Son haftalarda \u00f6zellikle<strong> do\u011fal gaz<\/strong> ve <strong>elektrik fiyatlar\u0131<\/strong> ve b\u00f6lgesel<strong> do\u011falgaz arz\u0131ndaki<\/strong> sorunlar gerek \u00fclkemizde gerekse Avrupa ve b\u00fcy\u00fck <strong>Asya pazarlar\u0131<\/strong>nda<strong> rekor seviyelere y\u00fckselerek<\/strong> piyasalarda dalgalanmalara yol a\u00e7t\u0131.<strong> 2022 y\u0131l\u0131na<\/strong> daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve olumlu bakabilmek umuduyla <strong>G\u00dcNDER<\/strong> olarak bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la dair de\u011ferlendirmelerimizi ve bu y\u0131lki beklentilerimizi sizlerle payla\u015fman\u0131n hepimize g\u00fc\u00e7 verece\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cD\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu enerji teknolojilerine daha fazla yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lmal\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flayan pandemi s\u00fcreci ile 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>k\u00fcresel zorluklar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> ve<strong> salg\u0131n \u00f6ncesindeki ko\u015fullar\u0131n yeniden sa\u011flanabilmesine<\/strong> y\u00f6nelik \u00e7abalar\u0131n ortaya kondu\u011fu bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcresel tedarik zincirindeki <strong>aksamalar<\/strong> ve <strong>enerji piyasalar\u0131ndaki \u00e7alkant\u0131lar<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki sekt\u00f6rleri de etkisi alt\u0131na alm\u0131\u015f olup <strong>iklim krizinin etkilerinin<\/strong> t\u00fcm co\u011frafyalarda yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 farkl\u0131 <strong>sosyal<\/strong> ve <strong>\u00e7evresel etkiler<\/strong> de ayn\u0131 d\u00f6neme damgas\u0131n\u0131 vurmu\u015ftur. 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen <strong>h\u0131zl\u0131 ekonomik toparlanma<\/strong> ile <strong>petrol, do\u011fal gaz<\/strong> ve<strong> k\u00f6m\u00fcr maliyetlerinde<\/strong> meydana gelen art\u0131\u015flar, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin <strong>elektrik \u00fcretiminde<\/strong> ciddi maliyet art\u0131\u015flar\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. <strong>Do\u011fal gaz<\/strong> fiyatlar\u0131ndaki keskin art\u0131\u015f ve <strong>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu kaynaklar\u0131n<\/strong> h\u0131zla artan bu enerji talebini hen\u00fcz kar\u015f\u0131layabilecek kapasitede olmamas\u0131, maliyet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan<strong> karbon yo\u011fun kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong> daha <strong>rekabet\u00e7i hale getirerek<\/strong> talebi art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Uluslararas\u0131 <strong>sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltma<\/strong> vaatlerini tehlikeye atan bu durum, <strong>iklim hedeflerinin<\/strong> \u00f6n\u00fcne set \u00e7ekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enerji yo\u011fun<\/strong> sekt\u00f6rlerde <strong>karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131rmaya<\/strong> duyulan ihtiya\u00e7, \u00f6zellikle k\u00fcresel d\u00fczeyde 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> ile ilgili <strong>enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong> sorgulamalar\u0131n\u0131n da artmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ku\u015fkusuz, bahsi ge\u00e7en k\u00fcresel enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc; <strong>uygun kamu politikalar\u0131n\u0131n, finansal modellerin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131<\/strong> ve en<strong> yeni teknolojilerin geli\u015ftirilmesi<\/strong> ile sa\u011flanabilecektir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu enerji teknolojilerine daha fazla yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lmas\u0131, <strong>sa\u011flam<\/strong> ve<strong> ak\u0131ll\u0131 elektrik \u015febekeleri<\/strong>nin geli\u015ftirilmesi, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn en b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00fcresel problemlerinden biri olan <strong>emisyon zorluklar\u0131ndan kurtulmam\u0131za<\/strong> yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. <strong>Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> kapasitesini art\u0131rarak <strong>depolama<\/strong> ve <strong>ye\u015fil hidrojen teknolojilerinin<\/strong> birlikteli\u011fi sayesinde, bahsi ge\u00e7en <strong>enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong> h\u0131zland\u0131rmak,<strong> 5-10 y\u0131l<\/strong> i\u00e7inde bu teknolojilerin maliyetlerini<strong> kamusal boyutlara getirmek<\/strong> m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cG\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kapasitemiz 8 GW\u2019a yakla\u015ft\u0131, bu