Baz\u0131 tesislerde bu oran<strong> % 40<\/strong>\u2019lara kadar \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla <strong>bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava<\/strong> konusunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek enerji tasarrufu da hem fabrikalar\u0131n toplam enerji t\u00fcketimine hem de <strong>CO2 emisyonlar\u0131<\/strong> \u00fczerinde olumlu etki yaratacak. <strong>Kompres\u00f6rlerin se\u00e7imi<\/strong>nden kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na ve bak\u0131m\u0131na kadarki t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde <strong>enerji tasarrufu<\/strong> elde etmenin yol haritas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cD\u00fczenli denetimden ge\u00e7meli\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Atlas Copco Kompres\u00f6r Tekni\u011fi End\u00fcstriyel Hava B\u00f6l\u00fcm M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc<\/em> <strong>Sercan Pulak<\/strong>, tasarrufta \u00f6ncelikle ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n do\u011fru belirlenmesi ve buna g\u00f6re <strong>kompres\u00f6r se\u00e7ilmesinin<\/strong> ilk ve en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131m oldu\u011funu belirtti. Pulak, ayr\u0131ca <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fini sa\u011flamak<\/strong> i\u00e7in her<strong> bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava sisteminin<\/strong> d\u00fczenli olarak denetimden ge\u00e7mesi gerekti\u011fini vurgularken, bunun \u00f6nemini ise<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava, fabrikada <strong>en y\u00fcksek enerji t\u00fcketimi<\/strong> sa\u011flayan kalemlerden biridir. Bu nedenle tasarruf i\u00e7in analize buradan ba\u015flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. <strong>Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava sistemi<\/strong>nin ne kadar <strong>fazla enerji t\u00fcketti\u011fini<\/strong> d\u00fczenli yap\u0131lacak denetimlerle tespit etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. <strong>Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava sistemi<\/strong> denetiminin ana amac\u0131 verimsiz noktalar\u0131 tespit ederek iyile\u015ftirmektir. Denetim sayesinde yap\u0131lan iyile\u015ftirmeler ile sistem performans\u0131 artt\u0131rabilir, <strong>\u00fcretim kalitesi<\/strong> ile<strong> kapasitesi<\/strong> iyile\u015ftirebilir ve sistemdeki di\u011fer ekipmanlar\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fc uzatabilir. Her <strong>bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava sistemi<\/strong> d\u00fczenli olarak denetimden ge\u00e7meli, <strong>k\u00f6t\u00fc i\u015fleyen<\/strong> ve <strong>iyile\u015ftirmeye<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131k olan taraflar g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmelidir.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sercan Pulak, denetim gerektiren durumlar\u0131 da <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetledi:<\/span> <em>\u201cBas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava sistemi \u00e7ok s\u0131k ve \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclemez \u015fekilde dalgalan\u0131yorsa, <strong>elektrik faturas\u0131<\/strong> nedeni bilinmez \u015fekilde art\u0131yor veya azal\u0131yorsa, sistem olmas\u0131 gerekenden daha s\u0131k \u015fekilde tamir gerektiriyorsa ve <strong>tesisatta ka\u00e7aklar<\/strong> oldu\u011fundan \u015f\u00fcphe ediliyorsa en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede bir uzmana dan\u0131\u015farak <strong>sistemi denetime almak<\/strong> gerekir. Bununla birlikte, yak\u0131n zamanda iyile\u015ftirilen veya bir seneden uzun s\u00fcredir <strong>denetime al\u0131nmayan bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava sisteminin<\/strong> de bir uzman taraf\u0131ndan incelenmesi gerekir.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Enerji tasarrufu i\u00e7in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>10 alt\u0131n \u00f6neri;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>1-Bo\u015fta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi azalt\u0131lmal\u0131<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0 Bo\u015fta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam eden kompres\u00f6r, tam y\u00fckte \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken t\u00fcketti\u011fi enerjinin <strong>y\u00fczde 25<\/strong>\u2019ini kullanmaya devam eder. Bu nedenle <strong>bo\u015fta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi<\/strong> azalt\u0131lmal\u0131, kompres\u00f6r kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda durdurulacak \u015fekilde ayarlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-Hava ka\u00e7aklar\u0131 giderilmeli:<\/strong>\u00a0Hava ka\u00e7aklar\u0131 \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck enerji kayb\u0131d\u0131r. Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava t\u00fcketiminin yakla\u015f\u0131k<strong> y\u00fczde 20<\/strong>\u2019lik bir k\u0131sm\u0131 ka\u00e7aklar nedeniyle kaybedilebilmektedir. Bu nedenle sistemdeki t\u00fcm ka\u00e7aklar tespit edilmeli ve onar\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3<\/strong>&#8211;<strong>Bas\u0131n\u00e7 band\u0131 azalt\u0131lmal\u0131:<\/strong>\u00a0\u0130htiya\u00e7 oran\u0131nda bas\u0131n\u00e7la \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bas\u0131n\u00e7taki her <strong>1 Bar<\/strong>\u2019l\u0131k azalma, enerji t\u00fcketimini <strong>y\u00fczde 7<\/strong> oran\u0131nda azalt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-At\u0131k \u0131s\u0131 geri kazan\u0131lmal\u0131:<\/strong>\u00a0Kompres\u00f6r, havay\u0131 bas\u0131n\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131rken \u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretir. Bu enerjinin <strong>y\u00fczde 70<\/strong> ile <strong>y\u00fczde 94<\/strong>\u2019\u00fc geri kazan\u0131labilir, i\u015fletmede <strong>s\u0131cak su<\/strong> ve <strong>\u0131s\u0131tma<\/strong> i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilir. Bu sayede daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck i\u015fletme maliyetleri ve <strong>CO2 emisyonu<\/strong> elde edilmesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra <strong>karbon ayak izi de<\/strong> azalt\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-<\/strong><strong>Kompres\u00f6r boyutu do\u011fru se\u00e7ilmeli<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>\u0130htiya\u00e7lar do\u011fru tespit edilerek kompres\u00f6r se\u00e7ilmesi \u00f6nemli. Bir kompres\u00f6r\u00fcn toplam sahip olma maliyetinin <strong>y\u00fczde 70<\/strong>\u2019i enerjiye harcand\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, <strong>do\u011fru se\u00e7im<\/strong> <strong>yap\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> maliyetin \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6<\/strong><strong>-Do\u011fru kompres\u00f6r teknolojisi tercih edilmeli: <\/strong>Ya\u011fs\u0131z hava teknolojisi; pahal\u0131 filtre de\u011fi\u015fiminin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na, ya\u011f kondens ar\u0131tma maliyetinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesine ve filtrelerdeki bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnden kaynaklanan <strong>enerji kayb\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na<\/strong> yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7-De\u011fi\u015fken devirli kompres\u00f6rler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmeli: <\/strong>Yaln\u0131zca gerekti\u011fi zaman bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava \u00fcretti\u011fi i\u00e7in de\u011fi\u015fken devirli bir kompres\u00f6r kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda y\u00fcksek miktarda tasarruf elde edilebilir. De\u011fi\u015fken devirli kompres\u00f6r, sabit h\u0131zl\u0131 kompres\u00f6re oranla ortalama <strong>y\u00fczde 35<\/strong> enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8- Hava denetimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmeli: <\/strong>Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava t\u00fcketiminin s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011fu i\u015flemlerde asla varsay\u0131mlara dayan\u0131larak hareket edilmemelidir. Verimlili\u011fin nas\u0131l art\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tespit edilebilmesi i\u00e7in sistemin bir de\u011ferlendirmeye veya denetime tabi tutulmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9- Modern bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131n avantajlar\u0131 kullan\u0131lmal\u0131:<\/strong> Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava ekipman\u0131n\u0131 en son teknolojiye uygun olarak <strong>de\u011fi\u015ftirmek<\/strong> veya <strong>g\u00fcncellemek<\/strong>, enerji t\u00fcketimini <strong>d\u00f6rtte bir oran\u0131nda<\/strong> azaltabilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10-D\u00fczenli bak\u0131m yapt\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131: <\/strong>Yeni ve eski kompres\u00f6rler i\u00e7in <strong>d\u00fczenli bak\u0131m uygulamas\u0131<\/strong> b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131makta olup d\u00fczenli bak\u0131m; <strong>performans\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131rken<\/strong>,<strong> enerji maliyetlerinin de<\/strong> d\u00fc\u015fmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Turkish.
