D\u00fczenlemeyle birlikte, halen<strong> &#8220;C&#8221;<\/strong> olan asgari enerji performans\u0131n\u0131n <strong>&#8220;B&#8221;ye<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131, \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda <strong>kullan\u0131lan yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesi kal\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131nda da<\/strong> bir miktar art\u0131\u015f\u0131 beraberinde getirecek. Bu kapsamda Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 rehberi dikkate ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda cephelerdeki asgari \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesi kal\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131 \u0130stanbul&#8217;da<strong> 5 cm<\/strong>\u2019den <strong>8 cm<\/strong>\u2019ye, Ankara&#8217;da ise <strong>6 cm<\/strong>\u2019den<strong> 9 cm<\/strong>\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kacak. \u00c7at\u0131larda ise kal\u0131nl\u0131k \u0130stanbul\u2019da <strong>10 cm<\/strong>\u2019den <strong>14 cm<\/strong>\u2019ye, Ankara\u2019da ise <strong>12 cm<\/strong>\u2019den <strong>18 cm<\/strong>\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kacak. D\u00f6\u015femelerdeki kal\u0131nl\u0131k art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 Ankara\u2019da <strong>7 cm<\/strong>\u2019den <strong>9 cm<\/strong>\u2019ye, \u0130stanbul\u2019da<strong> 5 cm<\/strong>\u2019den <strong>7 cm<\/strong>\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kacak . Ayr\u0131ca <strong>kaplamal\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcniteleri<\/strong> ile<strong> \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m de\u011ferleri<\/strong> iyile\u015ftirilmi\u015f pencerelerin kullan\u0131m\u0131 artacak. \u00d6te yandan <strong>enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 azaltmak<\/strong> i\u00e7in t\u00fcm binalar\u0131 kapsayan ve enerji verimlili\u011finde<strong> %20<\/strong>\u2019den \u00e7ok daha fazla iyile\u015ftirme hedefleyen d\u00fczenlemelere ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemeliyiz.&#8221; ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Enerji limitlerimiz geli\u015fmi\u015f seviyesine getirilmeli<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2020 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki toplam enerji t\u00fcketiminin <strong>% 33\u00a0<\/strong>gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir pay\u0131n\u0131n binalarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini belirten\u00a0<strong>Eruslu<\/strong>, <em>\u201cGeli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fine y\u00f6nelik bir\u00e7ok ad\u0131m at\u0131larak enerji limitleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken, \u00fclkemizde 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f<strong> enerji limitleri<\/strong> kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. AB\u2019nde 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana yeni kamu binalar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc neredeyse <strong>s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili<\/strong> olarak \u00fcretiliyor. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren ise<strong> t\u00fcm yeni binalar<\/strong> neredeyse<strong> s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili<\/strong> olarak yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bir\u00e7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkede binalar \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmaya y\u00f6nelik birim metrekaredeki y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi <strong>30-50<\/strong> <strong>kW<\/strong> olacak \u015fekilde yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 olarak tasarlan\u0131yor ve in\u015fa ediliyor.\u00a0\u00dclkemizde ise halen bina enerji t\u00fcketimi<strong> 120-150 kW<\/strong> (birim metrekare\/y\u0131l) seviyesinde. Y\u00f6netmelik revizyonu ile kapsama giren toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131 <strong>5 bin metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck<\/strong> olan s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131daki yap\u0131larda enerji t\u00fcketimini <strong>100-120 kW<\/strong> seviyesine \u00e7ekmi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Kapsam d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki binalar ise <strong>120-150kW<\/strong> mertebelerinde enerji t\u00fcketmeye devam edecek. \u00d6zetle hala enerji israf\u0131m\u0131z geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler ile mukayese edildi\u011finde <strong>3<\/strong> ila <strong>5 kat<\/strong> daha fazla. Bir an \u00f6nce <strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Strateji Belgesi<\/strong>\u2019nde de tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere enerji limitlerimiz ve U de\u011ferlerimiz bu revizyonla birlikte geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler seviyesine getirilmeliyiz. Binalarda<strong> \u0131s\u0131tma<\/strong> ve <strong>so\u011futma<\/strong> amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lan <strong>enerjide israf\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7memizin<\/strong> hem toplum hem \u00fclkemiz ekonomisi i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 her f\u0131rsatta vurguluyoruz. Dernek olarak hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz <strong>\u2018Tek yol U d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u2019 kampanyam\u0131zla<\/strong> da U de\u011ferlerinin (\u0131s\u0131 ge\u00e7irgenlik oran\u0131) \u00a0\u00fclke genelinde iyile\u015ftirilmesi konusunda yo\u011fun bir gayret sarf ediyoruz.\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131n in\u015faat maliyeti etkisi olduk\u00e7a azd\u0131r<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131k\u00e7a sa\u011flanacak enerji verimlili\u011finin de ayn\u0131 oranda artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Eruslu \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: <em>\u201cBuna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k kal\u0131nl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n in\u015faat maliyetine etkisi olduk\u00e7a azd\u0131r. Genel olarak uygulamalarda yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesinin maliyetinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, <strong>yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z<\/strong> olarak; iskele kurulumu, elektrik, su gibi alt yap\u0131 maliyetleri; yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, s\u0131va vb. yard\u0131mc\u0131 malzeme maliyetleri; boya, d\u0131\u015f cephe kaplamas\u0131, al\u00e7\u0131 levha gibi i\u00e7 y\u00fczey kaplamalar\u0131, \u015fap gibi tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 malzeme maliyetleri ve i\u015f\u00e7ilik maliyetleri olu\u015fur. Oysa \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamas\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemelerinin maliyeti, toplam maliyetin i\u00e7inde belli bir paya sahip. T\u00fcm bu maliyetlerin i\u00e7erisinde yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesinin kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131ndan olu\u015facak ilave maliyeti uygulamadan uygulamaya de\u011fi\u015fmekle birlikte olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. Bunu <strong>2 kat\u0131na<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman toplam bedel <strong>2&#8217;ye katlanmayacak<\/strong>. Ama bu sayede <strong>\u0131s\u0131tma<\/strong> ve <strong>so\u011futmada tasarruf<\/strong> potansiyeli <strong>2 kat<\/strong> olacak. <strong>Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong> hem ilk yat\u0131r\u0131m hem i\u015fletme maliyetlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek kendini k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede geri \u00f6der, bina \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca tasarruf sa\u011flamaya devam eder.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm f\u0131rsat\u0131n\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131rmamam\u0131z \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Enerji verimlili\u011fi&#8217;nde<\/strong> geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerle aram\u0131zdaki mesafeyi kapatacak esasl\u0131 ad\u0131mlar\u0131 atarak<strong> enerji limitlerimizi belirlememiz<\/strong> gerekiyor. Ortak hedefimiz T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki binalar\u0131n \u00e7ok daha az enerji harcayan <strong>\u00e7evre dostu<\/strong> bir yap\u0131ya kavu\u015fmas\u0131 olmal\u0131. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi \u00f6nce<strong> Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> <strong>uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong> ile enerji ihtiyac\u0131 en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyeye getirmeli ve kalan enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar<strong> yenilenebilir enerji<\/strong> ile kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 hedeflenmelidir.\u00a0Bu noktada <strong>kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecini<\/strong> enerji <strong>verimli yap\u0131la\u015fmada f\u0131rsat<\/strong> olarak de\u011ferlendirmeliyiz.\u201d<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Turkish.
