Bu konuda \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar at\u0131l\u0131yor. En \u00f6nemli ad\u0131m ge\u00e7en ay Glasgow\u2019da neticelendi. T\u00fcm \u00fclkeler \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda emisyonlar\u0131 s\u0131f\u0131ra getirmek i\u00e7in taahh\u00fctte bulundular. D\u00fcnyada yeni bir enerji sistemi ufukta g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. <strong>Yeni bir enerji sistemi<\/strong> kuruluyor. <strong>Yenilenebilir enerji hidrojen, elektrikli arabalar, dijitalle\u015fme, n\u00fckleer.<\/strong> Bunlar\u0131n hepsinde \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar at\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada elektrikli ara\u00e7lar konusunda h\u0131zl\u0131 bir geli\u015fim g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. <strong>2018-2019 d\u00f6neminde<\/strong>, d\u00fcnyada sat\u0131lan her <strong>100<\/strong> arac\u0131n <strong>2<\/strong> tanesi elektrikli arabayd\u0131. Bug\u00fcn bunun <strong>y\u00fczde 2<\/strong>\u2019den <strong>y\u00fczde 10<\/strong>\u2019lara yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Benim hem ABD Enerji Bakan\u0131 hem Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakan\u0131 hem de oradaki b\u00fct\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fck CEO\u2019lar\u0131 ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m konu\u015fmalardan \u00e7\u0131kartt\u0131\u011f\u0131m sonu\u00e7; bunun dalga dalga gelece\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde. Birka\u00e7 hafta \u00f6nce d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck <strong>20 araba \u00fcreticisi<\/strong>nin CEO\u2019lar\u0131yla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m toplant\u0131da <strong>18<\/strong>\u2019i, <strong>2030<\/strong> itibariyle elektrikli arabalar\u0131n esas ana \u00fcretim alan\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorlar.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cEn \u00f6nemli konu batarya teknolojisi\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Elektrikli otomobil \u00fcretimindeki en \u00f6nemli kalemlerden birini batarya olu\u015fturuyor. Mevcut kapasitede <strong>2030 y\u0131l\u0131na<\/strong> kadar <strong>10 kat\u0131<\/strong> kadar bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme bekleniyor. \u00d6zellikle <strong>lityum iyon bataryalar<\/strong>da <strong>Avrupa\u2019dan Asya\u2019ya, Asya\u2019dan Amerika\u2019ya<\/strong> kadar ciddi bir art\u0131\u015f var. Kritik madenlere imalat s\u0131ras\u0131nda ihtiya\u00e7 var. Bunlardan bir tanesi<strong> lityum<\/strong>, bir tanesi <strong>manganez<\/strong>, di\u011fer bir tanesi ise <strong>kobalt.<\/strong> Bunlar\u0131n hepsi d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok yerine da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. Ama <strong>d\u00f6rtte \u00fc\u00e7\u00fc<\/strong> sadece birka\u00e7 \u00fclkede odaklanm\u0131\u015f durumda. Bunu,<strong> enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fi<\/strong>nden ayr\u0131 tutmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Kritik minerallere ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k ciddi bir sorun. Ayr\u0131ca sadece minerallerin nerede oldu\u011fu de\u011fil, nerede i\u015flendi\u011fi de \u00f6nemli. \u015eu anda rafine kapasitesinin <strong>y\u00fczde 90<\/strong>\u2019\u0131 tek bir \u00fclkede, yani<strong> \u00c7in<\/strong>\u2019de. Bir\u00e7ok \u00fclke, Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 \u00f6nderli\u011finde yeni bir kritik<strong> enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fi sistemi<\/strong> kurmak i\u00e7in birbirleri ile m\u00fczakere ediyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte g\u00fcndeme gelen her yeni teknoloji de oldu\u011fu gibi, bug\u00fcn de h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin deste\u011fi olmadan bu yeni teknolojilerin birdenbire hayata ge\u00e7mesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fcyor. Enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde, en az\u0131ndan \u00f6zellikle emekleme \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda bunlara ihtiya\u00e7 var. Herkesin g\u0131pta ile be\u011fenerek, takip etti\u011fi <strong>Tesla hikayesi<\/strong>, 2008-2009\u2019daki finansal kriz sonras\u0131 toparlanma fonundan \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck destek alarak ba\u015flad\u0131. Yar\u0131m milyar dolar civar\u0131nda bir destek ald\u0131. Bu ilk destek, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Tesla ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131nda \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck rol oynad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fer \u00fclkeler<strong> iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi taahh\u00fctleri<\/strong>ni yerine getirirse lityum talebi <strong>10 y\u0131l<\/strong> i\u00e7ince<strong> 7 misli<\/strong> artacak. Bu muazzam bir art\u0131\u015f ve fiyatlar da yukar\u0131ya do\u011fru gidecek. Bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkenin <strong>kritik mineraller rezervleri<\/strong> var ama \u015fimdiye kadar hi\u00e7 \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131\u015flar. <strong>Kanada, ABD, Avrupa, Avustralya<\/strong> gibi \u00fclkeler yeni kanunlar \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131p, bu <strong>lityum madenleri<\/strong>ni ya da <strong>nikel madenleri<\/strong>nin hepsini \u00e7\u0131kartmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. <strong>ABD\u2019de<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kmak \u00fczere olan ama hala \u00e7\u0131kmayan <strong>2&#8217;inci ekonomik toparlanma yasas\u0131<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131karsa, elektrikli araba talebinde de \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 bir art\u0131\u015f olacak. Bu da <strong>lityum<\/strong> ve di\u011fer kritik mineraller konusunda yukar\u0131 do\u011fru bask\u0131 yaratabilir. <strong>Yeni arz politikalar\u0131<\/strong> \u00fcretim politikalar\u0131 ile talep aras\u0131nda zamanlama sorunu olabilir. Talep biraz daha y\u00fcksek olup fiyatlar\u0131 yukar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kartabilir. B\u00f6yle bir riski \u015fu anda \u00f6n g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cD\u00fcnyada oyunun kurallar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiyor\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>TOGG CEO\u2019su G\u00fcrcan Karaka\u015f<\/strong>\u00a0da<strong> elektrikli ara\u00e7lara<\/strong> d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve <strong>TOGG\u2019da<\/strong> yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar konusunda <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cD\u00fcnyada oyunun kurallar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiyor. \u00d6zellikle <strong>enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, otomobil d\u00fcnyas\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>teknoloji d\u00fcnyas\u0131<\/strong> \u00fc\u00e7geni aras\u0131nda kurallar de\u011fi\u015fmekte. Teknoloji olarak, elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ilgilendiren k\u0131sm\u0131nda baz\u0131 kayg\u0131 ve sorunlar \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f durumda. Maliyetler h\u0131zla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor, menzil kayg\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f durumda. Ayr\u0131ca h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015farjla art\u0131k, yar\u0131m saatin alt\u0131nda bataryan\u0131n <strong>y\u00fczde 80<\/strong>\u2019nini rahatl\u0131kla \u015farj edebiliyoruz. Bununla birlikte sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn cirosu da karl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 da b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye devam ediyor. <strong>2035\u2019e<\/strong> bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, yeni nesil ara\u00e7larla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan<strong> veri bazl\u0131 i\u015f modelleri<\/strong> ile b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bir karl\u0131l\u0131k alan\u0131 var. Bug\u00fcnden <strong>y\u00fczde 40<\/strong>\u2019l\u0131k alan i\u00e7in \u00fcr\u00fcn geli\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flamazsak, oradaki yerimizi almaya haz\u0131rlanmazsak, karl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131ya girece\u011fiz demektir. Burada devletlerin rol\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bunu en erken g\u00f6renler,<strong> \u00c7inliler<\/strong> oldu. Ama \u00fclkemizde de devletimizin deste\u011fiyle ve <strong>elektrifikasyona ge\u00e7i\u015f<\/strong> vizyonu ile h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde biz de ilerliyoruz.