Dr. Il\u0131cal\u0131 s\u00f6zlerini <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de<strong> son 10 y\u0131lda<\/strong> s\u0131cak hava dalgalar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 ve <strong>orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131, hava kirlili\u011finin de<\/strong> \u00f6nemli sebepleri aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Tabii bunlar da iklim krizinin birer yans\u0131mas\u0131. <strong>Uluslararas\u0131 Hava Kirlili\u011fini \u00d6nleme Birli\u011fi<\/strong>\u2019ne g\u00f6re,<strong> \u0130stanbul&#8217;da<\/strong> hava kirlili\u011finin bir numaral\u0131 nedeni motorlu ta\u015f\u0131tlar. \u0130stanbul&#8217;da yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>4,5 milyon ara\u00e7<\/strong> bulunuyor. Bunlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>y\u00fczde 40&#8217;\u0131<\/strong> dizel. Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkelerinde bu rakam <strong>y\u00fczde 24<\/strong>. Avrupa Birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde yer alan baz\u0131 \u00fclkeler \u015fehir merkezlerine dizel ara\u00e7 giri\u015fini yasaklad\u0131. Bu kapsamda<strong> Elektrikli ara\u00e7larla<\/strong> ilgili \u00f6zellikle <strong>COP26<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda gerek \u00fclkemiz gerekse de di\u011fer \u00fclkeler taraf\u0131ndan verilen taahh\u00fctler umut verici. Ama tabii dikkatle takip edilip, uygulanmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Yine k\u00f6m\u00fcr gibi fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 da \u00f6nemli nedenler aras\u0131nda. Son zamanlarda \u0131s\u0131tma ama\u00e7l\u0131 olarak konutlarda <strong>yeniden k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanmas\u0131<\/strong> bu a\u00e7\u0131dan endi\u015fe verici. \u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>D\u00fcnya&#8217;n\u0131n hava kalitesi, \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Zirvesi\u2019nde <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadeleye ili\u015fkin <strong>ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm politikalar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> Kas\u0131m ay\u0131ndaki Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler Zirvesi\u2019nde ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, <strong>09 Aral\u0131k<\/strong>\u2019ta \u0130stanbul\u2019da \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Zirvesi\u2019nde de konu\u015fulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Dr. Emre Il\u0131cal\u0131, <em>\u201cAl\u0131nan kararlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, d\u00fcnyada 2030 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren dizel ve benzinli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n sat\u0131lmas\u0131 yasaklan\u0131yor. Bu hem K\u00fcresel iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle m\u00fccadele anlam\u0131nda, hem de \u00f6zellikle \u015fehirlerde hava kalitesini d\u00fczeltmek ad\u0131na \u00f6nemli bir katk\u0131.
