Do\u011fal afetlerin artan s\u0131kl\u0131k ve \u015fiddetinin k\u00fcresel \u00e7apta neden oldu\u011fu ekonomik kay\u0131plar\u0131 ortaya koyan rapora g\u00f6re 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 genelinde <strong>343 milyar dolarl\u0131k (~4,7 trilyon lira)<\/strong> bir ekonomik kay\u0131p ya\u015fand\u0131. Bu kayb\u0131n <strong>329 milyar dolar\u0131<\/strong> ise hava durumu ve iklimle ilgili olaylardan kaynakland\u0131. B\u00fcy\u00fck afetlerin say\u0131s\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la k\u0131yasla biraz d\u00fc\u015fse de ekonomik kay\u0131plar 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na k\u0131yasla artt\u0131. Bu da ge\u00e7en y\u0131lki afetlerin \u015fiddetinin ve yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 maliyetin ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu\u011funu g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serdi. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n ekonomik kay\u0131plar\u0131n sadece <strong>y\u00fczde 38<\/strong>&#8216;i sigorta kapsam\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de en fazla ekonomik kayba neden olan do\u011fal afetler<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Raporda ge\u00e7en y\u0131l T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ya\u015fanan <strong>do\u011fal afetlerin<\/strong> ekonomiye etkisine de yer verildi. Buna g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin de i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>Avrupa, Orta Do\u011fu ve Afrika (EMEA) B\u00f6lgesi<\/strong>&#8216;nde 2021 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki do\u011fal afetlerin neden oldu\u011fu ekonomik kay\u0131p <strong>21. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ortalamas\u0131n\u0131 da<\/strong> ciddi \u015fekilde a\u015ft\u0131. B\u00f6lgedeki toplam do\u011frudan ekonomik hasar <strong>72 milyar dolar\u0131<\/strong> a\u015farken bu miktar <strong>2000 \u2013 2020 y\u0131llar\u0131<\/strong> aras\u0131ndaki ortalama y\u0131ll\u0131k kay\u0131ptan<strong> y\u00fczde 92<\/strong> daha fazla oldu. \u00dclkemizde ge\u00e7en y\u0131l en fazla ekonomik kayba neden olan afet ise <strong>11 A\u011fustos 2021<\/strong>&#8216;de Karadeniz B\u00f6lgesi&#8217;nin Bat\u0131 Karadeniz b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde etkili olan a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011f\u0131\u015f sonucu meydana gelen <strong>sel felaketi<\/strong> oldu. Bu felaketin \u00fclke ekonomisine maliyeti 290 milyon dolar\u0131 a\u015ft\u0131 ve<strong> EMEA B\u00f6lgesi<\/strong>&#8216;nde en fazla ekonomik kayb\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>5. b\u00fcy\u00fck do\u011fal afet<\/strong> oldu. Bunu <strong>28 &#8211; 31 Temmuz 2021&#8217;de<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ba\u015flayan orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n neden oldu\u011fu yakla\u015f\u0131k 232 milyon dolarl\u0131k ekonomik kay\u0131p izledi. <strong>1 &#8211; 2 \u015eubat<\/strong> tarihlerinde \u0130zmir&#8217;de ba\u015flayan <strong>sa\u011fanak ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n<\/strong> neden oldu\u011fu sel felaketinin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekonomik kay\u0131p <strong>76 milyon dolar\u0131<\/strong> a\u015farken 21 Temmuz&#8217;da <strong>Artvin<\/strong>&#8216;in <strong>Arhavi il\u00e7esinde<\/strong> ak\u015fam saatlerinden itibaren etkili olan a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011f\u0131\u015f sonucu b\u00f6lgede ya\u015fanan <strong>sel<\/strong> ve <strong>su bask\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> ekonomik maliyeti ise <strong>23 milyon dolar<\/strong> oldu.<\/p>\n<h3>\u201cRisklere kar\u015f\u0131 yapay zek\u00e2 ve tahmine dayal\u0131 modeller kullan\u0131lmal\u0131\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Raporun bulgular\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren Aon T\u00fcrkiye E\u015f CEO&#8217;su <strong>Ferhan \u00d6zay<\/strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 yapt\u0131:<\/span> \u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde d\u00fcnyam\u0131z <strong>iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin<\/strong> artan etkileriyle giderek daha de\u011fi\u015fken hava ko\u015fullar\u0131na maruz kal\u0131yor. T\u00fcm \u00fclkeler ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llara g\u00f6re art\u0131k rekor k\u0131ran <strong>a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131, \u015fiddetli ya\u011f\u0131\u015f<\/strong> ve <strong>selleri, kurakl\u0131k<\/strong> ve<strong> orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> daha fazla ya\u015f\u0131yor. Bu afetler can kay\u0131plar\u0131na ve maddi hasarlara neden olurken ayn\u0131 zamanda tedarik zincirlerinde ve \u00e7e\u015fitli hizmetlerde kal\u0131c\u0131 aksamalara yol a\u00e7arak ekonomik kayb\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc daha da art\u0131r\u0131yor. <strong>Felaket olaylar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> \u015fiddeti artt\u0131k\u00e7a, insanlar\u0131n da bu riskleri de\u011ferlendirme ve <strong>\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm y\u00f6ntemlerini<\/strong> yeniden g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irmesi gerekiyor. Al\u0131nacak aksiyonlar ise yaln\u0131zca ge\u00e7mi\u015f verilere ba\u011fl\u0131 olamaz. De\u011fi\u015fen bir <strong>iklimin de\u011fi\u015fkenli\u011fini<\/strong> haritalamak i\u00e7in s\u00fcrekli \u00f6\u011frenen ve geli\u015fen; <strong>yapay zek\u00e2<\/strong> ve tahmine dayal\u0131 modeller gibi teknolojileri kullanmam\u0131z gerekiyor.
