Sanc\u0131l\u0131 bir ge\u00e7i\u015f olacak ve bu ge\u00e7i\u015f bug\u00fcnden yar\u0131na da olmayacak. <strong>Yeni enerji teknolojileri<\/strong>ndeki maliyetler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. \u00dclkeler aras\u0131nda yeni enerji teknolojilerinin \u00f6nderi ve ana ihracat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 kim olacak yar\u0131\u015f\u0131 var. Yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131na uzun vadeli \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilirlik sa\u011flan\u0131rsa <strong>enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong>n\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Birol, bu y\u0131l yenilenebilir enerji alan\u0131nda d\u00fcnyada <strong>290 GW<\/strong>\u2019l\u0131k bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme beklendi\u011fini belirterek \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye dair tahminlerimiz olduk\u00e7a <strong>g\u00fcven verici<\/strong> ve <strong>te\u015fvik edici<\/strong>. E\u011fer b\u00f6yle devam edilirse<strong> 5 y\u0131lda<\/strong> bu alanda<strong> 35 GW<\/strong>\u2019l\u0131k art\u0131\u015f sa\u011flanabilir\u201d<\/em> \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cHala ekonomik potansiyelimizin tamam\u0131n\u0131 kullanm\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin <strong>hidroelektrik<\/strong> alan\u0131nda D\u00fcnya&#8217;da ve Avrupa\u2019da <strong>\u00fcst s\u0131ralarda<\/strong> oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken HES\u0130AD Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Fahrettin Arman, yine de bu alandaki ekonomik potansiyelin tamam\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. Arman,<strong> son 2 y\u0131ld\u0131r<\/strong> ciddi bir kurakl\u0131k d\u00f6neminde olunmas\u0131 nedeniyle baraj seviyelerinin normal i\u015fletme seviyesinin \u00e7ok alt\u0131na indi\u011finin ve ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l \u00fcretimin <strong>y\u00fczde 28<\/strong>\u2019ini sa\u011flayan hidrolik santrallerin bu y\u0131l <strong>y\u00fczde 17<\/strong>\u2019lerde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Fahrettin Arman ayr\u0131ca, sekt\u00f6rde te\u015fvik y\u00f6netmelik ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n daha ileriye d\u00f6n\u00fck olarak <strong>\u00fclke ekonomisine neler kazand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131na<\/strong> bakarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekti\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi 10 GW kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 yolunda<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn <strong>3 ayr\u0131<\/strong> derne\u011fi <strong>G\u00dcYAD, GENSED ve G\u00dcNDER y\u00f6neticileri<\/strong> de sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn <strong>10 GW<\/strong> kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 yolunda oldu\u011funu belirterek yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>250 GW<\/strong>\u2019l\u0131k g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi potansiyeli oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <strong>sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi<\/strong> ve <strong>karbonsuz<\/strong> d\u00fczene <strong>azami d\u00fczeyde katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilerini <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131ralad\u0131:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Birol Erg\u00fcven<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>G\u00dcYAD Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131:<\/strong><em> \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hala yeterli elektrik \u00fcretim kapasitesine sahip de\u011filiz. Eksi\u011fi yenilenebilir enerji ile tamamlamal\u0131y\u0131z. T\u00fcrkiye d\u00fcnyada \u00e7at\u0131larda g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi ile <strong>s\u0131cak su \u00fcreten<\/strong> \u00fclkeler s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda <strong>3. s\u0131rada<\/strong>. Bunu nas\u0131l ba\u015fard\u0131k? <strong>\u0130htiya\u00e7 vard\u0131<\/strong> ve<strong> ucuzdu.<\/strong> Bunu neden <strong>g\u00fcne\u015ften elektrik \u00fcretiminde<\/strong> yapam\u0131yoruz? <strong>G\u00fcne\u015ften elektrik \u00fcretimini<\/strong> kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131y\u0131z, \u00e7ok fazla say\u0131da kurulum sa\u011flayabiliriz. T\u00fcrkiye g\u00fcne\u015fte d\u00fcnyada<strong> ilk 5-6 s\u0131rada<\/strong> yer alabilir. Bu kapasiteye ve dinamizme sahibiz.