Bu kapsamda t\u00fcm kurumlar ile i\u015f birli\u011fi yapmaya haz\u0131r\u0131z\u201d<\/em> mesaj\u0131n\u0131 verdi.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBug\u00fcn, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada ve \u00fclkemizde g\u00fcndemi olu\u015fturan en \u00f6nemli konulardan biri hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz<strong> iklim krizi<\/strong> ve art\u0131k hepimiz d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir <strong>d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm e\u015fi\u011finde<\/strong> oldu\u011funu ve olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini biliyoruz\u201d<\/em> diyen <strong>Ebru Dildar Edin<\/strong>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c\u00c7at\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcm\u00fcz <strong>WBCSD (D\u00fcnya S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma \u0130\u015f Konseyi)\u00a0<\/strong>daha \u00f6nce yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu Vizyon 2050 raporunu ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l <strong>D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Zaman\u0131<\/strong> ad\u0131yla g\u00fcncelledi. T\u00fcrk\u00e7eye \u00e7evirdi\u011fimiz bu raporda, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck kriz oldu\u011fu belirtiliyor. \u00a0Bu krizler; <strong>\u0130klim krizi, Biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlilik Kayb\u0131 ve Sosyal E\u015fitsizlikler<\/strong>. Bu tip kriz s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden \u00f6ncelikle ve en sert \u015fekilde etkilenenler de<strong> toplumun k\u0131r\u0131lgan gruplar\u0131<\/strong> oluyor. Ve ne yaz\u0131k ki <strong>kad\u0131nlar<\/strong> da bu <strong>k\u0131r\u0131lgan gruplar<\/strong> aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.\u00a0Kad\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 ve <strong>kad\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> daha ileriye ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekirken, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 2 senede pandemi, bu s\u00fcrecin duraklamas\u0131na hatta gerilemesine bile yol a\u00e7t\u0131. \u00dcyelerimizden <strong>McKinsey<\/strong>\u2019nin 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131<strong> \u201cWomen in Workplace\u201d<\/strong> ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131nda, pandemi s\u00fcrecinde <strong>kad\u0131nlar\u0131n erkeklere oranla<\/strong> daha fazla i\u015fsiz kald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya konuldu. Yine ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re; <strong>2 milyona yak\u0131n<\/strong> kad\u0131n i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcnden ayr\u0131lma karar\u0131n\u0131n e\u015fi\u011fine geldi.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m oran\u0131 sadece <strong>%34<\/strong> iken OECD ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n <strong>%64<\/strong> oldu\u011funu belirten <strong>Ebru Dildar Edin,<\/strong> <em>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu oran <strong>2025 y\u0131l\u0131na<\/strong> kadar<strong> OECD ortalamas\u0131na<\/strong> ula\u015f\u0131rsa \u00fclkemizin gayri safi milli has\u0131las\u0131<strong> 250 milyar dolar<\/strong> artacak.\u00a0Seneye <strong>8 Mart\u2019a<\/strong> kadar bu ekonomik f\u0131rsat\u0131 \u00fclke olarak de\u011ferlendirmemiz \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli.
