Ayr\u0131ca, kay\u0131tl\u0131 olarak istihdam edilecekler ve daha ilk g\u00fcnden itibaren <strong>k\u0131sa<\/strong> ve<strong> uzun vadeli<\/strong> t\u00fcm sosyal g\u00fcvenlik haklar\u0131na sahip olacaklar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GESOB Mesleki E\u011fitim Merkezi\u2019nin(MEM)<\/strong> 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde i\u015fe yerle\u015ftirme faaliyetleriyle e\u015f zamanl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctece\u011fi<strong> mesleki e\u011fitimler<\/strong>, sanayi alan\u0131nda ihtiya\u00e7 duyuldu\u011fu tespit edilen <strong>11<\/strong> alanda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. <strong>\u0130\u015fba\u015f\u0131 e\u011fitimler<\/strong>, program kapsam\u0131nda i\u015fe yerle\u015ftirmelerin yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 i\u015fletmelerde verilirken, i\u015f d\u0131\u015f\u0131 e\u011fitimler ise <strong>GESOB-MEM<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan verilecek.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikli olarak <strong>18-40 ya\u015f grubu<\/strong> bireyler olmak \u00fczere, t\u00fcm i\u015f arayanlar <strong>\u0130\u015eMEP program\u0131na<\/strong> ba\u015fvurabilir. Ayr\u0131ca <strong>kad\u0131nlar<\/strong> ve <strong>engelli bireylerin<\/strong> beceri geli\u015ftirme f\u0131rsatlar\u0131na eri\u015fimini art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla<strong> 40 ya\u015f\u0131n \u00fczerinde<\/strong> olsalar dahi programdan faydalanmalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacak. Program kapsam\u0131nda bu gruplar\u0131n i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131nda <strong>kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 zorluklarla ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131na<\/strong> katk\u0131da bulunmak \u00fczere, <strong>\u00e7ocuk bak\u0131m deste\u011fi<\/strong> gibi ilave uygulamalar da hayata ge\u00e7irilecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gen\u00e7ler<\/strong> ve <strong>yeni mezunlar\u0131n<\/strong> i\u015f deneyimi kazanma, i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131n\u0131n talep etti\u011fi becerileri edinme ve uygulama f\u0131rsatlar\u0131na duydu\u011fu ihtiya\u00e7tan yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131larak tasarlanan \u0130\u015eMEP, \u00f6zellikle bu gruplar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 hedefliyor.<\/p>\n<p>ILO T\u00fcrkiye Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc <strong>Numan \u00d6zcan<\/strong>, programla ilgili olarak, \u201c<em>Beceri geli\u015ftirme, beceri arz ve talebini uyumlu hale getirmek suretiyle, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n potansiyelini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karmak ve insana yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r i\u015f f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Yeni beceri geli\u015ftirme program\u0131m\u0131z \u0130\u015eMEP sayesinde, bir yandan i\u015fverenlerin ihtiya\u00e7 duyduklar\u0131 nitelikli i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn yeti\u015fmesini sa\u011flarken, di\u011fer yandan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kendilerine i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131nda daha iyi i\u015fler bulmalar\u0131n\u0131 desteklemi\u015f oluyoruz<\/em>\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015eMEP yararlan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n <strong>sosyal g\u00fcvenlik primleri, ILO T\u00fcrkiye Ofisi ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu (SGK)<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan uygulanan bir di\u011fer program olan <strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilo.org\/ankara\/areas-of-work\/employment-promotion\/WCMS_783707\/lang--tr\/index.htm\">Kay\u0131tl\u0131 \u0130stihdama Ge\u00e7i\u015f Program\u0131 (K\u0130GEP)<\/a><\/u><\/strong> \u00fczerinden \u00f6denecek.<\/p>\n<p>GESOB Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00d6mer K\u00fcsbeo\u011flu,<em>\u00a0\u201c<strong>\u0130\u015eMEP<\/strong>, \u00f6zellikle <strong>COVID-19 s\u00fcrecinde<\/strong> esnaf ve sanatk\u00e2r\u0131n nitelikli i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131, i\u015f arayanlara <strong>mesleki e\u011fitim<\/strong> ve<strong> i\u015f imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunulmas\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi<\/strong> konular\u0131nda \u00e7arpan etkisi yaratan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015eMEP, <strong>Bursa<\/strong> ve <strong>\u0130stanbul\u2019da<\/strong> da uygulanacak ve bu illerdeki ba\u015fvurular yak\u0131nda ba\u015flayacak.<\/p>\n<p>Programla 2022 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonuna kadar, <strong>\u00fccret<\/strong> ve <strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni harc\u0131 s\u00fcbvanse<\/strong> edilerek, 2000&#8217;i a\u015fk\u0131n i\u015f arayana (e\u015fit say\u0131da T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131 ve ge\u00e7ici koruma alt\u0131ndaki Suriyeli olmak \u00fczere) destek verilecek.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Arka plan<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u0130\u015eMEP, <strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilo.org\/ankara\/projects\/refugee-response\/lang--tr\/index.htm\">ILO T\u00fcrkiye Ofisi M\u00fclteci Destek Program\u0131<\/a><\/u><\/strong> \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde <strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilo.org\/ankara\/projects\/WCMS_710956\/lang--tr\/index.htm\">\u201cGe\u00e7ici Koruma Alt\u0131ndaki Suriyeliler ve T\u00fcrk Vatanda\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u0130nsana Yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r \u0130\u015f F\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131n Desteklenmesi Projesi\u201d<\/a><\/u>\u00a0<\/strong>kapsam\u0131nda uygulanan bir destek program\u0131d\u0131r.
