T\u00fcrkiye de toplum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bir an \u00f6nce bu yar\u0131\u015fa kat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Eski, kirletici bir enerji \u00fcretim bi\u00e7iminden <strong>%100 yenilenebilir enerjiye ge\u00e7mek<\/strong> sa\u011fl\u0131k ve ekonomi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en anlaml\u0131 olan\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kirlili\u011fin \u00dc\u00e7te Biri Mu\u011fla B\u00f6lgesindeki Santrallerden<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>HEAL \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na<\/strong> g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f turizm merkezlerine ev sahipli\u011fi yapan, tatil cenneti<strong> Mu\u011fla,<\/strong> k\u00f6m\u00fcr kaynakl\u0131 hava kirlili\u011finin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 olumsuz sa\u011fl\u0131k etkisi ve maliyetinde en k\u00f6t\u00fc karneye sahip b\u00f6lge. B\u00f6lgede <strong>Yata\u011fan, Kemerk\u00f6y<\/strong> ve <strong>Yenik\u00f6y termik santralleri<\/strong> bulunuyor. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda b\u00f6lgede ya\u015fanan orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131nda alevlerin <strong>Kemerk\u00f6y<\/strong> ve <strong>Yenik\u00f6y termik santrallerine<\/strong> kadar ula\u015fmas\u0131 g\u00fcndemde \u00f6nemli yer tutmu\u015ftu. B\u00f6lgede yeni k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santral plan\u0131 bulunmuyor ancak i\u015fletmedeki <strong>3 k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santralin<\/strong> neden oldu\u011fu sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik maliyeti <strong>1,48 trilyon T\u00fcrk liras\u0131na<\/strong> tekab\u00fcl ediyor; bu da t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki<strong> termik santrallerin<\/strong> sa\u011fl\u0131k maliyetinin neredeyse \u00fc\u00e7te birini olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6lgedeki sa\u011fl\u0131k uzmanlar\u0131 ve hekimler de konunun \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekerken, \u00f6zellikle Yata\u011fan\u2019da solunum sistemi \u015fik\u00e2yetiyle yatan hasta say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, daha iyi hava kalitesine sahip Mu\u011fla\u2019dan iki kat daha fazla oldu\u011fu belirtiliyor. <strong>T\u00fcrk Toraks Derne\u011fi \u00c7evre Sorunlar\u0131 ve Akci\u011fer Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Grubu \u00dcyesi, G\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Uzman\u0131 Dr. Sebahat Gen\u00e7:<\/strong> \u201cMu\u011fla\u2019da k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santrallerin havaya, suya, topra\u011f\u0131, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla b\u00f6lge halk\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na zararl\u0131 etkilerini y\u0131llard\u0131r g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Bu konu uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r g\u00fcndemimizde ve \u00e7e\u015fitli platformlarda dile getirilmekte. Yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>40 y\u0131ld\u0131r<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bu \u00fc\u00e7 termik santralin art\u0131k emekliye ayr\u0131lma zaman\u0131 geldi. <strong>HEAL \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131,<\/strong> Mu\u011fla b\u00f6lgesinde k\u00f6m\u00fcrden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00f6ncelik olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini, yenilenebilir enerjiye <strong>h\u0131zl\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>adil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm<\/strong> yapmak zorunda oldu\u011fumuzu bir kez daha a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ar\u0131tma Sistemleri Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Korumak \u0130\u00e7in Yeterli De\u011fil <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda incelenen <strong>\u0130skenderun K\u00f6rfezi<\/strong>\u2019nde, <strong>3 k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santral<\/strong>, i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nmalar\u0131ndan bug\u00fcne toplam <strong>4.717<\/strong> erken \u00f6l\u00fcme ve <strong>138,15 milyar TL<\/strong> k\u00fcm\u00fclatif sa\u011fl\u0131k y\u00fck\u00fcne neden oldu. Rapor bulgular\u0131na g\u00f6re, santrallerin, t\u00fcm \u00fcnitelerinde<strong> toz filtresi<\/strong> ve <strong>k\u00fck\u00fcrt ar\u0131tma sistemleri<\/strong>nin bulunmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bu sa\u011fl\u0131k maliyetine neden olmalar\u0131 ar\u0131tma sistemleriyle hava kirletici emisyonlar\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferlere d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmenin dahi <strong>sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 korumak<\/strong> i\u00e7in yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mu\u011fla<\/strong>\u2019da 1982\u2019de faaliyete ge\u00e7en ve yakla\u015f\u0131k<strong> 40 y\u0131ll\u0131k<\/strong> bir santral olan<strong> Yata\u011fan termik santrali<\/strong>nin ise 16 y\u0131l boyunca hava kirlili\u011fi kontrol ve ar\u0131tma sistemlerine sahip olmadan \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 biliniyor. Yata\u011fan termik santrali ilk g\u00fcnden bug\u00fcne, <strong>33 bin 129<\/strong> erken \u00f6l\u00fcme, <strong>21 bin<\/strong> erken do\u011fuma, yakla\u015f\u0131k<strong> 11,5 milyon g\u00fcn<\/strong> i\u015f kayb\u0131na ve <strong>75 milyon hasta<\/strong> ge\u00e7irilen g\u00fcne neden oldu. Santralin T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisine olan toplam sa\u011fl\u0131k y\u00fck\u00fc ise<strong> 47,26 Milyar TL.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcne kadar T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de tesis ba\u015f\u0131na emisyon verisi kamuya a\u00e7\u0131k olarak verilmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in HEAL&#8217;in analizi, k\u00fcresel metodolojilere dayanarak yap\u0131lan tahminlere dayanmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen sa\u011fl\u0131k sorun ve maliyetinin, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n bulgular\u0131ndan daha y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu tahmin ediliyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Planlanan santraller kronik kirlilik \u00fczerine endi\u015feleri art\u0131r\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n oda\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00c7anakkale ise yeni k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santral projelerinin yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u015fehir olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. B\u00f6lgede faaliyet g\u00f6steren be\u015f k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santralin (18 Mart \u00c7an, \u0130\u00c7DA\u015e Biga, Bekirli, Cenal ve \u00c7an-2 ) yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, iki yeni k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santral de planlama a\u015famas\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p>Adana\u2019da in\u015faat\u0131 s\u00fcren ve birka\u00e7 ay i\u00e7inde faaliyete ge\u00e7mesi beklenen <strong>1.230 MW<\/strong> kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnde ve yo\u011fun olarak<strong> ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr<\/strong> ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 planlanan<strong> EMBA Hunutlu santrali<\/strong> ise endi\u015feleri daha da artt\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve \u00c7evre Birli\u011fi HEAL\u2019in, \u2018Kronik K\u00f6m\u00fcr Kirlili\u011fi &#8211; K\u00fcm\u00fclatif Sa\u011fl\u0131k Etkileri \u00d6zel raporu <\/em><\/strong>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santral emisyonlar\u0131ndan kaynaklanan sa\u011fl\u0131k ve iklim maliyetlerinin enerji politikalar\u0131 olu\u015fturma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurguluyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada politika yap\u0131c\u0131lara \u00f6neriler <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralan\u0131yor:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
