Maalesef \u00fclkemizde mevcut bina sto\u011fumuzun yakla\u015f\u0131k %20\u2019si yal\u0131t\u0131mla ilgili mevzuatlar\u0131n kapsam\u0131nda. Bu nedenle de \u00f6rne\u011fin \u0130stanbul\u2019da mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda<strong> 5 cm<\/strong> mantolama uygulan\u0131rken; mevzuata g\u00f6re \u0130spanya\u2019n\u0131n Madrid \u015fehrinde uygulaman\u0131n ortalama<strong> 12 cm<\/strong> oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Uygulama Ankara\u2019da<strong> 6 cm<\/strong> olarak yap\u0131l\u0131rken, ayn\u0131 iklim ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131nda bulunan \u0130ngiltere\u2019nin ba\u015fkenti Londra\u2019da <strong>14 cm<\/strong> olarak uygulan\u0131yor. <strong>Modern<\/strong> ve <strong>verimli \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli etken \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m levhas\u0131n\u0131n kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.
