T\u00fcrkiye’de 01 Mart 2022’de Resmi Gazete’de yay\u0131mlanan yeni bir y\u00f6netmelik ile zeytinliklerin maden projelerine a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn hale geldi.<\/b><\/h2>\n

Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong>‘n\u0131n haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Maden Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi’nde<\/strong> De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair Y\u00f6netmelik’te, “elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen madencilik \"\"faaliyetlerinin<\/strong>” zeytinlik alanlar\u0131na denk gelmesi<\/strong> durumunda “zeytin sahas\u0131n\u0131n madencilik faaliyeti y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131na”<\/em> Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan izin verilebilece\u011fi belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n

Buna kar\u015f\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye’de 1939 y\u0131l\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irilen “Zeytincilik Kanunu”<\/strong> ise hala y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte. 3573 say\u0131l\u0131 Zeytincili\u011fin Islah\u0131 ve Yabanilerinin A\u015f\u0131latt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanun,<\/strong> bug\u00fcne kadar zeytinliklerin korunmas\u0131<\/strong>nda kilit rol oynad\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00d6rne\u011fin; 2013-2015’te Manisa’n\u0131n Soma \u0130l\u00e7esi’ne<\/strong> ba\u011fl\u0131 Y\u0131rca Mahallesi’nde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan bir termik santral projesi i\u00e7in 3573 Say\u0131l\u0131 Yasaya dayan\u0131larak<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan Y\u00f6netmelik’te yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle zeytinlikler “kamu yarar\u0131”<\/strong> aranmak ko\u015fuluyla maden<\/strong> ve yenilenebilir enerji projelerine<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131rken \u00e7evre \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131lan davalar sonucunda Dan\u0131\u015ftay<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan iptal edilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n

\u00c7evre Hukuk\u00e7ular\u0131ndan<\/strong> olan Av. G\u00f6khan Cando\u011fan<\/strong>, Dan\u0131\u015ftay’\u0131n bu karar\u0131nda “zeytinliklerin amac\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kullan\u0131ma<\/strong> ve yap\u0131la\u015fmaya a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> anlam\u0131na gelmesinin”<\/em> etkili oldu\u011funu ifade ediyor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
