Ayr\u0131ca T\u00fcrk bilim kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n bu programda \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, L&#8217;Or\u00e9al T\u00fcrkiye ve UNESCO deste\u011fiyle bilimin gelece\u011fine y\u00f6n verdi\u011fini \u00f6\u011frenmek de \u00e7ok heyecan verici. L&#8217;Or\u00e9al T\u00fcrkiye, bilim kad\u0131nlar\u0131, hepimiz el ele; d\u00fc\u015fmeyen, dik duran kad\u0131nlara herkesi teker teker al\u0131\u015ft\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z!\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cBilim Kad\u0131nlar\u0131 \u0130\u00e7in\u201d Program\u0131, K\u0131z \u00c7ocuklar\u0131na \u0130leride Birer Bilim Kad\u0131n\u0131 Olmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u0130lham Veriyor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u201cBilim Kad\u0131nlar\u0131 \u0130\u00e7in\u201d projesi hakk\u0131nda konu\u015fan <strong>L\u2019Or\u00e9al T\u00fcrkiye Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Sinem Sand\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 G\u00f6k\u00e7en,<\/strong> <em>\u201cBilime oldu\u011fu kadar bilimsel alanlarda cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fine de son derece ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fumuz bir d\u00f6nemdeyiz. L\u2019Or\u00e9al Grup, 23 y\u0131l \u00f6nce bir ad\u0131m att\u0131 ve \u201cBilim Kad\u0131nlar\u0131 \u0130\u00e7in\u201d program\u0131n\u0131 k\u00fcresel \u00e7apta ba\u015flatt\u0131. Bu program sayesinde 1998\u2019den beri bilim kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendiriyor, bilimde \u00fcst\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcllendiriyor, yetenekli bilim kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n hak ettikleri bilinirli\u011fini elde etmelerine katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor ve k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na ileride birer bilim kad\u0131n\u0131 olmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in ilham veriyoruz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 19. y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 geride b\u0131rakan ulusal program\u0131m\u0131zda 118 bilim insan\u0131n\u0131n umut vadeden projelerini desteklemek bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetliydi. L\u2019Or\u00e9al T\u00fcrkiye olarak d\u00fcnyada program\u0131 en fazla destekleyen 5. \u00fclke konumunday\u0131z. 4 y\u0131l art arda olmak \u00fczere, toplam 5 T\u00fcrk bilim kad\u0131n\u0131m\u0131z, program\u0131n global aya\u011f\u0131nda \u201cUluslararas\u0131 Y\u00fckselen Yetenek\u201d se\u00e7ilerek uluslararas\u0131 platformda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ad\u0131n\u0131 duyurdu. Her biriyle gurur duyuyoruz. Bu y\u0131l \u00f6d\u00fcl almaya hak kazanan gen\u00e7 bilim kad\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131za; hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zverili bir \u015fekilde insanl\u0131\u011fa adad\u0131klar\u0131 ve bizlere gelece\u011fe dair umut verdikleri i\u00e7in te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. Yapt\u0131klar\u0131yla bir\u00e7ok gen\u00e7 k\u0131z i\u00e7in rol model olacaklar\u0131na, gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar\u0131m\u0131za bilimi uzmanl\u0131k alan\u0131 olarak se\u00e7meleri i\u00e7in ilham vereceklerine inan\u0131yorum. Bizimle ayn\u0131 tutkuyu payla\u015fan UNESCO\u2019ya da y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcren i\u015f birlikleri i\u00e7in te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyoruz.\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>GEN\u00c7 B\u0130L\u0130M KADINLARI, PROJELER\u0130YLE B\u0130L\u0130M\u0130N GELECE\u011e\u0130NE Y\u00d6N VER\u0130YOR!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Dr. Eda Aydo\u011fan G\u00fcng\u00f6r; Enerji, Havac\u0131l\u0131k ve Uzay Sistemlerinde Karbon Sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 Azaltmay\u0131 Ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>D\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun ve end\u00fcstrile\u015fmenin artmas\u0131yla birlikte karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 art\u0131yor ve bu da k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmaya neden oluyor. Bir bilim insan\u0131 olarak bu alanda katk\u0131 sa\u011flayabilmeyi hedefleyen Orta Do\u011fu Teknik \u00dcniversitesi Metalurji ve Malzeme M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Doktor \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Eda Aydo\u011fan G\u00fcng\u00f6r, iki y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cEkstrem Ortamlar \u0130\u00e7in Yenilik\u00e7i Malzemelerin Geli\u015ftirilmesi ve Eklemeli \u0130malat Teknikleriyle \u00dcretilmesi\u201d projesiyle \u00f6d\u00fcle lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Enerji, havac\u0131l\u0131k ve uzay sistemlerinde s\u0131cakl\u0131klar artt\u0131k\u00e7a verim art\u0131r\u0131larak kullan\u0131lan yak\u0131t azalt\u0131labiliyor ve b\u00f6ylece karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 minimize edilebiliyor.
