K\u00f6m\u00fcr santralleri toplam kurulu g\u00fcce y\u00fczde 22\u2032lik katk\u0131da bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 8 bin 613, ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 ise 3 bin 913 megavata kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 santrallerden br\u00fct 68 televatsaat br\u00fct elektrik \u00fcretilirken, bu katk\u0131 bu toplam br\u00fct elektrik \u00fcretiminde y\u00fczde 28,4\u2032l\u00fck bir pay olu\u015fturdu. Bu miktar\u0131n 38,8 televatsaatlik k\u0131sm\u0131 yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131larak \u00fcretildi. Yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn toplam br\u00fct elektrik \u00fcretimi i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 16,2\u2032dir.<\/p>\n<p>Yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc ve br\u00fct elektrik \u00fcretimi i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131 h\u0131zla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. 1986\u2032da y\u00fczde 37,3 d\u00fczeyine kadar y\u00fckselen kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 i\u00e7indeki pay 2004\u2032te y\u00fczde 18,4 d\u00fczeyine kadar geriledi. 2005 ve 2006\u2032da devreye al\u0131nan \u00c7anakkale \u00c7an ve Af\u015fin-Elbistan B santralleri ile y\u00fczde 21 seviyesine kadar y\u00fckselse de daha sonra bu alanda yeni bir yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n devreye girmemesi nedeniyle 2012\u2032de yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 15,1 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Br\u00fct elektrik \u00fcretimi i\u00e7indeki yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr pay\u0131 da do\u011fal olarak benzer bir geli\u015fimi izledi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 20 b\u00fcy\u00fck elektrik santrali bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bunlardan 2 adedi ta\u015f k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc, 17 adedi linyit ve 1 adedi ise asfaltit santralidir.<\/p>\n<p>Yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 santral kapasitesinin yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131 1980-1990 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda tesis edildi. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli baz\u0131 otoprod\u00fckt\u00f6r santraller d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bu santrallerin hemen tamam\u0131 kamunun m\u00fclkiyetinde bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda, \u00e7e\u015fitli giri\u015fimlerde bulunulmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 termik santral yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 konusunda \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fme sa\u011flanamad\u0131. Bu konuda, belirli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde yol alabilmi\u015f 2 \u00f6rnek bulunuyor. Bu ama\u00e7la elektrik \u00fcretimine uygun yerli linyit ve ta\u015f k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc sahalar\u0131n\u0131n, elektrik \u00fcretimi ama\u00e7l\u0131 projelerle de\u011ferlendirilmesi uygulamas\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclecektir\u201d ifadesi bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Enerji ithalat\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ba\u015fta k\u00f6m\u00fcr olmak \u00fczere yerli kaynaklar\u0131n pay\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gere\u011fine vurgu yapan ifadelere kar\u015f\u0131n yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcrlerin elektrik \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hususunda istenilen mesafe al\u0131namad\u0131. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 12 y\u0131ld\u0131r yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 olarak temeli at\u0131lan santral kapasitesi toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn y\u00fczde 1\u2032i d\u00fczeyine yakla\u015famad\u0131. Bunun sonucu olarak, yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcrlerin toplam elektrik \u00fcretimindeki pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 15\u2032lere kadar geriledi.<\/p>\n<p>Bununla beraber, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de elektrik \u00fcretimi ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131labilecek \u00f6nemli k\u00f6m\u00fcr rezervleri bulunuyor. S\u00f6z konusu rezervlerden en y\u00fcksek ekonomik yarar\u0131n elde edilmesini sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla, k\u00f6m\u00fcr \u00fcretim faaliyetleri devam etmekte olan sahalarda mevcut proje ve planlamalar\u0131n g\u00fcncellenerek geli\u015ftirilmesi, hen\u00fcz herhangi bir i\u015fletme projesi bulunmayan sahalarda i\u015fletme proje ve planlamalar\u0131n\u0131n ortaya konulmas\u0131, havza niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan b\u00f6lgelerde ise havza madencili\u011finin gerektirdi\u011fi orta ve uzun d\u00f6nem planlamalar\u0131 i\u00e7eren ana master planlar\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131n\u0131n uygun olaca\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor. Bu kapsamda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 20 bin megavat\u0131n \u00fczerinde kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 yaratabilecek bir linyit\/asfaltit potansiyeli bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>EPDK verilerine g\u00f6re, 2012 sonu itibariyle yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 21 proje bulunuyor. Toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 9 bin 565 megavat olan projelerden 4\u2032\u00fc ta\u015f k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc, 3\u2032\u00fc asfaltit ve 14\u2032\u00fc linyit yak\u0131tl\u0131. Linyite dayal\u0131 santrallerden 7\u2032si yat\u0131r\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda. Di\u011fer 7 adedi ise proje safhas\u0131nda bulunuyor. Sadece asfaltit yak\u0131tl\u0131 \u015e\u0131rnak-Silopi santralinde i\u015fletmeye ge\u00e7ilirken, 2 asfaltit yak\u0131tl\u0131 santralde ise yat\u0131r\u0131ma ba\u015flanmad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0130thal k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 yeni santraller yolda<\/h2>\n<p>Yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 santral yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 konusunda beklenen geli\u015fme sa\u011flanamamakla beraber, ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 santral kapasitesi giderek art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>2000 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar elektrik sisteminde ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrali bulunmazken 2011 sonu itibariyle s\u00f6z konusu santrallerin kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 kapasitesi 3 bin 820 megavat d\u00fczeyine ula\u015ft\u0131. Bu b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fck, toplam santral kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczde 7,2\u2032sine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor. Mevcut geli\u015fmeler, ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr santral yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda da artarak s\u00fcrece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de i\u015fletmede olan 5 ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrali bulunuyor. Santrallerin 2\u2032si \u00c7anakkale Biga, di\u011ferleri Kahramanmara\u015f, Kocaeli-Gebze ve Zonguldak-\u00c7atala\u011fz\u0131\u2019nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130thal k\u00f6m\u00fcr yak\u0131tl\u0131 elektrik \u00fcretim tesislerine ili\u015fkin olarak toplam 28 bin 713 megavat kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnde 37 lisans ba\u015fvurusu bulunuyor.
