E\u011fitimin sonunda, <strong>her e\u011fitici<\/strong> \u00f6rnek bir ders anlat\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n<p>UNDP Proje Dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Alper Tolga Kumtepe, harmanlanm\u0131\u015f model sayesinde, s\u0131n\u0131fta yap\u0131lan klasik ders anlat\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131f d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karan <strong>\u201cters-y\u00fcz edilmi\u015f s\u0131n\u0131f\u201d metodunun<\/strong> uygulanabilece\u011fini, b\u00f6ylece s\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7i zaman\u0131n tart\u0131\u015fma ve uygulama gibi daha \u00fcst d\u00fczey becerilere ayr\u0131larak ders vaktinin verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131labilece\u011fini dile getirdi. <strong>Yeni sistem<\/strong> ile <strong>\u00f6\u011fretmenin<\/strong>, geleneksel anlat\u0131c\u0131 rol\u00fcnden ziyade kursiyerin \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecinde<strong> \u201crehber\u201d<\/strong> olarak yeniden tan\u0131mlanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Kumtepe, E\u011fitici E\u011fitiminin e\u011fiticilerin <strong>yeni teknoloji<\/strong> ve <strong>metotlar\u0131 takip etmeleri<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><em>T.C. Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (MEB) Proje Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc<\/em> <strong>Kadir Polat<\/strong> ise, <strong>HB\u00d6GM<\/strong> alt\u0131nda verilen yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>2.750<\/strong> mesleki kurs program\u0131ndan birinin ilk defa harmanlanm\u0131\u015f \u00f6\u011frenme modeli ile verilece\u011fini, <strong>kursiyerleri<\/strong> ve<strong> e\u011fiticileri<\/strong> yeni e\u011fitim teknolojileri ile bulu\u015fturduklar\u0131 bu projenin di\u011fer programlar i\u00e7in de \u00f6nc\u00fc olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131.
