Bug\u00fcn <strong>\u201cbu y\u0131l da barajlar\u0131m\u0131z doldu\u201d<\/strong> diye seviniyoruz ancak b\u00fcy\u00fck tehlikenin ne yaz\u0131k ki fark\u0131nda de\u011filiz. 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar d\u00fcnyada her d\u00f6rt insandan en az birinin su s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131ndan etkilenece\u011fi tahmin ediliyor. Ya\u015fam kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131z suya daha \u00e7ok sahip \u00e7\u0131kmal\u0131y\u0131z. <strong>Ya\u015fam\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>su kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 verimli kullanma<\/strong> sorumlulu\u011funu yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131z laz\u0131m.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Hi\u00e7bir su, at\u0131k de\u011fildir; t\u00fcm sular\u0131 geri kazanabiliriz<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n sorumlu kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in daha fazla \u00e7aba g\u00f6sterilmesi gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken <strong>Tayfun K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcko\u011flu<\/strong>,<em> \u201c<strong>\u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong>&#8216;m\u0131z\u0131n d\u00fczenledi\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin ilk <strong>\u0130klim \u015euras\u0131<\/strong>&#8216;n\u0131, bu konudaki fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rmak ad\u0131na \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. <strong>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD<\/strong> olarak kat\u0131l\u0131m g\u00f6sterdi\u011fimiz bu ve benzeri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 dikkatle takip ediyor, konuya y\u00f6nelik beyanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 dile getiriyor ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerilerimizi payla\u015f\u0131yoruz. <strong>\u201cS\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma i\u00e7in STK\u2019lar\u201d<\/strong> adl\u0131 AB projemizde, <strong>BM S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Ama\u00e7lar\u0131<\/strong> do\u011frultusunda sekt\u00f6r olarak neler yapabilece\u011fimizi de\u011ferlendirdik. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde <strong>yap\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fc<\/strong>,<strong> su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> y\u00fczde <strong>16<\/strong>&#8216;s\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131yor. \u015eehirlerdeki hava kirlili\u011finin y\u00fczde <strong>23<\/strong>&#8216;\u00fc, sera gaz\u0131 \u00fcretiminin y\u00fczde <strong>50<\/strong>&#8216;si, su kirlili\u011finin y\u00fczde <strong>40<\/strong>&#8216;\u0131 ve kat\u0131 at\u0131\u011f\u0131n y\u00fczde <strong>40<\/strong>&#8216;\u0131 binalar\u0131n sebep oldu\u011fu \u00e7evre sorunlar\u0131 olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda duruyor. Sekt\u00f6r olarak nas\u0131l iyile\u015ftirmeler yapabiliriz konusuna \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz ve bu konuyu \u00f6nemsiyoruz. Sanayi ve konutlardaki<strong> su t\u00fcketimini, ak\u0131ll\u0131 fabrika, ak\u0131ll\u0131 bina, ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015fehir uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong> ile kontrol alt\u0131na alabiliriz. <strong>Hi\u00e7bir su, at\u0131k de\u011fildir<\/strong>; t\u00fcm sular\u0131 geri kazanabiliriz. <strong>Ar-Ge \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131<\/strong> desteklenerek, sular\u0131n yeniden kullan\u0131m\u0131 hedeflenebilir. <strong>Su t\u00fcketimi, at\u0131k su y\u00f6netimi, gri su kullan\u0131m\u0131, ya\u011fmur suyu kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> dahil bir\u00e7ok alanda bilin\u00e7li ve verimli kaynak y\u00f6netimine ihtiya\u00e7 var. Ya\u011fmur sular\u0131n\u0131n sarn\u0131\u00e7lar vas\u0131tas\u0131yla toplan\u0131p basit bir ar\u0131tma i\u015flemi sonras\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilmesi de \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir kazan\u00e7. Bu ve benzeri uygulamalar\u0131n giderek artan kurakl\u0131k sorununun azalmas\u0131na katk\u0131s\u0131 yads\u0131namaz. <strong>21 Ocak 2021<\/strong> tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren ve <strong>2.000 metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck<\/strong> parsellerde yap\u0131lacak binalarda <strong>ya\u011fmur suyu toplama sistemi<\/strong> zorunlulu\u011fu getiren y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Hem <strong>tasarruf<\/strong> hem de<strong> ta\u015fk\u0131nlar\u0131n<\/strong> \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7en bu sistem <strong>iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi<\/strong> sonras\u0131 olu\u015fan ani ya\u011fmurlara kar\u015f\u0131 <strong>\u015fehirleri koruyan<\/strong> \u00f6nemli bir uygulama. Benzer uygulamalar\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeliyiz\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Deniz ve k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z da tehlike alt\u0131nda<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Deniz ve k\u0131y\u0131 ekosistemlerinin korunmas\u0131na da dikkat \u00e7eken <strong>Tayfun K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcko\u011flu\u00a0<\/strong>s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: <em>\u201c<strong>3 milyar\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n<\/strong> insan ge\u00e7imlerini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in <strong>deniz<\/strong> ve <strong>k\u0131y\u0131lardaki biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fe<\/strong> ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131. Deniz ve k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z b\u00fcy\u00fck tehlike alt\u0131nda. <strong>Deniz kirlili\u011finin \u00f6nlenmesi<\/strong> ve <strong>ekosisteminin korunmas\u0131<\/strong> ile <strong>su \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00fcretimini<\/strong> de desteklemeliyiz. Di\u011fer sekt\u00f6rlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda <strong>in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc<\/strong> y\u00fcksek oranda hammadde kullanan; <strong>g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc, kat\u0131 at\u0131k, kirli hava<\/strong> ve <strong>kirli su<\/strong> dahil \u00e7ok miktarda<strong> kirletici \u00fcreten bir sekt\u00f6r<\/strong>. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz, \u00e7evresel performans\u0131yla ilgili <strong>at\u0131k y\u00f6netimi<\/strong> ve <strong>kirlili\u011fi azaltmaya<\/strong> y\u00f6nelik iyile\u015ftirme ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 atarak b\u00fcy\u00fck bir etki yaratma g\u00fcc\u00fcne sahip. Yine plastik ambalaj kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, yeniden kullanma ve <strong>geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7abalar\u0131<\/strong> da gezegenimizdeki ya\u015fam\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir k\u0131lacakt\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye <strong>\u0130MSAD<\/strong> olarak do\u011faya verdi\u011fimiz zarar\u0131 hafifletmeye ve iyile\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6nelik t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 son derece \u00f6nemsiyor ve destekliyoruz.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli konu ise 2021 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana \u00f6zellikle<strong> Marmara Denizi<\/strong>&#8216;ni ciddi bir tehlike alt\u0131nda b\u0131rakan <strong>m\u00fcsilaj sorunu<\/strong>. \u00d6zellikle fazla ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n etkisiyle ar\u0131tmalar\u0131n yetersiz kalmas\u0131 ve ayr\u0131ca m\u00fcsilaja sebep olan <strong>\u00e7evresel fakt\u00f6rlerin d\u00fczelmemesi<\/strong> \u015fu an olmasa bile \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde <strong>m\u00fcsilaj tehdidini<\/strong> yine g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131karabilir.