y\u0131l 11 GW\u2019a ula\u015fmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>2021 Aral\u0131k ay\u0131 sonu<\/strong> itibariyle \u00fclkemiz kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn <strong>7 bin 815,6 MW<\/strong>\u2019l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santrallerinden sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik \u00fcretim toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn ise <strong>99.819,6 MW<\/strong> de\u011ferine ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 boyunca g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 1.148,6 MW art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterirken kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 i\u00e7erisindeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck pay 25.573,6 MW ile do\u011fal gaz santrallerinin olmaya devam etmektedir. 23.280,4 MW ile barajl\u0131 kaynaklar kapasitede pay al\u0131rken r\u00fczgar santrallerin kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 10.607,0 MW, linyit santrallerinin 10.119,9 MW, ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr yak\u0131tl\u0131 santrallerin kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 8.993,8 MW, akarsu tipi hidroelektrik santrallerin kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 8.212,2 MW, jeotermalin 1.676,2 MW ve biyok\u00fctlenin 1.644,5 MW olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki <strong>lisanss\u0131z GES say\u0131s\u0131<\/strong> ise bir \u00f6nceki aya g\u00f6re <strong>421 adet<\/strong> artarak<strong> 8.649\u2019a<\/strong> ula\u015f\u0131rken lisansl\u0131 santral dahil toplam GES adedi <strong>8.389\u2019a<\/strong> ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00dcNDER olarak \u00e7at\u0131 GES pazar\u0131ndaki geli\u015fmelerin, <strong>hibrit tesis kurulumlar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n ve YEKA GES projelerinin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi ile birlikte 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>10 GW<\/strong>\u2019\u0131 ge\u00e7ece\u011fimiz ve <strong>11 GW<\/strong>\u2019a yakla\u015faca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir g\u00fcne\u015f kapasitesine ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rmekteyiz. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn <strong>2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> en az <strong>12 GW<\/strong> ve 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ise <strong>40 GW<\/strong> seviyelerine ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin ediyoruz. <strong>40 GW<\/strong> kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn kurulmas\u0131 ile <strong>(son 7 y\u0131lda<\/strong> kurulan kapasitenin <strong>4 kat\u0131ndan daha fazla<\/strong> kurulum) sekt\u00f6rel istihdam\u0131n ve nitelikli i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn artmas\u0131n\u0131, <strong>yerli panel teknolojileri<\/strong>nin ve<strong> \u00fcretim end\u00fcstrisinin<\/strong> kapasitesinin bug\u00fcnk\u00fc kapasitelerin <strong>2 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin b\u00f6lgesel bir <strong>G\u00fcne\u015f lideri noktas\u0131na gelmesini<\/strong> sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cS\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kapasitelere olan ihtiya\u00e7 art\u0131yor\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Sekt\u00f6r olarak, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131 GES y\u0131l\u0131 olarak ge\u00e7irdik. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 May\u0131s ay\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenen <strong>yeni Lisanss\u0131z mevzuat\u0131<\/strong> ile \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lan<strong> \u00e7at\u0131 tipi g\u00fcne\u015f santrali<\/strong> pazar\u0131nda ba\u015fvuru say\u0131s\u0131 ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l 2 bini ge\u00e7erek <strong>1000 MW<\/strong> \u00fczerinde kapasiteye ula\u015ft\u0131. <strong>2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> da bu alandaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n devam edece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u00d6zellikle <strong>\u00e7at\u0131 tipi GES<\/strong>\u2019lerin artmas\u0131, yeni yap\u0131lacak<strong> konutlarda GES zorunlulu\u011fu<\/strong> getirilmesi, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in<strong> Serbest Piyasada Yat\u0131r\u0131m \u0130mkan\u0131, Yenilenebilir Enerji Tedarik Anla\u015fmalar\u0131, \u00c7at\u0131 Kiralama, Hibrit Tesisi Kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n Geli\u015ftirilmesi<\/strong>, Elektrikli Ara\u00e7lar\u0131n hayatlar\u0131m\u0131za h\u0131zlanarak kat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve <strong>Mini-YEKA<\/strong> gibi ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi beklenen kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7lere ula\u015fmam\u0131zda \u00f6nemli birer at\u0131l\u0131m olacakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca,<strong> enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> ve <strong>depolamaya<\/strong> y\u00f6nelik <strong>ARGE faaliyetleri<\/strong>nin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve topluluk enerjisinin en adil ve temiz y\u00f6ntemlerinden biri olan<strong> enerji kooperatiflerinin<\/strong> t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ve yerelde yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 bu s\u00fcreci g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r payda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z ve kamunun yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki binalarda <strong>\u00e7at\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fc g\u00fcne\u015f sistemleri <\/strong>i\u00e7in en az <strong>20 GW<\/strong>\u2019l\u0131k teknik potansiyel mevcut. Bu potansiyelin b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 \u00e7ok haneli konutlar i\u00e7in bulunmakta, ticari, kamu ve sanayi binalar\u0131 da bunu takip etmektedir. \u00c7at\u0131lar\u0131 m\u00fcsait olmayan<strong> \u00c7imento Fabrikas\u0131, Oteller, Hastaneler<\/strong> gibi i\u015fletmeler i\u00e7in de \u00f6zt\u00fcketim ama\u00e7l\u0131 lisanss\u0131z kurulumlar\u0131n da artmas\u0131 ile toplamda en az <strong>10 GW<\/strong>\u2019l\u0131k bir potansiyelin \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz. <strong>6 milyar dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m b\u00fct\u00e7esi<\/strong> gerektiren ekonomik potansiyel ile y\u0131lda<strong> 300 milyon dolarl\u0131k<\/strong> do\u011fal gaz ithalat\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenebilece\u011fi hesaplan\u0131yor. <strong>Enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fini<\/strong> sa\u011flamak \u00e7in gereken bu potansiyel ise <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde<\/strong> bulunuyor. Bu g\u00fcc\u00fc hayata ge\u00e7irmenin yolu ise g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na<strong> s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kapasite sunmaktan<\/strong> ge\u00e7iyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cYerli ve yenilenebilir \u00fcretimin geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in te\u015fvikler her zaman oldu\u011fu gibi \u00f6nemli mi?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yine sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn en \u00f6nemli ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131ndan biri olan <strong>YEKDEM (Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 Destekleme Mekanizmas\u0131)<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda olu\u015fturulan sistemler ile <strong>YEK Kanunu<\/strong>\u2019nun y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi 2005 tarihinden bu yana, <strong>r\u00fczgar<\/strong> ve <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131<\/strong> \u00fclkemiz kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcne b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131lar sunmaktayd\u0131. <strong>2020 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar<\/strong> uygulanan yenilenebilir ve yerli kaynaklardan elektrik \u00fcreten santrallere verilen bu te\u015fviklerin santrallerin<strong> ilk 10 y\u0131l\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in devam etmesi ile beraber T\u00fcrkiye toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnde art\u0131\u015f e\u011filimi devam edecektir. <strong>YEKDEM<\/strong> sonras\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilen <strong>YEKA yar\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> ilan\u0131 ile ilgili teknolojilerin yerli \u00fcretimden destek almas\u0131,<strong> Ar-Ge merkezlerinin te\u015fvik edilmesi,<\/strong> katma de\u011fer yarat\u0131larak cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve istihdam olanaklar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 gibi \u00e7ok boyutlu geli\u015fmelere \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck edilmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca, <strong>elektrik \u00fcretim<\/strong> ve t\u00fcketiminde yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen <strong>YEK-G (Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynak Garanti Sistemi)<\/strong> ile birlikte T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yenilenebilir enerji i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli mekanizmalar\u0131n geli\u015ftirildi\u011fi s\u00fcre\u00e7 h\u0131zla devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki yenilenebilir enerji potansiyelin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kapasite planlamas\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi