Temmuz ay\u0131nda <strong>Avrupa&#8217;da 240 ki\u015finin hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fi sel felaketinde ise 43 milyar dolarl\u0131k hasar<\/strong> olu\u015ftu. \u00c7in&#8217;deki Henan eyaletindeki <strong>sel felaketi<\/strong> ise<strong> 320 ki\u015finin<\/strong> ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirmesine, <strong>1 milyonu a\u015fk\u0131n<\/strong> ki\u015finin g\u00f6\u00e7 etmesine ve <strong>17,5 milyar dolarl\u0131k y\u0131k\u0131ma<\/strong> yol a\u00e7t\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Rapor, daha zengin \u00fclkelerin daha y\u00fcksek m\u00fclk de\u011ferlerine sahip olmalar\u0131 ve <strong>sigortalamay\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layabilmeleri nedeniyle<\/strong> daha y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u0131kan finansal maliyete odaklan\u0131yor. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n, Latin Amerika&#8217;daki Paran\u00e1 nehri kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi <strong>Brezilya, Arjantin<\/strong> ve <strong>Paraguay<\/strong> ekonomilerinin hayati par\u00e7as\u0131 olan nehrin <strong>son 77 y\u0131l\u0131n<\/strong> en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyesine d\u00fc\u015fmesi ve <strong>ge\u00e7im kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong> bu nehre ba\u011fl\u0131 olan insanlar\u0131 etkilemesi aylar s\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>En y\u00fcksek maliyetli <strong>10 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hava olay\u0131ndan<\/strong> 4&#8217;\u00fcn\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi <strong>Asya&#8217;da sel ve tayfunlar\u0131n toplam maliyeti 24 milyar dolar\u0131 buldu<\/strong>. Ancak <strong>a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hava ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> etkisi t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada hissedildi. Mart ay\u0131nda Avustralya, <strong>18.000 ki\u015finin<\/strong> yer de\u011fi\u015ftirmesine ve<strong> 2,1 milyar<\/strong> dolarl\u0131k hasara yol a\u00e7an sel felaketlerine maruz kald\u0131. Kanada&#8217;n\u0131n Britanya Kolombiyas\u0131 eyaletinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen sel felaketinde ise <strong>7,5 milyar dolarl\u0131k<\/strong> hasar ya\u015fand\u0131 ve <strong>15.000 ki\u015fi<\/strong> evlerini terk etmek zorunda kald\u0131. ABD&#8217;de yak\u0131n zamanda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen kas\u0131rgalarla ilgili <strong>sigorta<\/strong> ve <strong>mali kay\u0131p verilerinin<\/strong> eksik olmas\u0131 sebebiyle bu raporda yer verilmedi ancak gelecek y\u0131l\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda dahil edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu \u00f6l\u00e7ekteki tahribat\u0131n, <strong>emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda bir \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmamas\u0131 durumunda devam edecek olmas\u0131 endi\u015fe yarat\u0131yor.
