Artan <strong>plastik t\u00fcketimi<\/strong> ve mevcut <strong>plastik at\u0131k y\u00f6netimi<\/strong>yle, <strong>okyanuslara<\/strong> ve <strong>denizlere<\/strong> ula\u015fan <strong>plastik at\u0131klar\u0131n<\/strong> daha da artmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir ger\u00e7ek.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den Akdeniz\u2019e y\u0131lda ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na 1 kilo plastik kar\u0131\u015f\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn, <strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den Akdeniz\u2019e<\/strong> kar\u0131\u015fan <strong>y\u0131ll\u0131k plastik (makro ve mikro plastik) s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131<\/strong> ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>1 kg<\/strong> seviyesinde. <strong>IUCN<\/strong>\u2019in (D\u00fcnya Do\u011fay\u0131 Koruma Birli\u011fi) g\u00fcncel raporuna g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye toplam at\u0131k miktar\u0131 ile <strong>Akdeniz\u2019i<\/strong> en \u00e7ok kirleten (M\u0131s\u0131r ve \u0130talya\u2019n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 3&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc) \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Her y\u0131l 11 milyon ton plastik at\u0131k denizlere kar\u0131\u015f\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Denizlerimizde giderek artan <strong>plastik kirlili\u011finin alarm verici d\u00fczeyde<\/strong> oldu\u011funun ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarla da ortaya kondu\u011funu vurgulayan <em>WWF-T\u00fcrkiye Plastik Projeleri M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc<\/em> <strong>Tolga Y\u00fccel<\/strong> <em>\u201cD\u00fcnya genelinde her y\u0131l <strong>11 milyon ton plastik at\u0131k<\/strong> denizlere kar\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Bu<strong> k\u00fcresel krizi durdurmak<\/strong> i\u00e7in denizlerimizdeki <strong>plastik kirlili\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131<\/strong> ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 bir uluslararas\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye <strong>acil ihtiya\u00e7<\/strong> var. <strong>T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong>, <strong>\u201cS\u0131f\u0131r At\u0131k Program\u0131\u201d<\/strong> ve <strong>plastik po\u015fetlerin \u00fccretlendirilmesi uygulamas\u0131<\/strong> ile k\u00fcresel <strong>\u00e7evre sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde<\/strong> oynayabilece\u011fi kritik rol\u00fcn g\u00fczel bir \u00f6rne\u011fini sergiledi. \u00dclkemiz, \u015fimdi de denizlerdeki <strong>plastik kirlili\u011fini durdurmak<\/strong> i\u00e7in uluslararas\u0131 bir s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin \u015fekillendirilmesinde \u00f6nc\u00fc rol oynama \u015fans\u0131na sahip. S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki <strong>\u015eubat ay\u0131nda<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek <strong>Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler \u00c7evre Asamblesinde<\/strong> g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 talep ediyoruz.\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Denizlerdeki plasti\u011fin y\u00fczde sekseni karasal kaynakl\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi \u00c7evre Bilimleri Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Prof. Dr. Turgut T\u00fcz\u00fcn Onay ise denizlerdeki plastiklerin<strong> % 80<\/strong>\u2019inin karasal kaynakl\u0131 oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekerek plastiklerin, \u00e7e\u015fitli yollar ile sucul ortamlara kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 veya karadan sucul ortamlara ula\u015fmaya haz\u0131r bekledi\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Onay:<\/span> <em>\u201cPlastiklerin biyolojik olarak bozunamayan yap\u0131lar\u0131 onlar\u0131 \u00e7evrede kal\u0131c\u0131 hale getirirken<strong> \u0131\u015f\u0131k, s\u0131cakl\u0131k, fiziksel kuvvetler<\/strong> ve <strong>di\u011fer ortam \u015fartlar\u0131<\/strong> vas\u0131tas\u0131yla daha ufak par\u00e7alara b\u00f6l\u00fcnen plastikler <strong>5 mm<\/strong>\u2019den <strong>k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck mikro plastiklere<\/strong> d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ferek do\u011fada \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131 yay\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu par\u00e7alanma s\u0131ras\u0131nda yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan kimyasallar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ve plastiklerin ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 bir y\u00fczey i\u015flevi g\u00f6rmesi ise bulunduklar\u0131 \u00e7evre \u00fczerindeki etkiyi art\u0131r\u0131yor.<strong> Plastik kirlili\u011fi,<\/strong> hem karasal hem sucul ortamlarda bir <strong>t\u00fcketim<\/strong> ve <strong>at\u0131k y\u00f6netimi sorunu<\/strong>. Alternatif malzemelerin geli\u015ftirilmesinden ba\u015flanarak plastik at\u0131klar\u0131n \u00e7evreye yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemek i\u00e7in at\u0131k y\u00f6netimi en az plastik do\u011faya ula\u015facak \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenmeli; sistem, at\u0131k olu\u015ftuktan sonra bertaraf etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak yerine plastik at\u0131k olu\u015fumunun kayna\u011f\u0131nda azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hedeflemelidir. Bu \u00fcr\u00fcnler aras\u0131nda<strong> pipet, kulak \u00e7ubu\u011fu, kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7ubu\u011fu<\/strong> gibi \u00fclkemizde s\u0131k\u00e7a kullan\u0131lan ve <strong>ciddi bir kirlilik olu\u015fturan \u00fcr\u00fcnler<\/strong> de bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ye\u015fil kamu al\u0131mlar\u0131yla plastik kirlili\u011finin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&gt;Bunun i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki kamu al\u0131mlar\u0131 ile <strong>ilgili mevzuata ye\u015fil kamu al\u0131mlar\u0131<\/strong> ile ilgili kriterlerin eklenmesi ve bu kriterlerin mal al\u0131m\u0131na ek olarak hizmet al\u0131mlar\u0131nda da ge\u00e7erli olmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Depozito Nefes Ald\u0131racak ama Yeterli De\u011fil<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Geni\u015fletilmi\u015f \u00dcretici Sorumlulu\u011fu<\/strong>\u2019nun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak i\u00e7ecek ambalajlar\u0131 i\u00e7in<strong> depozito uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi<\/strong> ve yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&gt;<strong>\u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik<\/strong> ve <strong>\u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> son olarak depozito uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n <strong>2022 Ocak ay\u0131nda<\/strong> ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, <strong>Haziran 2022<\/strong>&#8216;de de fiilen uygulamaya ge\u00e7ilece\u011fini belirterek, ilk etapta <strong>metal, cam<\/strong> ve <strong>plastik \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin sisteme dahil edilece\u011fini<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
