Yeni binalar <strong>ileri \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m hassasiyeti<\/strong> ile korunurken, <strong>mevcut bina stoklar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n da<strong> \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m<\/strong> ve <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong>yle geli\u015ftirilmesi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor\u201d<\/em> ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u2018B\u0130NALARDA FOS\u0130L YAKIT T\u00dcKET\u0130M\u0130 VE KARBON SALIMINI AZALTARAK <\/strong><strong>\u00c7EVREYE KATKI SA\u011eLIYOR\u2019<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma<\/strong> ve <strong>iklim krizi<\/strong> tehlikesiyle m\u00fccadelede en \u00f6nemli kalkanlar\u0131m\u0131zdan biri olan<strong> \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> konusunda daha kapsaml\u0131 ve destekleyici \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen\u00a0K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcko\u011flu, s\u00f6zlerini <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc<strong>:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c<strong>\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi<\/strong>, yaln\u0131zca \u00fclkemizi de\u011fil t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyay\u0131 etkileyecek k\u00fcresel bir sorun. Asl\u0131na bakarsan\u0131z iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi terimi, belirsiz bir gelecek zamandan bahsediyor gibi hissettirebilir. <strong>\u2018\u00c7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za daha iyi bir d\u00fcnya b\u0131rakmak\u2019<\/strong> gibi ifadeler, <strong>k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n<\/strong> sanki sadece gelecek nesilleri etkileyecekmi\u015f gibi bir yan\u0131lg\u0131ya d\u00fc\u015fmemize neden olabilir. Bu durum hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji faturas\u0131na da yans\u0131yacak. \u00dclke olarak enerjinin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 70\u2019ini ithal ediyoruz. \u0130thal edilen enerjinin <strong>22.5 milyar dolarl\u0131k<\/strong> k\u0131sm\u0131 konut ve benzeri yap\u0131larda t\u00fcketiliyor. Bu ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda, \u00f6zellikle enerjideki d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in yeni in\u015fa edilen ve mevcut <strong>binalarda \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/em><em> Ayr\u0131ca enerjinin verimli kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 evlerde t\u00fcketicinin cebinden b\u00fcy\u00fck miktarlarda para \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.
