Bu ba\u011flamda, ula\u015f\u0131m a\u011f\u0131ndaki emisyonun azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan <strong>IEEE G\u00fc\u00e7 ve Enerji Toplulu\u011fu (PES)<\/strong> ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Fosil yak\u0131t bazl\u0131 <strong>geleneksel ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n<\/strong> yerine, <strong>ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015febeke konsepti<\/strong> d\u00e2hilinde <strong>ye\u015fil enerji kaynaklar\u0131yla<\/strong> da<strong> \u015farj edilebilen, emisyonu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck, \u00e7evre dostu<\/strong> ve \u00f6zellikle<strong> safi bataryal\u0131 elektrikli<\/strong> <strong>ara\u00e7lar\u0131n<\/strong> pop\u00fclaritesi her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Elektrikli Ara\u00e7lar\u0131n Talep Y\u00fck\u00fc i\u00e7in \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm Nedir?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n nispeten b\u00fcy\u00fck kapasiteli bataryalar\u0131n\u0131n \u015farj edilmesi i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7 sistemine entegrasyonu yeni ve <strong>b\u00fcy\u00fck bir talep y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn sisteme eklenmesi<\/strong> anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Bahsi ge\u00e7en y\u00fck talebi kullan\u0131c\u0131 tercihlerine olduk\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fundan \u00f6nemli seviyede belirsizlik i\u00e7ermektedir. Burada \u00f6zellikle <strong>elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n mobilitesi<\/strong> de belirtilen y\u00fck karakteristi\u011finin belirsizli\u011fini \u00f6nemli oranda art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda, <strong>elektrikli ara\u00e7lar tabanl\u0131 talebin g\u00fc\u00e7 sistemi<\/strong> i\u00e7erisinde koordine edilmesi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etmektedir. Koordinesiz elektrikli ara\u00e7 talebinin g\u00fc\u00e7 sistemi i\u00e7erisindeki muhtelif etkilerini ele alan bir\u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma halihaz\u0131rda mevcuttur ve bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tamam\u0131nda belirtildi\u011fi \u00fczere etkin bir koordinasyon stratejisinin \u00f6nemi a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde ortaya konulmu\u015ftur. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan, \u00f6zellikle son zamanlarda <strong>toplu elektrikli ara\u00e7 parklanma b\u00f6lgeleri<\/strong>nin rol\u00fc \u00fczerine odaklanan bir\u00e7ok akademik ve end\u00fcstriyel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma mevcuttur. Burada T\u00fcrkiye de dahil olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma (\u00f6zellikle de rayl\u0131 sistemler) duraklar\u0131na yak\u0131n olarak konumland\u0131r\u0131lan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apl\u0131 <strong>ara\u00e7 parklanma b\u00f6lgeleri olu\u015fturulmas\u0131<\/strong> ve b\u00f6ylece bireysel ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m miktar\u0131 azalt\u0131larak <strong>toplu ta\u015f\u0131man\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck n\u00fcfuslu \u015fehri olan ve ilgili n\u00fcfusu Avrupa\u2019da bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkeden bile fazla olan \u0130stanbul\u2019da belirtilen konsept<strong> \u201cpark et-devam et\u201d<\/strong> ad\u0131yla mevcut durumda baz\u0131<strong> rayl\u0131 sistem duraklar\u0131na entegre edilmi\u015f<\/strong> durumdad\u0131r. Burada zaman i\u00e7erisinde<strong> elektrikli ara\u00e7 \u015farj istasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n tesis edilmesi de<\/strong> planlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015eehirler: Ye\u015fil Ula\u015f\u0131m Zinciri<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Rayl\u0131 sistem<\/strong> \u00f6rne\u011finde oldu\u011fu gibi <strong>elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131<\/strong> park edip <strong>deniz<\/strong> (\u00f6rne\u011fin vapur, vb.),<strong> farkl\u0131 kara<\/strong> (metrob\u00fcs, otob\u00fcs, payla\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 araba, vb.) ve <strong>hatta hava ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131na devam edildi\u011fi<\/strong> uygulamalar bir ula\u015f\u0131mdan di\u011fer bir ula\u015f\u0131ma entegrasyon ile entegre bir ula\u015f\u0131m sistemi konseptini olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu entegrasyonda <strong>elektrikli scooterlar<\/strong> ya da <strong>bisikletler<\/strong> gibi <strong>mikromobilite y\u00f6ntemleri<\/strong> de yer alabilmektedir. E\u011fer <strong>A<\/strong> noktas\u0131ndan<strong> B<\/strong> noktas\u0131na ula\u015fmak isteyen bir ki\u015finin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>entegre ula\u015f\u0131m a\u011f\u0131na<\/strong> dahil olan mikro ya da normal boyutlu <strong>kara<\/strong>, <strong>hava<\/strong> ya da <strong>deniz ula\u015f\u0131m<\/strong> \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri <strong>konvansiyonel yak\u0131t tabanl\u0131 de\u011filse<\/strong> de bu zincire <strong>ye\u015fil ula\u015f\u0131m zinciri<\/strong> ad\u0131 verilmektedir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0130kili Ula\u015f\u0131m Entegrasyonu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bahsi ge\u00e7en <strong>ye\u015fil ula\u015f\u0131m zincirlerinin<\/strong> kurulmas\u0131<strong> ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015fehirler<\/strong> ile de do\u011frudan ilintili olan bir konudur ve <strong>AB Ufuk fonlar\u0131<\/strong> da dahil olmak \u00fczere b\u00fcy\u00fck fonlar taraf\u0131ndan kuvvetle desteklenmektedir. Kentlerdeki <strong>ula\u015f\u0131m zincirinde<\/strong> bir elektrikli ula\u015f\u0131m \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn elektrik enerjisi talebinin di\u011fer bir ula\u015f\u0131m \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn<strong> elektriksel altyap\u0131s\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131<\/strong> ise burada ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n yan\u0131nda <strong>elektriksel<\/strong> olarak da <strong>entegrasyonu<\/strong> beraberinde getirmektedir.
