Alternatif bir y\u00f6ntem olarak s\u00fcrekli fi\u015fte tak\u0131l\u0131 kalan bu cihazlar\u0131n fi\u015fleri, anahtarl\u0131 prizlere ba\u011flan\u0131labilir, evden \u00e7\u0131karken prizlerin tu\u015flar\u0131 kapat\u0131labilir. T\u00fcketiciler, kombi gibi daha az t\u00fcketimli \u0131s\u0131nma t\u00fcrlerine y\u00f6nelerek tasarruf edilebiliyorlar. Ayn\u0131 zamanda kombilerin ortalama bir \u0131s\u0131 seviyesinde sabit tutulmas\u0131 ve d\u00fczenli bak\u0131m yapt\u0131rmak da tasarruf sa\u011flat\u0131yor.
