat\u0131 at\u0131k bertaraf sistemiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan deponi tesislerinin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00e7evre ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nem arz etmektedir.