i\u00e7in daha h\u0131zl\u0131 yol almam\u0131z gerekti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u00d6zellikle, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda uygulamaya al\u0131nan hibrit tesislerle ilgili olarak hidroelektrik, jeotermal ve biyok\u00fctle gibi g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczg\u00e2r d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kaynaklara y\u00f6nelik santrallere baz\u0131 limitler getirilmi\u015f olup bu limitlerin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile yenilenebilir enerji kapasitesine b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sa\u011flanabilir. Kapasitenin artt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131labilecek yeniliklerden bir tanesi de al\u0131m garantisi olmayan ancak ikili anla\u015fma ile ya da EP\u0130A\u015e \u00fczerinden serbest piyasaya elektrik satma hakk\u0131 olacak lisansl\u0131 tesislerin de kurulabilmesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131d\u0131r. Di\u011fer bir anlamda, yar\u0131\u015fmadan ancak al\u0131m garantisi almadan kurulacak yeni GES tesisleri i\u00e7in de sekt\u00f6rel anlamda bir beklenti bulunmakta, bu anlamda Kamudan yeni d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yerli \u00fcretim noktas\u0131nda<\/strong> bir de\u011ferlendirme yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, yurti\u00e7inde \u00fcretin yapan <strong>mod\u00fcl<\/strong> ve<strong> h\u00fccre<\/strong> fabrikalar\u0131n\u0131n hem kapasitelerini, hem kalitelerini hem de ihracat miktarlar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. <strong>PV Mod\u00fcl end\u00fcstrisi<\/strong> i\u00e7in 5 y\u0131ld\u0131r devam ede<strong>n antidamping<\/strong> ve <strong>g\u00f6zetim uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong> sayesinde bug\u00fcn <strong>1000\u2019lerce<\/strong> ki\u015finin istihdam edildi\u011fi fabrikalar y\u0131lda<strong> 3000 MW\u2019a<\/strong> ula\u015fan bir kapasite, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin <strong>OEM \u00fcretim \u00fcsse olmas\u0131<\/strong> ve ihracat miktarlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini biliyoruz. Bununla birlikte 2022 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren de ilgili d\u00fczenlemelerin uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve <strong>\u00c7in d\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong> ba\u015fka \u00fclkelere de geni\u015fletilmesi ile ergenlik d\u00f6nemini bitiren bu end\u00fcstrinin art\u0131k <strong>olgunluk \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131na<\/strong> ve yeni eklenecek <strong>fabrika<\/strong> ve<strong> i\u015fletmeler<\/strong> ile<strong> D\u00fcnya\u2019da<\/strong> \u00f6nemli bir konuma gelece\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cDa\u011f\u0131t\u0131m bedelleri ile ilgili ma\u011fduriyetlerin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde <strong>1 Ocak 2022\u2019den<\/strong> itibaren ge\u00e7erli olan elektrik tarifelerinde yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ile , \u00f6zellikle 2017 \u00f6ncesinde i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nan <strong>GES projelerinin<\/strong> <em>elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m tarifesine<\/em> ba\u011fl\u0131 yenilenebilir projelerinin da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m bedellerine <strong>yap\u0131lan indirimler<\/strong> kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup proje sahiplerine tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f haklar\u0131n sekteye u\u011framas\u0131na yol a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tarife tablosundaki bu ve benzeri de\u011fi\u015fiklikler piyasada belirsizlik ortam\u0131 yaratarak <strong>yenilenebilir enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne<\/strong> y\u00f6nelik ge\u00e7mi\u015fte yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n <strong>finansman ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> etkilerken gelecekteki yat\u0131r\u0131mlar i\u00e7in ise ko\u015fullar\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131lgan hale getirebilmektedir. \u00dclkemizin <strong>temiz enerji kapasitesinin<\/strong> bug\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc ve gelece\u011fini etkileyen; yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n fizibilitesini de\u011fi\u015ftiren bu d\u00fczenlemeler ile ilgili olarak<strong> sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z<\/strong>, <strong>yat\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong> ve<strong> finansman<\/strong> taraf\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z bir araya gelerek gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6nerilerimizi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131za ve sekt\u00f6r temsilcilerimize sunduk.