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>TOGG\u2019a<\/strong> gelirsek; biz, olaya b\u00fct\u00fcnsel bir g\u00f6zle bak\u0131yoruz. Otomobilden fazlas\u0131n\u0131 yapmak \u00fczere geldik. Bunun i\u00e7inde ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren tasarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z arac\u0131 hem <strong>bataryan\u0131n<\/strong> etraf\u0131ndan hem<strong> ak\u0131ll\u0131 bir cihaz<\/strong> olarak tasarlamam\u0131z gerekiyor. Bunu, yeni nesil elektrik elektronik mimarisi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yap\u0131yoruz. Yar\u0131ndan sonra <strong>beygir g\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong> de\u011fil, <strong>yaz\u0131l\u0131m g\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong> fark yaratacakt\u0131r. Gelece\u011fin d\u00fcnyas\u0131 art\u0131k<strong> merkezi bilgisayar\u0131n<\/strong> oldu\u011fu bir d\u00fcnya. Gelecek buna do\u011fru gidiyor. Merkezi bilgisayar\u0131 d\u00f6rde b\u00f6ld\u00fck. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, \u015fu an zamana kar\u015f\u0131 yar\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. 2023\u2019\u00fcn ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde <strong>seri imalat\u0131m\u0131za<\/strong> ve <strong>pazar lansman\u0131m\u0131za<\/strong> ba\u015fl\u0131yoruz. 2026-2027 y\u0131llar\u0131nda <strong>kendi merkezi bilgisayar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131<\/strong> tamam\u0131yla tasarlam\u0131\u015f ve <strong>sanayile\u015ftirmi\u015f<\/strong> olaca\u011f\u0131z. Burada ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00e7evreye duyarl\u0131l\u0131k da b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Biz de hem buraya uyum sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in hem \u00e7evre duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da \u00f6n planda tutmak i\u00e7in \u00fclkemizin hatta <strong>Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n, \u00c7in\u2019i<\/strong> tam bilmemekle birlikte kuvvetle muhtemel d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en temiz tesisini \u015fu an <strong>Gemlik\u2019te<\/strong> kuruyoruz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za devam ediyoruz. Ocak ay\u0131nda ise,<strong> Las Vegas\u2019ta<\/strong> d\u00fcnya lansman\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yapaca\u011f\u0131z.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cYe\u015fil mutabakatla birlikte net bir tarif yap\u0131ld\u0131\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Otomotiv Sanayii Derne\u011fi (OSD) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Haydar Yenig\u00fcn<\/strong>\u00a0ise, Pandemi ko\u015fullar\u0131 nedeniyle s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7ten ge\u00e7en otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne <strong>Ye\u015fil Mutabakat<\/strong>la birlikte net bir tarif yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve sekt\u00f6rde enteresan geli\u015fmelerin g\u00f6r\u00fclece\u011fi bir s\u00fcrece girildi\u011fini kaydetti. Otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de milli gelirin <strong>y\u00fczde 5\u2019inden<\/strong> fazlas\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcretti\u011fini belirten Haydar Yenig\u00fcn, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c2 milyon civar\u0131nda kapasite var ki, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki <strong>1-2 y\u0131l<\/strong> i\u00e7inde bunun <strong>2,5 milyona<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bizim, bu kurulu olan 2 milyon kapasitemizin<strong> y\u00fczde 85\u2019<\/strong>i ihra\u00e7 ediliyor.<strong> 6,8 milyar<\/strong> <strong>dolarl\u0131k<\/strong> bir d\u0131\u015f ticaret fazlas\u0131 veriyoruz. Bunu s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmek i\u00e7in de <strong>AR-GE yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131<\/strong>n olmazsa olmaz oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemem gerekiyor. Devletin son 10 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00f6zellikle te\u015fvik etti\u011fi bu AR-GE yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131, sekt\u00f6rden \u00e7ok net \u015fekilde cevap buldu. 157 AR-GE merkezimizde 4 binin \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan var. Peki bu rakamlar bunca emek <strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi nereye getiriyor?<\/strong> Avrupa\u2019da otomobilde \u00fcretim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan 6\u2019nc\u0131, ticari vas\u0131taya bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda 2\u2019inci, toplamda ise Avrupa i\u00e7inde 4\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131raday\u0131z.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Elektrikli ara\u00e7lara<\/strong> geldi\u011fimizde ise, ortaya iki resim \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Art\u0131k m\u00fc\u015fteriler, d\u00fcnyam\u0131z\u0131 korumay\u0131 \u00f6ncelikli bir madde olarak, biz \u00fcreticilerin \u00f6n\u00fcne koyuyor.
