Ancak h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin planlad\u0131klar\u0131 ve destek sunduklar\u0131 fosil yak\u0131t \u00fcretim seviyeleri, bu s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n g\u00fcvenli \u015fekilde alt\u0131nda kalabilece\u011fimiz seviyenin olduk\u00e7a \u00fczerinde\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<p>Raporun ana bulgular\u0131 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakileri i\u00e7eriyor:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u00fck\u00fcmetler, 2030&#8217;da k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 1,5\u00b0C ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik s\u0131n\u0131rdan yakla\u015f\u0131k %110 daha fosil yak\u0131t \u00fcretmeyi planl\u0131yor.<\/strong> Bu y\u00fczde, 2\u00b0C \u0131s\u0131nma hedefindeki s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n ise %45 \u00fczerinde. \u00dcretim a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n boyutu, \u00f6nceki de\u011ferlendirmelerimize k\u0131yasla \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6stermiyor.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin \u00fcretim planlar\u0131 ve tahminleri, 2030&#8217;da k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 1,5\u00b0C ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131racak seviyeyle k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda <strong>yakla\u015f\u0131k %240 daha fazla k\u00f6m\u00fcr, %57 daha fazla petrol ve %71 daha fazla do\u011fal gaz \u00fcretimi <\/strong>anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin planlar\u0131na g\u00f6re <strong>k\u00fcresel do\u011fal gaz \u00fcretiminde<\/strong> en fazla art\u0131\u015f beklendi\u011fi d\u00f6nem 2020 ile 2040 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. <strong>Do\u011fal gaz \u00fcretimindeki<\/strong> bu s\u00fcrekli, <strong>uzun vadeli k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte ya\u015fanan<\/strong> art\u0131\u015f, <strong>Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong>&#8216;nda belirlenen <strong>k\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong> e\u015fi\u011fiyle tutars\u0131zl\u0131k g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkeler, <strong>COVID-19 salg\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131ndan bu yana fosil yak\u0131tlara y\u00f6nelik <strong>300 milyar dolar\u0131<\/strong> a\u015fk\u0131n yeni finansman sa\u011flad\u0131. Bu miktar\u0131n <strong>temiz enerji kaynaklar\u0131na y\u00f6nlendirilen<\/strong> fonlardan daha fazla oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Buna kar\u015f\u0131n<strong> G20 \u00fclkeleri<\/strong> ile \u00f6nde gelen \u00e7ok tarafl\u0131 kalk\u0131nma bankalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan fosil yak\u0131t \u00fcretimine y\u00f6nelik uluslararas\u0131 kamu finansman\u0131 son y\u0131llarda \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6steriyor.\u00a0 \u00c7ok tarafl\u0131 kalk\u0131nma bankalar\u0131n\u0131n ve<strong> G20 kalk\u0131nma finansman\u0131<\/strong> kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te biri, fosil yak\u0131t \u00fcretim faaliyetlerini gelecekte sa\u011flayacaklar\u0131 finansman\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rakan politikalar benimsemi\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcretim a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ele almak i\u00e7in gerek h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin gerekse \u015firketlerin<strong> fosil yak\u0131t \u00fcretimi<\/strong> ve sa\u011flanan destekler hakk\u0131nda do\u011frulanabilir ve kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir bilgi sunmas\u0131 \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uluslararas\u0131 S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc (International Institute for Sustainable Development, IISD) K\u0131demli Politika Dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 Lucile Dufour<\/strong>, \u201cKalk\u0131nma finansman\u0131 kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n fosil yak\u0131t \u00fcretimine y\u00f6nelik uluslararas\u0131 deste\u011fini \u00e7ok ge\u00e7 olmadan kesmesi cesaret veriyor.
