Burada <strong>elektrikli ara\u00e7lar<\/strong> sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretmekteyiz ve <strong>mikro mobilite uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong> konusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmaktay\u0131z.\u201d dedi. \u00a0S\u00fcleyman Ba\u015ft\u00fcrk, yeti\u015ftirdikleri \u00f6\u011frenciler ile bu sekt\u00f6re uygun, donan\u0131ml\u0131 m\u00fchendis altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 desteklediklerini ayr\u0131ca bu kapsamda <strong>TOGG<\/strong> ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinin s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc dile getirdi.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>AUTONOM Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve <strong>Alt\u0131nba\u015f \u00dcniversitesi M\u00fchendislik ve Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Dr. Do\u011fu \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Atilla ise <\/strong>elektrikli ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadele kapsam\u0131nda <strong>verimlili\u011fi art\u0131ran en \u00f6nemli a\u015fama<\/strong> oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti. Do\u011fu \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Atilla, \u201cGeleneksel ara\u00e7lar\u0131n verimlilikleri arac\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fmesine ra\u011fmen <strong>%20 &#8211; %40<\/strong> aras\u0131nda olmaktad\u0131r. Elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n motorlar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma veriminin <strong>%90<\/strong>\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. <strong>Elektrikli motorlar\u0131n<\/strong> net olarak b\u00f6yle bir \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc var.\u201d<\/em> a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cElektrikli motorla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ara\u00e7lar, \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadelede 1.a\u015famada bulunuyor\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Do\u011fu \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Atilla<\/strong>, <em>\u201c\u0130lk bak\u0131\u015fta elektrik motorlar\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u0131f\u0131r emisyona sahip denilebilir. Geleneksel ara\u00e7lardaki i\u00e7ten yanmal\u0131 motorlar\u0131n en temizinin bile <strong>100 gr \/ km<\/strong> emisyon de\u011ferine sahip oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Avrupa Birli\u011fi, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emisyonu te\u015fvik i\u00e7in <strong>99 gr \/ km<\/strong> ve alt\u0131nda kalanlardan vergi alm\u0131yordu ve Paris \u0130klim Anla\u015fmas\u0131 ile 2050\u2019de<strong> s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedef<\/strong> olarak belirlendi. Do\u011fu \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Atilla \u201cElektrikli ara\u00e7larda kullan\u0131lan elektrik enerjisinin kayna\u011f\u0131 da b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda fosil yak\u0131tlardan elde edildi\u011finden asl\u0131nda elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n dolayl\u0131 olarak <strong>s\u0131f\u0131r emisyona<\/strong> sahip olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da belirtmek gerekir.\u201d diye ekledi. \u00a0Buna ra\u011fmen yine de elektrik motorlar i\u00e7ten yanmal\u0131 motorlara oranla daha verimli oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti. \u00a0\u201cFosil yak\u0131t\u0131, kuyudan pompaya ve kuyudan prize olarak ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda elektrik motorlu ara\u00e7larda verimlilik<strong> %23<\/strong>, i\u00e7ten yanmal\u0131larda ise <strong>%13<\/strong>\u2019e geliyor.\u201d<\/em> diyerek k\u0131yaslamas\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131. Bu ara\u00e7larda kullan\u0131lan elektri\u011fin de <strong>r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi<\/strong> gibi <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan<\/strong> elde edilmesi durumunda, karbon emisyonuna olumsuz etkileri iyice azalm\u0131\u015f olacak ve <strong>2050\u2019de 0 emisyon hedefine<\/strong> ancak bu yolla ula\u015f\u0131labilece\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. <strong>2030 y\u0131l\u0131ndan<\/strong> sonra b\u00fct\u00fcn ara\u00e7 \u00fcreten firmalar\u0131n portf\u00f6ylerine <strong>elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131 dahil edeceklerine<\/strong> belirten <strong>Do\u011fu \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Atilla<\/strong>, teknolojinin \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fti\u011fini ve tahminimizden de k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede i\u00e7ten yanmal\u0131 ara\u00e7lar\u0131n tedav\u00fclden kalkaca\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cAra\u00e7lar\u0131n t\u00fcketim maliyeti pahal\u0131. Devlet, kullan\u0131m\u0131 te\u015fvik etmeli\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Elektrikli ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de tavsiyelerde bulunan <strong>S\u00fcleyman Ba\u015ft\u00fcrk<\/strong> ise, bu ara\u00e7larda kullan\u0131lan <strong>bataryan\u0131n pahal\u0131 bir \u00fcr\u00fcn<\/strong> oldu\u011funu dile getirdi. <strong>Batarya teknolojisi geli\u015ftik\u00e7e<\/strong> maliyetlerin daha makul seviyelere gelece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini belirtti. Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin art\u0131k sadece binek ara\u00e7 de\u011fil toplu ta\u015f\u0131mada da elektrik motorlu ara\u00e7lara ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in AR-GE projelerini destekledi\u011fini dile getirdi. Elektrikli metrob\u00fcs olarak da tan\u0131mlanabilecek <strong>e-BRT (Electric Bus Rapid Transit)<\/strong> gibi projelere <strong>UFUK2020<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck kaynaklar aktard\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. \u201cBu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara dahil olmak i\u00e7in bizim de giri\u015fimlerimiz var.\u201d<\/em> bilgisini verdi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cMikro mobilite \u00f6nem kazanacak\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Do\u011fu \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Atilla<\/strong> ise, AB\u2019nin son zamanlarda <strong>scooter<\/strong>, <strong>elektrikli bisiklet<\/strong> gibi <strong>mikro mobilite ara\u00e7lar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 geli\u015ftirdi\u011fini ve kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etti\u011fini i\u015faret ederek,<em> \u201cBunlar toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma hatlar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flayan <strong>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enerji harcayan ara\u00e7lar<\/strong>. T\u00fcm bu ekosistemi geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in <strong>yasal desteklerin<\/strong> yans\u0131ra <strong>b\u00fcy\u00fck fonlar da<\/strong> sa\u011fl\u0131yorlar. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de <strong>mikro mobilite \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong> olarak son zamanlarda olduk\u00e7a ilgi g\u00f6ren scooterlar i\u00e7in <strong>Nisan 2021<\/strong>\u2019de<strong> \u201cElektirkli Skuter Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u201d<\/strong> yay\u0131mland\u0131.