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Halil Demirda\u011f &#8211; GENSED:<\/strong> <em>\u201c\u015eu an enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki fiyatlar maalesef ger\u00e7ek ve ayr\u0131ca \u00e7ok beklenmedik. D\u00fcnya bu noktada bir hata yapt\u0131 ve <strong>polisilikon<\/strong> \u00fcretiminin <strong>y\u00fczde 75<\/strong> oran\u0131nda \u00c7in\u2019e kaymas\u0131na izin verdi. \u00c7in de polisilikon hammaddesine <strong>y\u00fczde 500 zam<\/strong> yapt\u0131. Bu piyasadaki polemi\u011fin zamanla azalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz. Bundan sonras\u0131nda ne olaca\u011fa bakarsak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u015fey d\u00fcnyada <strong>ye\u015fil hidrojene bir talep<\/strong> olaca\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde. End\u00fcstriyel boyutta hidrojen \u00fcretimine ihtiya\u00e7 var, <strong>ye\u015fil enerji ihtiyac\u0131<\/strong> var. Ayr\u0131ca <strong>elektrikli ara\u00e7lar<\/strong> h\u0131zla art\u0131yor ve artmaya devam edecek.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kutay Kaleli &#8211; G\u00dcNDER:<\/strong> <em>\u201c\u00dclkemiz yenilenebilir enerji cenneti ve bundan faydalanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k ancak daha \u00e7ok faydalanmak gerekiyor. Depolama alan\u0131nda \u00fclkemizde yeni <strong>Ar-Ge yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131<\/strong> yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. 2021\u2019i <strong>\u00e7at\u0131 GES<\/strong> y\u0131l\u0131 olarak ge\u00e7irdik. <strong>2022\u2019de<\/strong> de bu alandaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n devam edece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Sekt\u00f6rde a\u00e7\u0131klanan kapasiteleri yeterli bulmuyoruz. <strong>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kapasite<\/strong> planlamas\u0131 yap\u0131lmal\u0131. <strong>Hibrit tesislerle<\/strong> ilgili de<strong> hidrolar<\/strong> ya <strong>da jeotermal<\/strong> ve<strong> bio<\/strong> gibi, <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f<\/strong> ve <strong>r\u00fczgar<\/strong> olmayan santrallere <strong>baz\u0131 limitler<\/strong> getirildi,<strong> bu limitlerin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>R\u00fczgarda 10 GW sonras\u0131 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>T\u00dcREB Ba\u015fkan\u0131<\/em> <strong>Ebru Ar\u0131c\u0131<\/strong> da r\u00fczg\u00e2r sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn <strong>10 GW<\/strong> kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc a\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde <strong>11 GW<\/strong>\u2019\u0131 g\u00f6receklerini belirterek r\u00fczgar\u0131n enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde g\u00fcvenilir bir partner oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Ar\u0131c\u0131 s\u00f6zlerine<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/span>\u00a0<em>\u201c2021 r\u00fczgarda rekorlar\u0131n y\u0131l\u0131 oldu. T\u00fcm zamanlar\u0131n \u00fcretim rekorlar\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Son <strong>21<\/strong> ayda <strong>2988 MW<\/strong> g\u00fc\u00e7 devreye ald\u0131k.<strong> 2021<\/strong> ayr\u0131ca <strong>hibrit ba\u015fvurular\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve <strong>kapasite art\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla<\/strong> ilgili <strong>yerlilii\u011fin a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> bir y\u0131l oldu. Bundan sonra r\u00fczgarda her y\u0131l <strong>1.500 MW<\/strong> kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc devreye almak istiyoruz.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en az yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 jeotermal kaynaklarla \u0131s\u0131tabiliriz\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Jeotermal alan\u0131ndaki derneklerin y\u00f6neticileri ise toplant\u0131da <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015funlar\u0131 dile getirdi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ali K\u0131ndap &#8211; Jeotermal Enerji Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131:\u00a0<\/strong><em>\u201c<strong>Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong>\u2019yla d\u00fcnyada enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcreci ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te yenilenebilir, ye\u015fil ve temiz enerji