Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yapt\u0131rman\u0131n en verimli y\u00f6ntemi ise binalar\u0131 yaparken uygulamay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek. B\u00f6ylece <strong>binalar uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc<\/strong> ve daha<strong> s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir<\/strong> hale geliyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc yap\u0131lan bir \u015feyi bozup tekrar yenisini yapmak veya bak\u0131m maliyetleri sizin enerjiden tasarruf etti\u011finiz maliyeti ge\u00e7iyor. Bizim de il\u00e7e belediye ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 olarak g\u00f6revimiz \u015fehrimizde eski yap\u0131lar\u0131 bir an \u00f6nce \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na, yeni yap\u0131lar\u0131 da en iyi teknolojiyle m\u00fcteahhidin kendini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek yapaca\u011f\u0131 tasarruflardan ar\u0131nd\u0131rarak bu konuda bilgilendirmek ve teknolojiyi takip etmek.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0130KL\u0130M KR\u0130Z\u0130 M\u00dcCADELES\u0130NDE ISI YALITIMI \u015eART!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n, <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131na kavu\u015fmay\u0131 sa\u011flaman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra gelecek nesillere ya\u015fanabilir bir d\u00fcnya b\u0131rakmak i\u00e7in de olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu belirten <strong>VER\u0130MDER \u0130cra Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Emre Alkin: <\/strong><em>\u201c\u00dclkemizde son y\u0131llarda bu konuda \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler ya\u015fansa da daha gidece\u011fimiz uzun bir yolumuz var. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <\/em><em><strong>25 milyona<\/strong> yak\u0131n binan\u0131n <strong>% 80<\/strong>\u2019inde \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yok. Yeni yap\u0131lacak binalar\u0131n ve mevcut \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131ms\u0131z binalar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak enerjinin en az <strong>% 30<\/strong>\u2019u ila<strong> 40<\/strong>\u2019\u0131n\u0131 tasarruf edebiliriz. B\u00f6ylece <strong>karbon emisyonlar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 da ayn\u0131 oranda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmemiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. \u00dclkemizde enerji maliyeti <strong>60 milyar dolara<\/strong> yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda&#8230; Bu durumda \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 sayesinde <strong>9 milyar dolar tasarruf<\/strong> edebiliriz b\u00f6ylece elde edilen tasarruf miktar\u0131yla iklimin korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele edebiliriz\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>EKONOM\u0130 S\u00dcRD\u00dcR\u00dcLEB\u0130L\u0130RL\u0130KLE B\u0130RLE\u015eMEYE BA\u015eLADI<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Enerjinin do\u011fru kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen <strong>D\u00fcnya Gazetesi (NBE) Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hakan G\u00fclda\u011f:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi meselesinde \u015fimdi art\u0131k a\u011fa\u00e7, b\u00f6cek romantizminden \u00e7ok daha farkl\u0131 bir yere geldik. Bu i\u015f art\u0131k AB i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fcme stratejisi haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Zaten \u00e7evre \u00f6rg\u00fctleri de AB\u2019yi ele\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Olay sadece bir romantizm olay\u0131 de\u011fil, bir ekonomi olay\u0131. \u015eimdi ekonomi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlikle birle\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Bunu her yerde g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131k. 2050 uzak bir tarihti o tarihe kadar karbon n\u00f6tr falan olaca\u011f\u0131z. Ama \u015fimdi AB 2030\u2019da kadar ne kadar karbon sal\u0131yorsa onu<strong> % 50<\/strong> daraltmak i\u00e7in bir hedef ortaya koydu. Enerji meselesi \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemin en kritik konular\u0131ndan birisi olacak.\u00a0 Zannediyorum <strong>10 y\u0131l sonra<\/strong> tarih\u00e7iler bu d\u00f6nemi yeni bir d\u00f6nem olarak nitelemeye ba\u015flayacaklar\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>HAYATIN HER ALANINDA ENERJ\u0130Y\u0130 VER\u0130ML\u0130 KULLANMAMIZ \u015eART<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dernek olarak<strong> enerji tasarrufu, enerji kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n <strong>daha verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> hakk\u0131nda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla toplant\u0131lar d\u00fczenlediklerini belirten <strong>VER\u0130MDER Dernek Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Korkmaz<\/strong> s\u00f6zlerine <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cCiddi bir enerji ithalat\u0131m\u0131z var, enerji ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e art\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc biz b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bir \u00fclkeyiz ve b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye devam edece\u011fiz. Tabi bu olumsuz bir tablo gibi g\u00f6z\u00fckebilir; biz b\u00fcy\u00fcyoruz enerji maliyetleri ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bizim bundan etkilenmemiz giderek art\u0131yor. Ancak tabi ki bu bir kader de\u011fil. 60 milyar dolar gibi bir enerji ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var ve bunun yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>% 70<\/strong>\u2019ini d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan ithal ediyoruz. <strong>Son 10-12 y\u0131ld\u0131r<\/strong> da enerji ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z <strong>%40-42<\/strong> gibi bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Ama tabi ki hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131nda enerjiyi verimli kullanmam\u0131z \u015fart. Bu anlamda da biz enerji verimlili\u011fine bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak bak\u0131yoruz. \u00d6zellikle 2018 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren \u015fu an \u00fclkemizde en fazla enerjiyi biz konutlarda harcamaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. Buradan bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda asl\u0131nda <strong>60 milyar<\/strong> dolar\u0131n <strong>20 milyar<\/strong> dolardan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 biz konutlar\u0131m\u0131zda b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma ama\u00e7l\u0131 harc\u0131yoruz. \u015eayet mevcut yap\u0131 stokumuzun <strong>% 80<\/strong> civar\u0131 enerji verimsiz de\u011fil de enerji verimli olsa biz her y\u0131l<strong> 9-10 milyar dolar<\/strong> gibi bir paray\u0131 kenedi ekonomimizde, kendi cebimizde tutabilirdik. Tabi ki bunun i\u00e7in hala \u00e7ok ge\u00e7 de\u011fil.
