Bir\u00e7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkede y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji limitleri metrekare ba\u015f\u0131na <strong>30-50<\/strong> <strong>kW<\/strong> seviyelerine \u00e7ekilmi\u015f durumda. Bu \u00fclkelerdeki <strong>binalar \u0131s\u0131tma<\/strong> ve <strong>so\u011futmaya<\/strong> y\u00f6nelik birim metrekaredeki y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi <strong>30-50<\/strong> <strong>kW<\/strong> olacak \u015fekilde yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 olarak tasarlan\u0131yor ve in\u015fa ediliyor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de biz hala birim metrekarede y\u0131ll\u0131k <strong>120-150<\/strong> <strong>kW<\/strong> seviyesine uygun yal\u0131t\u0131m yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bir an \u00f6nce <strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Strateji Belgesi\u2019<\/strong>nde de tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere enerji limitlerimiz ve <strong>U de\u011ferleri<\/strong>miz <strong>AB seviyesine<\/strong> getirilmeli.\u00a0Ortak hedefimiz T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki binalar\u0131n daha az enerji harcayan <strong>\u00e7evre dostu bir yap\u0131ya<\/strong> kavu\u015fmas\u0131 olmal\u0131.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm f\u0131rsat\u0131n\u0131 iyi de\u011ferlendirmeliyiz<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm<\/strong> s\u00fcrecinin <strong>enerji verimli yap\u0131la\u015fmada<\/strong> f\u0131rsat olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan <strong>Eruslu<\/strong>, <em>\u201cKentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm uygulamalar\u0131 <strong>\u0131s\u0131, su, ses<\/strong> ve <strong>yang\u0131n yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 do\u011fru yap\u0131 \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinin en \u00f6nemli par\u00e7alar\u0131 olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Elimizdeki bu f\u0131rsat\u0131 iyi de\u011ferlendirerek yeniden in\u015fa edilecek t\u00fcm binalara iyile\u015ftirilmi\u015f U de\u011ferleri ile \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131rsa binalar\u0131n <strong>\u0131s\u0131nma<\/strong> ve <strong>so\u011futma<\/strong> kaynakl\u0131<strong> sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131mlar\u0131<\/strong> azalacak, y\u0131ll\u0131k <strong>40-45\u00a0milyar dolar<\/strong> mertebelerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen ve cari a\u00e7\u0131k i\u00e7erisinde en \u00f6nemli paya sahip olan <strong>enerji ithalat\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131<\/strong> sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece iyile\u015ftirilmi\u015f U de\u011ferlerinin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>y\u00f6netmelik<\/strong> ve <strong>standartlar<\/strong> do\u011frultusunda \u00fcretilen; <strong>sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, g\u00fcvenli<\/strong> ve <strong>konforlu<\/strong> yap\u0131larda ya\u015famak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilecektir\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Binalardan kaynaklanan sera gazlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in U de\u011ferlerimizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeliyiz<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>U de\u011ferinin, <strong>\u00e7at\u0131, duvar, d\u00f6\u015feme<\/strong> ve<strong> pencere<\/strong> gibi yap\u0131 elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar \u0131s\u0131 ge\u00e7irdi\u011finin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc oldu\u011funu belirten <strong>Emrullah Eruslu<\/strong>, <em>\u201c<strong>U de\u011feri<\/strong> b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck\u00e7e <strong>yap\u0131 elemanlar\u0131<\/strong>ndan ge\u00e7en \u0131s\u0131 miktar\u0131 artar.