kaynaklar\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze gelmeye devam edecek. \u015eu an <strong>1.650 MW<\/strong> eenerji \u00fcretiminde, <strong>3.500 MW<\/strong>\u2019\u0131 da enerji d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kullan\u0131mda olmak \u00fczere <strong>5.000 MW<\/strong>\u2019dan fazla jeotermal kaynak kullan\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z var. Bu alanda ger\u00e7ek potansiyelimizin <strong>3<\/strong>\u2019te <strong>1<\/strong>\u2019ini kullan\u0131yoruz. Yap\u0131 ve konut \u0131s\u0131tma i\u015finde, ayr\u0131ca <strong>sera<\/strong> ve <strong>tar\u0131mda<\/strong> jeotermal kaynaklar\u0131n daha fazla kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz. <strong>Jeotermal serac\u0131l\u0131k<\/strong> ciddi bir geli\u015fim alan\u0131. Bunu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye yayarsak b\u00f6lgesel kalk\u0131nmay\u0131 geli\u015ftirip tar\u0131mda ciddi bir at\u0131l\u0131m yapabiliriz. Jeotermal santraller <strong>7 g\u00fcn 24 saat<\/strong> baz y\u00fck santraller gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabiliyor. Y\u0131ll\u0131k <strong>10 milyar KWh<\/strong> enerji sisteme verebiliyoruz. Bunu <strong>25 milyar kWh<\/strong>\u2019ye rahat\u00e7a \u00e7\u0131karabiliriz.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ufuk \u015eent\u00fcrk &#8211; JESDER Ba\u015fkan\u0131:<\/strong><em> \u201cD\u00fcnyan\u0131n en zengin jeotermal kaynaklar\u0131na sahip \u00fclkelerin ba\u015f\u0131nda geliyoruz. <strong>Yeni T\u00fcrkiye Jeotermal Kanunu<\/strong>\u2019nun yak\u0131nda <strong>meclise sevk edilmesini<\/strong> bekliyoruz. <strong>Karbondioksit<\/strong> ve<strong> s\u00fclf\u00fcr\u00fcn<\/strong>, ki g\u00fcbrenin hammaddesidir, burada kullan\u0131lmas\u0131yla ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z devam ediyor. Ayr\u0131ca<strong> jeotermal sular\u0131n tar\u0131mda g\u00fcbre<\/strong> olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7mak istiyoruz. \u00dclkemizin en az yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 <strong>jeotermal kaynaklarla \u0131s\u0131tabilir<\/strong>, <strong>do\u011fal gaz ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebiliriz. Bo\u015f \u00e7\u0131kan petrol kuyular\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirerek <strong>50 bin d\u00f6n\u00fcm<\/strong> seray\u0131 \u0131s\u0131tabilir, en b\u00fcy\u00fck <strong>lityum \u00fcreticisi<\/strong> olabiliriz.<strong> Sondaj maliyetlerinin<\/strong> azalt\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in <strong>petrol<\/strong> ve <strong>do\u011falgaz sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne<\/strong> sa\u011flanan istisnalardan bizim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz de yararlanmal\u0131. <strong>YEKDEM fiyatlar\u0131<\/strong> da yap\u0131labilir seviyelere \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmal\u0131.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cYeni modelde karbona yer yok\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Toplant\u0131n\u0131n ev sahipli\u011fini \u00fcstlenen <em>Sanko Enerji Grubu CEO<\/em>\u2019su <strong>Hakan Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong> ise yeni bir ekonomik model olu\u015ftu\u011funu ve bu modelde <strong>karbona<\/strong> yer olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek <em>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye gibi <strong>gen\u00e7<\/strong> ve <strong>dinamik<\/strong> bir n\u00fcfusu olan bir \u00fclkede <strong>\u015fu 3 alanda<\/strong> verimlilik \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli: <strong>Yat\u0131r\u0131mda, \u00fcretimde<\/strong> ve <strong>finansmanda<\/strong> verimlilik. Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar konusunda \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilir politikalarla yap\u0131labilir <strong>proje stoku<\/strong> sa\u011flamam\u0131z gerekiyor. \u00dcretim alan\u0131nda<strong> d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmemiz gereken santrallerimiz<\/strong> var. <strong>Finansmanda verimlilik<\/strong> konusunda ise uluslararas\u0131 finans kurulu\u015flar\u0131 \u015funa kafa yormal\u0131: Madem d\u00fcnya i\u00e7in ayn\u0131 yarar\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz, \u0130svi\u00e7re\u2019deki yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya sa\u011flanan finansman \u015fartlar\u0131 bize de sa\u011flanmal\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc projelerin etkisi ayn\u0131.