<strong> G\u00dcNDER<\/strong> ve<strong> payda\u015flar\u0131<\/strong> olarak, sekt\u00f6rel problemlerin<strong> en aza indirilmesi<\/strong> ve<strong> yenilenebilir enerjinin<\/strong> do\u011fru ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda geli\u015fimini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z devam edecek.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>G\u00dcNDER ve G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi ile ge\u00e7en 30 Y\u0131l\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>G\u00dcNDER i\u00e7in 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 ayr\u0131 bir \u00f6neme sahip. <strong>30. y\u0131l\u0131m\u0131z\u0131<\/strong> t\u00fcm \u00fcye kurum, kurulu\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z ve temsilcilerimiz ile kutlamaya ve T\u00fcrkiye g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kapasitesinin <strong>30 GW<\/strong>\u2019lara y\u00fckselece\u011fi daha nice y\u0131llar\u0131 da g\u00f6rmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara devam etmeye haz\u0131rlan\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sistemlerinin \u00fcretimi ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yaparak ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 projelere kat\u0131larak sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc bug\u00fcnlere getirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k.<strong> Bilgilendirme toplant\u0131lar\u0131, platformlar, \u00e7e\u015fitli e\u011fitim, seminer, \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay, konferans ve sekt\u00f6rel yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k<\/strong> gibi faaliyetler ile g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin toplumsal tabana yay\u0131lmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sunuyoruz. G\u00dcNDER olarak bug\u00fcne kadar y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz 20\u2019ye yak\u0131n proje ile<strong> sadece g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisine de\u011fil, istihdama, iklim hedeflerine ve \u00e7evreye katk\u0131 sunma m\u00fccadelemizi<\/strong> de s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f Y\u00f6netimlerimizin ve Ekip Arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n deste\u011fi ile geldi\u011fimiz ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisine hak etti\u011fi de\u011feri kazand\u0131ran bug\u00fcnler g\u00f6steriyor ki do\u011fru yolday\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00dcNDER olarak,<strong> Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler Kalk\u0131nma Program\u0131 (UNDP)<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye ile ortak y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz <strong>Orman K\u00f6ylerinde G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisinden Elektrik \u00dcretimi<\/strong> \u0130\u00e7in <strong>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Enerji Finans Mekanizmas\u0131 (ORK\u00d6Y PV) Projesi<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda saha kurulumlar\u0131n\u0131n 2&#8217;inci ad\u0131m\u0131 olarak, belirlenen k\u00f6ylerdeki<strong> hane halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131lar\u0131na<\/strong> muhtelif g\u00fc\u00e7lerde<strong> G\u00fcne\u015f Enerji Santrali kurulmas\u0131<\/strong> a\u015famas\u0131na ge\u00e7ildi ve proje s\u00fcrecimiz devam ediyor. <strong>T.C. Aile, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Avrupa Birli\u011fi<\/strong> ve <strong>Mali Yard\u0131mlar Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> ile imzalanan<strong> hibe s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda, <strong>G\u00dcNDER VOC Test Merkezleri Projesi (G\u00dcNDERMYM)<\/strong> i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015fland\u0131. Eg\u0306itim ve istihdam aras\u0131ndaki bag\u0306\u0131n gu\u0308c\u0327lendirilmesi hedefiyle yola \u00e7\u0131kan <strong>G\u00dcNDERMYM<\/strong> ile g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7in<strong> nitelikli<\/strong> ve<strong> sertifikal\u0131 is\u0327gu\u0308cu\u0308<\/strong> gelis\u0327tirilecek. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn mesleki yeterlili\u011finin geli\u015fmesi konusunda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7in mesleki yeterlilik merkezimizi kurduk.<strong> Tekniker, teknisyen<\/strong> ve<strong> m\u00fchendis<\/strong> seviyesinde kurulum dahil <strong>asgari standartlar\u0131n<\/strong> ve <strong>ulusal yeterliliklerinin<\/strong> belirlenmesini \u00fcstlendik. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn bundan sonraki k\u00fcresel yol haritas\u0131nda, finansal piyasalar\u0131n sermayeyi fosil yak\u0131tlardan yenilenebilir enerji gibi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir varl\u0131klara tahsis ederek bu de\u011fi\u015fimi yans\u0131tmas\u0131 gerekiyor.
