Burada <strong>mevcut g\u00fc\u00e7 sisteminin<\/strong> genel yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n tamamen de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gibi bir durum zaten s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. Yaln\u0131zca New York\u2019taki <strong>yer alt\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 sistem kablolar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> toplam uzunlu\u011funun d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7evresini defalarca d\u00f6nebilecek ebatta oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek zaten m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Burada \u00f6nemli olan, g\u00fc\u00e7 sisteminde <strong>yeni nesil teknolojiler<\/strong> ile birlikte yap\u0131sal bir modernizasyonun ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesidir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>G\u00fc\u00e7 Sistemi Esnekli\u011fi Kavram\u0131 \u00d6n Plana \u00c7\u0131k\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015febekelerin<\/strong> sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 en \u00f6nemli avantajlardan biri ise <strong>yenilenebilir enerji sistemlerinin<\/strong> entegrasyonu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olacakt\u0131r. Elektrik enerjisi \u00fcretimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, <strong>\u00e7evre dostu<\/strong> bir i\u015fletim sunan r\u00fczg\u00e2r, g\u00fcne\u015f gibi yenilenebilir kaynaklar tabanl\u0131 \u00f6nde gelen <strong>yenilenebilir enerji sistemlerinin<\/strong> en b\u00fcy\u00fck dezavantajlar\u0131, tamamen<strong> meteorolojik ko\u015fullara ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131<\/strong> olarak \u00fcretim ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmelerinden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc <strong>elektriksel g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> olduk\u00e7a de\u011fi\u015fken olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Burada bahsi ge\u00e7en de\u011fi\u015fken \u00fcretim, arz ve talebin anl\u0131k olarak m\u00fckemmel ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi gereken d\u00fcnyadaki nadir emtialardan biri olan <strong>elektrik enerjisinde<\/strong> bu m\u00fcthi\u015f dengenin sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131 olduk\u00e7a zorla\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle de belirtilen <strong>g\u00fc\u00e7 sistemi i\u015fletimi tabanl\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar<\/strong> ile birlikte yenilenebilir enerji potansiyelinden daha az \u015fekilde faydalanabilmek gibi \u00f6nemli bir olumsuzluk ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Burada <strong>yenilenebilir enerji sistemlerinin entegrasyonunun<\/strong> y\u00fcksek oranda olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7 sistemi esnekli\u011fi kavram\u0131 son y\u0131llarda daha \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Zaten ge\u00e7mi\u015ften beri talebin de\u011fi\u015fimine g\u00f6re <strong>konvansiyonel<\/strong> ve <strong>kontrol edilebilir \u00fcretim santrallerinin<\/strong> de\u011fi\u015fken g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcretimi planlamas\u0131 en olgunla\u015fm\u0131\u015f esneklik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr. Fakat bu <strong>arz-talep dengesi<\/strong> problemine, <strong>\u00f6zellikle ar\u0131za ko\u015fullar\u0131<\/strong> d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tamamen kontrol edilebilir olarak kabul edilen <strong>\u00fcretim (arz) taraf\u0131nda<\/strong> olu\u015facak <strong>yenilenebilir enerji tabanl\u0131<\/strong> belirsiz \u00fcretim nedeniyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek olumsuz katk\u0131, sadece <strong>konvansiyonel santraller tabanl\u0131<\/strong> sunulan esnekli\u011fi olduk\u00e7a yetersiz k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Daha Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015eebekeler \u00dczerine Yap\u0131lan \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar Ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz Hale Geldi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015febeke vizyonu, gerekti\u011finde talep taraf\u0131n\u0131n da talebinin de\u011fi\u015ftirilebilmesi vas\u0131tas\u0131yla esneklik kayna\u011f\u0131 haline gelmesi, son kullan\u0131c\u0131dan <strong>da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m<\/strong> ve <strong>iletim<\/strong> sistemlerine kadar farkl\u0131 seviyelerde<strong> enerji depolama sistemlerinin<\/strong> etkin bir \u015fekilde entegrasyonu ve i\u015fletimine imkan sa\u011flamas\u0131 vb. hususlar sayesinde olduk\u00e7a kullan\u0131\u015fl\u0131<strong> esneklik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri<\/strong> olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.
