Algedik,<em> \u201c1990\u2019larda binalarda fosil yak\u0131t ve biyok\u00fctle dahil toplam enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 100 kabul edip AB ile e\u015fitledi\u011fimizde 2005\u2019e kadar k\u0131ta ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin benzer bir e\u011filim izledi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda binalarda enerji t\u00fcketimi AB\u2019de <strong>%8<\/strong> artarken T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu art\u0131\u015f <strong>%14<\/strong> oldu. Ancak 2005\u2019te<strong> AB binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fini<\/strong> \u00e7ok etkin bir bi\u00e7imde uygulad\u0131 ve 1990\u2019da <strong>100 birim<\/strong> olan t\u00fcketim 2005\u2019te <strong>108 birime,<\/strong> 2019\u2019da <strong>92 birime<\/strong> d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise binalar 2019\u2019da <strong>167 birim<\/strong> enerji t\u00fcketti.\u201d<\/em> diyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Fosil yak\u0131t ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131\u011f\u0131 artarken biyok\u00fctle yok oluyor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>AB\u2019de 1990-2019 aras\u0131 binalarda enerji t\u00fcketiminin <strong>%8<\/strong> azal\u0131rken T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <strong>%67<\/strong> artmas\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131nda binalarda fosil yak\u0131tlardan elde edilen enerjinin %235 artmas\u0131 ve biyok\u00fctlenin de %79 azalmas\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken <strong>Algedik,<\/strong><em> \u201cBu resim sonucunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de binalar kaynakl\u0131 emisyonlar %140 artm\u0131\u015f. Bunun nedenleri \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k: Birincisi <strong>binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fi politikalar\u0131<\/strong> terk edilmi\u015f, binalar enerji ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 hale gelmi\u015f, 2&#8217;incisi fosil yak\u0131t ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 artm\u0131\u015f ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc ise biyok\u00fctle enerjisi yok edilmi\u015f.\u201d<\/em> diyerek <strong>konunun acil \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm gerektirdi\u011fini<\/strong> vurguluyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0130klim dostu enerjiler d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>IPCC raporuna g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2050\u2019den \u00e7ok \u00f6nce emisyonlar\u0131 s\u0131f\u0131rlamas\u0131 ve \u015fu anki sal\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131 kat\u0131n\u0131 idareli kullanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen <strong>Algedik,<\/strong> \u201cBu asl\u0131nda \u00e7ok acil bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm anlam\u0131na geliyor. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fcze \u00fc\u00e7 bacakl\u0131 bir yol haritas\u0131 var: Birincisi acil olarak fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131 b\u0131rakmal\u0131y\u0131z.
