Bu da, insano\u011flunun ya\u015fam\u0131 i\u00e7in vazge\u00e7ilmez bir ihtiya\u00e7 olan enerjinin \u00fcretiminde havaya minimum d\u00fczeyde karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in yenilenebilir enerjiye y\u00f6nelimi h\u0131zland\u0131rmak anlam\u0131na geliyor.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>YATIRIM \u0130HT\u0130YACININ % 40\u2019INI ENERJ\u0130 VER\u0130ML\u0130L\u0130\u011e\u0130 OLU\u015eTURUYOR<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u0130klim finansman\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda enerji verimlili\u011fine y\u00f6nelik kaynaklar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nem artmas\u0131n\u0131n beklendi\u011fini belirten <strong>Prof. Dr. Kerem Alkin;<\/strong> <em>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 2019-2030 d\u00f6neminde enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in toplam yat\u0131r\u0131m ihtiyac\u0131 y\u0131lda ortalama <strong>5,3 &#8211; 7 milyar dolar<\/strong> aras\u0131nda, f<strong>inansman ihtiyac\u0131<\/strong> ise 3,6-4,5 milyar dolar aras\u0131nda hesaplan\u0131yor. S\u00f6z konusu yat\u0131r\u0131m ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n <strong>%30-40<\/strong>\u2019\u0131n\u0131 enerji verimlili\u011fi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor. Ayr\u0131ca \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nem yenilenebilir enerji taraf\u0131nda finansman ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n <strong>%30<\/strong>\u2019unun finans kurulu\u015flar\u0131na ek olarak do\u011frudan<strong> proje fonlamas\u0131, tematik tahviller, kitlesel fonlama<\/strong> gibi modellerle kar\u015f\u0131lanaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00dcRK\u0130YE YEN\u0130LENEB\u0130L\u0130R KURULU G\u00dcC\u00dc BAKIMINDAN AVRUPA\u2019DA 5\u2019\u0130NC\u0130<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nem, en \u00f6nemli \u00e7evresel, sosyal ve ekonomik tehditlerden biri olan iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin etkilerinin hissedilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen <strong>Prof. Dr. Kerem Alkin s\u00f6zlerini \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cGe\u00e7en y\u0131l <strong>306 milyar kilovatsaatin<\/strong> \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kan elektrik t\u00fcketiminin, bu y\u0131l sonu itibar\u0131yla yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 8 artaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu kapsamda da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketlerinin <strong>2021-2025 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> kapsayan d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc uygulama d\u00f6neminde sekt\u00f6re <strong>78 milyar lira<\/strong> yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin yenilenebilir enerjide \u00fcretim ve teknoloji merkezi haline gelmesi hedefiyle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda da \u00f6nemli yol kat edildi. 2000&#8217;li y\u0131llarda \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kapasitesine<\/strong> sahip olan T\u00fcrkiye, bu alanda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla toplam yenilenebilir enerji kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc bak\u0131m\u0131ndan Avrupa&#8217;da<strong> 5&#8217;inci<\/strong>, d\u00fcnyada<strong> 12&#8217;nci<\/strong> s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00dcRK\u0130YE\u2019N\u0130N KURULU G\u00dcC\u00dc 2022 SONUNDA 102 B\u0130N 423 MEGAVATA ULA\u015eACAK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgar enerjisinin 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yapaca\u011f\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m planlamalar\u0131nda ilk s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten <strong>YENADER Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Ali Karaduman <\/strong>ise, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2022 yenilenebilir enerji hedeflerini \u015fu \u015fekilde aktard\u0131:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c\u00d6zellikle g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda <strong>8 bin 750 MW<\/strong> olmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. R\u00fczgar enerjisinin ise <strong>10 bin 900 MW<\/strong>\u2019a ula\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. <strong>R\u00fczgar enerjisi<\/strong> i\u00e7in belirlenen hedefler sadece kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc art\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik de\u011fil. Ayn\u0131 zamanda yerlilik oran\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve teknik \u00f6zelliklerin geli\u015ftirilmesi konusunda sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn uzmanlar\u0131 \u00f6nemli hedefleri ortaya koyuyor. Hidroelektrik kapasitesinin, y\u0131l sonunda <strong>32 bin 228 megavata<\/strong> y\u00fckselmesi tahmin ediliyor. <strong>Jeotermal, biyok\u00fctle<\/strong> ve<strong> at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131<\/strong> kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u0131l sonunda3 bin 536 megavata y\u00fckselece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin elektrik kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 2022 sonunda ise 1<strong>02 bin 423 megavata<\/strong> ula\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyor.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cDI\u015eA BA\u011eIMLILI\u011eI AZALTMAK \u0130\u00c7\u0130N YERL\u0130 ve M\u0130LL\u0130 KAYNAKLARIMIZ <\/strong><strong>\u0130LE \u00dcRET\u0130M TE\u015eV\u0130K ED\u0130LMEL\u0130\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar net s\u0131f\u0131r karbon hedeflerine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in devletimizin \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda yenilenebilir enerjiye d\u00f6n\u00fck daha fazla <strong>finansman\u0131 seferber etmesi<\/strong> gerekti\u011fini ve<strong> b\u00fcrokratik s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131y\u0131 te\u015fvik<\/strong> eder niteli\u011fe kavu\u015fturmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen <strong>Karaduman<\/strong> s\u00f6zlerine <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c<strong>Yeni YEKDEM fiyatlar\u0131<\/strong>yla elektrikte <strong>arz-talep dengesi<\/strong> bozularak, enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 azald\u0131. YEKDEM fiyatlar\u0131, PTF (Serbest Piyasa) fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in serbest piyasada elektrik fiyatlar\u0131 YEKDEM\u2019den daha pahal\u0131 hale geldi. <strong>Serbest Piyasada Elektrik<\/strong> fiyat\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>10 cent\/kws<\/strong> civar\u0131nda, bu durumda <strong>PTF fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> al\u0131m garantili (YEKDEM) fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00fcst\u00fcnde oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. YEKDEM\u2019in \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fundan bahsedenlerin bu kritik konuda suskun kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Elektrik \u00fcretimimiz yeteri kadar artmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yak\u0131n zaman i\u00e7inde sanayide ve evlerde elektrik k\u0131s\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131na ba\u015flanabilir. Bunun sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fclke ekonomisi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r olabilir. Elektrikte d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in yerli ve milli kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z ile \u00fcretimi te\u015fvik etmeliyiz. <strong>1600 MW<\/strong>\u2019l\u0131k at\u0131l kapasiteye sahibiz. Kapasitenin izinleri verilerek \u00fcretimlerin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Aksi halde daha fazla do\u011fal gaz ithal etmek zorunda kalaca\u011f\u0131z. <strong>MWm<\/strong> ile <strong>MWe<\/strong> aras\u0131ndaki fark bir an \u00f6nce kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>SEKT\u00d6RDE KR\u0130T\u0130K NOKTA: ENERJ\u0130 DEPOLAMA TEKNOLOJ\u0130LER\u0130 VE YASAL D\u00dcZENLEMELER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn 2022 hedeflerini belirlerken; <strong>temiz enerji teknolojileri, enerji depolama<\/strong> ile ilgili d\u00fczenlemeler, ye\u015fil mutabakat anla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n detaylar\u0131 ve hibrit enerji santrali yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na odakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen <strong>YENADER Genel Sekreteri Do\u00e7. Dr. F\u00fcsun Tut Hakl\u0131d\u0131r, bu 4 \u00f6nemli nokta hakk\u0131nda <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bilgiler aktard\u0131:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSekt\u00f6r\u00fcn geli\u015fimindeki kritik rol\u00fc enerji depolama teknolojileri ve yasal d\u00fczenlemeler \u00fcstleniyor. Yenilenebilir enerjiye dayal\u0131 santraller artt\u0131k\u00e7a enerji depolama alan\u0131ndaki teknolojilerde geli\u015fiyor. Teknolojinin geli\u015fmesi de santrallerin daha ucuza kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 ve daha efektif olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bu sayede de kendi enerjisini \u00fcreten fabrikalar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e art\u0131yor. Fabrikalar hem ihtiya\u00e7 duyduklar\u0131 enerjiyi \u00fcretiyor hem de fazlas\u0131n\u0131 \u015febekeye satarak ek gelir olu\u015fturuyor. Amorti s\u00fcresi de bu sayede daha \u00e7ok k\u0131sal\u0131yor. Enerjinin depolanmas\u0131 ve ihtiya\u00e7 halinde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 fikri ise bu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 daha avantajl\u0131 hale getirilmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>ENERJ\u0130 DEPOLAMA ENERJ\u0130 SORUNLARININ \u00d6N\u00dcNE GE\u00c7ECEK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son d\u00f6nemde ya\u015fanan arz sorunlar\u0131 nedeniyle; T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin \u00fcretim g\u00fcc\u00fc sanayinin enerjisi, k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli\u011fine kesiliyor.
