But analysts are divided on whether demand will continue to outstrip supply in years to come.<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-145411\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/dogalgaz-da-yuksek-fiyatlar-kalici-mi-olacak.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/dogalgaz-da-yuksek-fiyatlar-kalici-mi-olacak.jpeg 547w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/dogalgaz-da-yuksek-fiyatlar-kalici-mi-olacak-300x194.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/dogalgaz-da-yuksek-fiyatlar-kalici-mi-olacak-500x324.jpeg 500w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/dogalgaz-da-yuksek-fiyatlar-kalici-mi-olacak-77x50.jpeg 77w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/>The current gas crisis will likely repeat itself again, said <strong>Richard Gorry<\/strong>, managing director of JBC Energy Asia. <em>\u201c This will be a crisis that is reoccurring over the next three or four years \u2014 simply because we don\u2019t have a lot of new natural gas supply coming into the market in that period, \u201d<\/em> he told CNBC\u2019s\u00a0<strong>\u201cCapital Connection\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0in <strong>mid-October.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c<strong>By 2025<\/strong>, the situation may change, but I think we definitely have a couple of years where we\u2019re going to be looking at high energy prices,\u201d<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n<p>But <strong>James Whistler<\/strong>, global head of energy derivatives at shipbroking firm <strong>Simpson Spence Young<\/strong>, said he doesn\u2019t expect prices to remain high beyond this winter.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ArticleBody-subtitle\">\u2018Confluence of factors\u2019 in 2021<\/h3>\n<div class=\"group\">\n<p>Other analysts predict that <strong>gas supply<\/strong> in the coming years will be able to meet demand. Anthony Yuen, head of energy strategy at Citi Research, said gas supply is <strong>\u201cgetting better.\u201d<\/strong> He noted that major liquefied natural gas export terminals are coming online and production is set to increase in Europe, Russia and China.
