Bu do\u011frultuda 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan <strong>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD<\/strong> <strong>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik Komitesi,<\/strong> 2018 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren <strong>Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Ama\u00e7lar\u0131<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda faaliyetler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Konuyla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan <strong>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tayfun K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcko\u011flu,\u00a0<\/strong>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik kavram\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok fazla \u00f6nemsediklerini belirterek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: <em>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD \u00dcyelerinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik faaliyetlerini ve uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6rnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 desteklemek ve bu faaliyetlerden sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczce ilham al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak en b\u00fcy\u00fck hedefimiz.\u00a0S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn \u00f6nemi artan, kritik etkilere sebep olan bir konu. Bu konuya daha fazla a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k vermek sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00fclkemiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130n\u015faat malzemesi sanayisinin<\/strong> s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nman\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir halkas\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulayan <strong>Tayfun K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcko\u011flu<\/strong>, s\u00f6zlerine <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/span><em> \u201cBug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD olarak bize d\u00fc\u015fen g\u00f6rev, t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131n istedi\u011fi alanda, hak etti\u011fi konumda yer almalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6stermektir. Gelece\u011fin i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda <strong>kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fcretkenli\u011fine, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na, yenilik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131na<\/strong> ve <strong>topluma katt\u0131klar\u0131<\/strong> de\u011fere daha fazla ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z olacak. <strong>BM S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Ama\u00e7lar\u0131<\/strong>\u2019n\u0131n 5&#8217;incisi olan <strong>Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi<\/strong>\u2019nin, <strong>kad\u0131n<\/strong> ve<strong> emek m\u00fccadelesi<\/strong>nin \u00e7ok iyi kavranmas\u0131 ve \u00fczerinde durulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi kanaatindeyiz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc biliyoruz ki kad\u0131nlar\u0131n daha aktif olmas\u0131, e\u011fitim ve i\u015f hayat\u0131nda yer almas\u0131 demek <strong>daha ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131, huzurlu<\/strong> ve <strong>adil<\/strong> bir toplum demektir.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD<\/strong>\u2019\u0131n yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>\u2018\u0130n\u015faat Malzemeleri Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde Kad\u0131n \u0130stihdam\u0131n\u0131n Art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na Y\u00f6nelik Tutum Belgesi<\/strong>\u2019nde <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu bilgi ve hedefler yer ald\u0131:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Haz\u0131rlanan Tutum Belgesi ile T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD \u00fcyeleri; sekt\u00f6rdeki kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131na y\u00f6nelik belirlenen T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD ilkelerini\/hedeflerini benimser ve bu do\u011frultuda hareket etmeyi, firma hedef ve politikalar\u0131na dahil etmeyi kabul eder.<br \/>\n&#8212; Kapasite geli\u015ftirme programlar\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flar.<br \/>\n&#8212; \u0130lkeler\/hedefler do\u011frultusunda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zetir\/takip eder.<br \/>\n&#8212; \u0130lerleme durumunu ve iyi uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 periyodik olarak T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD ile payla\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hedefler:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m oranlar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmak, e\u011fitimler vermek, mentorluk yapmak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vas\u0131fs\u0131z kad\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc talebinin y\u00fckseltilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde politikalar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 ve uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck sosyal stat\u00fcl\u00fc i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in negatif ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 olmak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131nda e\u011fitim yoluyla niteli\u011finin y\u00fckseltilmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131nda geli\u015fmelerini desteklemek.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; E\u015fit i\u015fe e\u015fit \u00fccret ilkesini uygulamak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kad\u0131nlar ve k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na e\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k, g\u00fcvenlik, haklar, i\u015f ve ge\u00e7im olanaklar\u0131na eri\u015fimde erkeklerle ayn\u0131 haklara sahip olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in imk\u00e2n vermek.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n istihdama eri\u015fiminde engel olu\u015fturan sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel tutumlar\u0131n (geleneksel, ataerkil, muhafazak\u00e2r vb. tutumlar) de\u011fi\u015fimine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar (kampanyalar, seminerler, konferanslar) yapmak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kad\u0131n y\u00f6netici say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in hedefler belirlemek.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kad\u0131n ve erkeklere i\u015f hayat\u0131n\u0131n her alan\u0131nda e\u015fit f\u0131rsatlar sunmak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u0130\u015f yerinde her t\u00fcrl\u00fc cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, kad\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara kar\u015f\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc (psikolojik, cinsel vb.) taciz olaylar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara e\u011fitimler d\u00fczenlemek.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Toplumsal kalk\u0131nma i\u00e7in e\u011fitimde k\u0131zlar ve erkekler aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131n kapanmas\u0131na, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131nda erkeklerle e\u015fit f\u0131rsatlara kavu\u015fmas\u0131na, haklar\u0131n\u0131n yasal g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131p uygulanmas\u0131na, insan onuruna yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r i\u015flerde istihdam\u0131na imk\u00e2n sa\u011flamak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen t\u00fcm bu kapsamdaki uygulamalar\u0131n tedarik\/de\u011fer zinciri boyunca yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmek.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Turkish.
