Ulusal do\u011fal gaz t\u00fcketimimizin, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>60<\/strong> ile <strong>65<\/strong> milyar Sm\u00b3 seviyesinde olmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 beklentilerine g\u00f6re ise <strong>2010-2035 d\u00f6neminde<\/strong> senelik en y\u00fcksek talep art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n <strong>%1,9<\/strong> oran\u0131 ile sanayi alan\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Mevcut sekt\u00f6rel raporlar de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde, var olan <strong>do\u011fal gaz talebinin<\/strong> gelecek y\u0131llar i\u00e7erisinde sanayideki kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131z kesmeden artaca\u011f\u0131 beklenmektedir.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>End\u00fcstriyel Do\u011fal Gaz Sistemleri Kendine Has Unsurlar Bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>EPDK taraf\u0131ndan olu\u015fturulan Do\u011falgaz Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne ait \u015fartname olan <strong>TSE 7363<\/strong>\u2019e g\u00f6re end\u00fcstriyel ve sanayi do\u011fal gaz kullan\u0131mlar\u0131 konut kullan\u0131m\u0131na g\u00f6re daha detayl\u0131 ve hassas belirtilmi\u015ftir diyen Fortes M\u00fchendislik A.\u015e Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u00c7etin, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlanlanan bir do\u011falgaz sisteminin boru \u00e7ap\u0131na g\u00f6re saatlik kullan\u0131m kapasitesine g\u00f6re End\u00fcstriyel bir sistem olup olmayaca\u011f\u0131 belirlenmektedir. Bu parametreler do\u011frusunda projenin End\u00fcstriyel olmas\u0131 durumunda hem kullan\u0131lacak \u00fcr\u00fcnler hem de birle\u015ftirme metotlar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinin geli\u015fimi ve artmas\u0131 sayesinde Do\u011falgaz sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde End\u00fcstriyel tarafta ivmelenerek b\u00fcy\u00fcmektedir. Hem mevcut sanayi b\u00f6lgeleri hem de kurulma a\u015famas\u0131nda olan bu b\u00f6lge y\u00f6netimleri g\u00fcvenli bir do\u011falgaz kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ad\u0131na b\u00f6lgelerinde bulunan yap\u0131lar ile birlikte koordine olup koyduklar\u0131 kurallar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde s\u00fcreci ilerletmektedir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ler de ayr\u0131ca do\u011falgaz m\u00fc\u015favir firmalar\u0131 da yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle sanayi b\u00f6lgesi odakl\u0131 olan bu kullan\u0131mlar ticari bir ama\u00e7 ile yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in profesyonel imalat ve h\u0131zl\u0131 gaz arz\u0131 sa\u011flamak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. S\u00f6zle\u015fmeden gaz arz\u0131na kadar ge\u00e7en her kay\u0131p g\u00fcn imalat\u00e7\u0131 ya da \u00fcretici i\u00e7in zarar olabilmektedir. Taahh\u00fct anlam\u0131nda hizmet veren do\u011falgaz firmas\u0131 bunu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne alarak m\u00fc\u015fterisini ma\u011fdur etmemelidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f ba\u015flatma ve i\u015f bitirme dosyalar\u0131 haz\u0131rlamada ki tecr\u00fcbe s\u00fcrecin h\u0131zlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli etkenlerdir. Dosyalar haz\u0131rlan\u0131rken imalat\u0131n projelendirilmesi, gerekli \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin temini usta ekiplerinin planlamas\u0131, imalat tekni\u011fi se\u00e7ildikten sonra gereken malzemelerin elde edilmesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lacak gaz da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m firmas\u0131 veya m\u00fc\u015favir firmalarla olan s\u0131k\u0131 ileti\u015fim s\u00fcre\u00e7 y\u00f6netiminde b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>End\u00fcstriyel sistemler de kullan\u0131lan \u00fcr\u00fcn ve ihtiya\u00e7 \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir skalada oldu\u011fundan dolay\u0131 ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan do\u011falgaz bas\u0131nc\u0131 ve saatlik kapasitesi de de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6stermektedir. Teklif ve s\u00f6zle\u015fme zaman\u0131nda m\u00fc\u015fterinin taleplerini ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ve en \u00f6nemlisi kullanaca\u011f\u0131 cihazlar\u0131n bilgileri kesin olarak \u00f6\u011frenilmelidir. Bu cihazlar\u0131n do\u011falgaz ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izninin olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fcretici firma taraf\u0131ndan teyit edilmedir. Bu teyit a\u015famalar\u0131 TSE, CE belgeleri ile kontrol edilmelidir. Do\u011falgaz \u015fartnamesinde yazan standart kodlar\u0131 ile uyumlu olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130htiya\u00e7 ve kapasite belirlendikten sonra do\u011falgaz\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli ekipman ve boru tesisat\u0131 planlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Tesisatlar da hem de\u011fi\u015fken \u00e7aplarda do\u011falgaz \u00e7elik borusu hem de PE boru kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan do\u011falgaz kapasite ve bas\u0131nc\u0131na g\u00f6re bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme istasyonlar\u0131 kurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu istasyonlar RMS ad\u0131 ile an\u0131l\u0131r ve RMS A, RMS B RMS C istasyonlar\u0131 olmak \u00fczere 3\u2019e ayr\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>End\u00fcstriyel do\u011fal gaz d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde, operasyona ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce gaz\u0131n ana hattan al\u0131nmak suretiyle gaz teslim noktas\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesi, ihtiya\u00e7 olan t\u00fcketim ve bas\u0131n\u00e7 de\u011ferlerini kar\u015f\u0131layabilecek \u015fekilde projelendirilmesinin hayati bir \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011funu ve uzmanl\u0131k gerektirdi\u011fini s\u00f6zlerine ekleyen \u00c7etin, \u015funlar\u0131 aktard\u0131: \u201cEnd\u00fcstriyel tesislerin do\u011fal gaz d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u015flemleri; kaz\u0131 ve dolgu i\u015flemleri, canl\u0131 hat ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 (hottap) i\u015flemi, altyap\u0131 boru hatlar\u0131 (\u00e7elik hat \u2013 polietilen hat) yap\u0131m i\u015fleri, istasyon ve saya\u00e7 grubu montaj\u0131 i\u015flemi, test ve devreye alma (gaz verme) i\u015flemi gibi her biri ayr\u0131 uzmanl\u0131k alan\u0131 gerektiren alt uygulamalar\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde bar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Hassas \u0130\u015f\u00e7ilik Gerektiren \u201cArgon Kayna\u011f\u0131\u201d Kullan\u0131l\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>End\u00fcstriyel gaz tesisatlar\u0131nda TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) argon kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Fortes M\u00fchendislik A.\u015e Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u00a0\u00c7etin, dikkat edilmesi gerekenler hakk\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: \u201cAcil m\u00fcdahale gerektirecek hallerde ve k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ba\u015flan\u0131p sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ba\u011flant\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda, al\u0131nacak her \u00f6nlem art\u0131 ve eksileriyle analiz edilerek i\u015f kazas\u0131 risklerini azaltacak \u015fekilde uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Hot-tap yap\u0131lacak boru \u00fczerindeki kaynak i\u015flemlerinin hatas\u0131z yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kaynak\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n performans takibi yap\u0131larak, hata oran\u0131 kabul edilebilir seviyelerde olan kaynak\u00e7\u0131lar tercih edilmelidir.\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Fortes End\u00fcstriye Yat\u0131r\u0131m Yap\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda End\u00fcstriyel Gaz Sistemlerine yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlara h\u0131z verdiklerini vurgulayan \u00c7etin, 27 \u0130lde, 52 \u015eube, 82 M\u00fchendis ve toplamda 750 ki\u015filik aktif \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve usta kadrosuyla 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 hedeflerinin \u00f6nceki y\u0131llara g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu gibi daha ileriye ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgeleri \u00dcst Kurulu\u015fu (OSBUK) verilerine g\u00f6re son 1 y\u0131lda 2 bin 500\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde yeni parsel yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara teslim edildi\u011fini dile getiren \u00c7etin, \u201cBu y\u0131l\u0131n ilk 9 ay\u0131nda 6 yeni OSB b\u00f6lgesi aktif olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
