Bulgulara g\u00f6re ayr\u0131ca, s\u00f6z konusu radyasyonun ortalama de\u011ferinin her iki b\u00f6lgede de <strong>0.12 \u03bcSv\/h<\/strong>&#8216;yi a\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da tespit edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Rusya Bilimler Akademisi Ural \u015eubesi <strong>End\u00fcstriyel Ekoloji Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc<\/strong>&#8216;n\u00fcn \u00f6nde gelen ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131ndan Alexey Yekidin, konuyla ilgili yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015funlar\u0131 ifade etti: <em>\u201c<strong>Y\u00fczer N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali<\/strong>\u2019nin <strong>(FNPP)<\/strong> sanayi b\u00f6lgesinde, \u00e7evresinde ve Pevek \u015fehrinde<strong> 20\u2019den fazla<\/strong> \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve incelenen alanlarda <strong>yapay radyon\u00fcklid<\/strong> tespit edilmedi. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla <strong>y\u00fczer n\u00fckleer santralin<\/strong> i\u015fletilmesinin b\u00f6lgenin<strong> radyoekolojik<\/strong> durumunu <strong>olumsuz etkilemedi\u011fi<\/strong> sonucuna var\u0131ld\u0131.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6lgeleraras\u0131 Kamu \u00c7evre Hareketi<strong> \u201cOka\u201d<\/strong>n\u0131n Koordinasyon Konseyi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 <strong>Alan Khasiev<\/strong> de a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, <em>\u201cProgram\u0131m\u0131z 2010 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri uygulanmaktad\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda hem Rusya&#8217;da hem de yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steren <strong>Rus tasar\u0131m\u0131 NGS<\/strong>&#8216;lerin bir\u00e7o\u011funa ve ayr\u0131ca yap\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131ndaki NGS\u2019lere <strong>44 tam \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u00e7evre denetimi<\/strong> ziyareti ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. <strong>Y\u00fczer n\u00fckleer santral<\/strong> ile Pevek \u00e7evresine yap\u0131lan <strong>ekolojik gezi<\/strong> bu program\u0131n son a\u015famas\u0131d\u0131r\u201d<\/em> ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ye\u015filler Partisi \u00fcyesi ve biyolog Larisa Kosyuk ise, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulundu:<\/span> <em>\u201cFNPP Projesi, AB taraf\u0131ndan getirilen <strong>karbon emisyonlar\u0131 d\u00fczenlemesi<\/strong> ba\u011flam\u0131nda <strong>ye\u015fil teknolojilere<\/strong> enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil edebilir. Bu t\u00fcr g\u00fc\u00e7 santralleri,<strong> hidrolojik enerji kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, <strong>k\u00f6m\u00fcr<\/strong> ve <strong>petrol \u00fcr\u00fcnleri<\/strong> gibi<strong> yak\u0131t sevkiyat\u0131n\u0131n maliyetli<\/strong> oldu\u011fu <strong>Rusya<\/strong>&#8216;n\u0131n \u00f6zellikle <strong>Kuzey Kutup<\/strong> ve <strong>Uzak Do\u011fu b\u00f6lgelerinde<\/strong> faydal\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Uluslararas\u0131 Atom Enerjisi Ajans\u0131&#8217;na g\u00f6re, n\u00fckleer enerji, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n elektrik \u00fcretiminin <strong>%10&#8242;<\/strong>unu olu\u015fturan d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck ikinci enerji kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u0130nceleme gezisine kat\u0131lanlara <strong>y\u00fczer n\u00fckleer santralin<\/strong> \u015febekeye ba\u011flanmas\u0131ndan bu yana kasabada meydana gelen de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri anlatan <strong>Rosenergoatom A.\u015e<\/strong>\u2019nin B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 <strong>Kirill Toropov<\/strong> da <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015funlar\u0131 dile getirdi:<\/span> <em>\u201cY\u00fczer n\u00fckleer santral sadece <strong>ek bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 getirmekle<\/strong> kalmam\u0131\u015f, b\u00f6lgenin enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ve genel olarak \u00fclkenin enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde <strong>K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Mod\u00fcler Reakt\u00f6rler (SMR)<\/strong> teknolojilerinin geli\u015ftirilmesinde de yeni bir sayfa a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <strong>FNPP<\/strong>, i\u015fletime al\u0131nmas\u0131ndan bu yana, <strong>g\u00fcvenilir<\/strong> ve<strong> yenilik\u00e7i<\/strong> bir <strong>termal<\/strong> ve <strong>elektrik enerjisi kayna\u011f\u0131<\/strong> oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. <strong>FNPP<\/strong>\u2019nin, <strong>Chaunskaya CHPP<\/strong>&#8216;den (birle\u015fik \u0131s\u0131 ve elektrik \u00fcretimi yapan santral) kaynaklanan k\u00f6m\u00fcr kurum emisyonlar\u0131nda <strong>%30&#8217;luk<\/strong> bir azalmayla hem <strong>Pevek \u015fehrinde<\/strong> hem de <strong>Chaunskaya K\u00f6rfezi<\/strong>&#8216;ndeki <strong>flora<\/strong> ve <strong>faunan\u0131n restorasyonu<\/strong> ve <strong>foklar\u0131n<\/strong> ve <strong>di\u011fer deniz hayvanlar\u0131n\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyle<\/strong> \u00e7evredeki<strong> su k\u00fctlelerinde \u00e7evresel durumun iyile\u015ftirilmesine<\/strong> olan olumlu katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 fark etmemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u0130nceleme gezisinin b\u00f6lge sakinlerini <strong>n\u00fckleer \u00fcretimin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi<\/strong> hakk\u0131nda bilgilendirme a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkati \u00e7eken Pevek Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 <strong>Ivan Leyushkin<\/strong> de, NGS&#8217;nin b\u00f6lgenin kalk\u0131nmas\u0131nda da oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli role ili\u015fkin \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 yapt\u0131:<em> \u201c<strong>Y\u00fczer n\u00fckleer santralin<\/strong> devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131ndan bu yana Pevek \u015fehrinde sosyal a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00f6nemli, <strong>107 milyon ruble<\/strong> de\u011ferinde projeler hayata ge\u00e7irildi. <strong>Rosatom<\/strong> ile i\u015f birli\u011fimiz gelecekte de devam edecek.
