Baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerin salg\u0131n sonras\u0131ndaki ekonomik toparlanma planlar\u0131nda ye\u015fil ekonomiye y\u00f6nelik ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n, salg\u0131n \u00f6ncesi emisyon seviyesine ula\u015fmay\u0131 engellemek a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kendi ba\u015flar\u0131na yetersiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor&#8221;<\/em> diyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analize katk\u0131 sunan UEA \u00c7evre Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nden Prof. Corinne Le Qu\u00e9r\u00e9, <\/strong>\u201cCOVID-19\u2019un yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 olumsuz etkinin k\u00fcresel CO2 emisyonlar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki yans\u0131mas\u0131n\u0131 anlamam\u0131z biraz zaman alacak. <strong>2015<\/strong> y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong>&#8216;n\u0131n kabul edilmesinden bu yana, k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte enerjinin karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a fazla ilerleme kaydedildi. Ayn\u0131 zamanda salg\u0131n esnas\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye devam eden <strong>yeg\u00e2ne enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 yenilenebilir enerji<\/strong> oldu. Art\u0131k, <strong>yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n<\/strong> ve <strong>g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc iklim politikalar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> ye\u015fil ekonomiyi daha sistematik \u015fekilde <strong>desteklemesi<\/strong> ve <strong>fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131 denklemin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rakmas\u0131<\/strong> gerekiyor\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bu y\u0131l 16.\u2019s\u0131 yay\u0131nlanan K\u00fcresel Karbon B\u00fct\u00e7esi Y\u0131ll\u0131k Raporu, emisyon \u00fcretiminden sorumlu ba\u015fl\u0131ca \u00fclkeler i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki analizleri sunuyor (a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da sunulan de\u011ferler uluslararas\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00f6zellikle havac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 kapsam\u0131yor):<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>\u00c7in:<\/strong> Emisyonlar\u0131n 2020&#8217;ye k\u0131yasla %4 artarak, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131ndan %5,5 daha fazla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi bekleniyor \u2013 toplam 11,1 milyar ton CO<sub>2<\/sub>, k\u00fcresel emisyonlar\u0131n %31&#8217;i.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>ABD:<\/strong> Emisyonlar\u0131n 2020&#8217;ye k\u0131yasla %7,6 artarak, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131ndan %3,7 daha az ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi bekleniyor \u2013 toplam 5,1 milyar ton CO<sub>2<\/sub>, k\u00fcresel emisyonlar\u0131n %14&#8217;\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>AB27:<\/strong> Emisyonlar\u0131n 2020&#8217;ye k\u0131yasla %7,6 artarak 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131ndan %4,2 daha az ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi bekleniyor \u2013 toplam 2,8 milyar ton CO<sub>2<\/sub>, k\u00fcresel emisyonlar\u0131n %7&#8217;si.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Hindistan:<\/strong> Emisyonlar\u0131n 2020&#8217;ye k\u0131yasla %12,6 artarak, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131ndan %4,4 daha fazla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi bekleniyor \u2013 toplam 2,7 milyar ton CO<sub>2<\/sub>, k\u00fcresel emisyonlar\u0131n %7&#8217;si.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; D\u00fcnyan\u0131n geri kalan \u00fclkeleri bir arada ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, fosil yak\u0131t kaynakl\u0131 <strong>CO<sub>2<\/sub> emisyonlar\u0131<\/strong>, 2019 seviyelerinin alt\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 10 y\u0131lda, k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finden kaynaklanan <strong>net CO<sub>2<\/sub> emisyonu<\/strong> 4,1 milyar ton olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. <strong>Ormans\u0131zla\u015fma ve di\u011fer arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri sonucunda 14,1 milyar ton CO<sub>2<\/sub> atmosfere sal\u0131nd\u0131<\/strong>. Ormanlar\u0131n ve topra\u011f\u0131n geri kazan\u0131m\u0131 sonucunda <strong>9,9 milyar ton CO<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong> tutularak, bu emisyonlar\u0131n atmosfere yay\u0131lmas\u0131 engellenmi\u015f oldu. <strong>Son 20 y\u0131lda<\/strong> <strong>ormans\u0131zla\u015fma<\/strong> ve <strong>di\u011fer arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> de\u011fi\u015fikliklerinden kaynakl\u0131 emisyonlar nispeten sabit kald\u0131. Ormanlar\u0131n ve topra\u011f\u0131n tuttu\u011fu emisyonlar son <strong>20 y\u0131lda<\/strong> art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Bu durum, bir\u00e7ok belirsizlikle birlikte, arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fimden kaynakl\u0131 net emisyonlar\u0131n yak\u0131n zamanda azald\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Fosil yak\u0131t kaynakl\u0131 <strong>CO<sub>2<\/sub> emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> ve <strong>arazi kullan\u0131m de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finden<\/strong> kaynaklanan net emisyonlar\u0131n toplanmas\u0131yla elde edilen toplam emisyon miktar\u0131, son<strong> 10 y\u0131lda<\/strong> ortalama <strong>39,7 milyar ton<\/strong> <strong>CO<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong> olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ferek nispeten sabit kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Elde edilen bulgular, atmosferdeki <strong>CO<sub>2 <\/sub>konsantrasyonu<\/strong>nun 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>2,0 ppm<\/strong> artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve ortalama <strong>415 ppm<\/strong> olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131n, <strong>2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> olu\u015fan <strong>La Ni\u00f1a<\/strong>\u2019n\u0131n etkileri nedeniyle, son y\u0131llara k\u0131yasla daha s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 <strong>1,5\u00b0C, 1,7\u00b0C ve 2\u00b0C<\/strong> ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n <strong>% 50<\/strong> olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilmesi i\u00e7in ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, kalan <strong>&#8220;karbon b\u00fct\u00e7esinin&#8221;<\/strong> s\u0131ras\u0131yla<strong> 420 milyar ton, 770 milyar ton<\/strong> ve<strong> 1270 milyar ton<\/strong> oldu\u011funu tahmin ediyor. Belirtilen karbon b\u00fct\u00e7elerinin 2022&#8217;nin ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren<strong> 11, 20 ve 32 y\u0131l<\/strong> i\u00e7erisinde t\u00fckenmesi bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Friedlingstein, <em>&#8220;2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar net s\u0131f\u0131r CO<sub>2<\/sub> emisyon seviyesine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in, k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte CO2emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 her y\u0131l ortalama 1,4 milyar ton azaltmak gerekiyor&#8221;<\/em> diyor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Emisyonlar<strong> 2020<\/strong> y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>1,9 milyar ton<\/strong> azald\u0131. Bu nedenle,<strong> 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar<\/strong> net s\u0131f\u0131r seviyesine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in, emisyonlar\u0131n her y\u0131l pandemi esnas\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f seviyesinde azaltmam\u0131z gerekiyor.
