ETKB Raporunda, 2023 hedefleri do\u011frultusunda, elektrik \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131lan y\u0131ll\u0131k 7,2 milyar Dolar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 16 bcm\u2019lik do\u011falgaz ithalat\u0131n\u0131 azaltmay\u0131 hedefledi\u011fini belirtti. Hidroelektrik Santral (HES) kapasitesi ise y\u0131l sonu itibar\u0131yla 20.000 MW\u2019a yakla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RES KURULU G\u00dcC\u00dc 2.261 MW OLDU<\/strong><br \/>\n2012 y\u0131l\u0131 sonu itibar\u0131yla 9.734 MW\u2019l\u0131k r\u00fczgar enerjisi santral\u0131na (RES) \u00fcretim lisans\u0131 verildi. Y\u0131l sonunda RES kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc ise 2.261 MW olarak belirlendi. Rapor\u2019da G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Santrallar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (GES) kurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ise 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda lisans ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi.<br \/>\nRES ve GES\u2019lerin olas\u0131 olumsuz etkilerine kar\u015f\u0131 sistem g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla da G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi \u0130zleme Ve Denetim Faaliyeti ile G\u00fcne\u015f \u0130zleme Ve Tahmin Merkezi Projesi, Pompajl\u0131 HES Destekli RES Projesi, R\u00fczgar G\u00fcc\u00fc \u0130zleme ve Tahmin Merkezi ( R\u0130TM) Projeleri geli\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JEOTERMAL KURULU G\u00dc\u00c7 162,2 MW\u2019A ULA\u015eTI<\/strong><br \/>\nJeotermal kapasitenin de 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar 300 MW\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenmi\u015f olup, bu do\u011frultuda 2012 y\u0131l sonu itibar\u0131yla jeotermal kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 162,2 MW\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6ZEL SEKT\u00d6R 2.500 MW\u2019LIK L\u0130NY\u0130T SANTRALI YAPACAK<\/strong><br \/>\nRapor\u2019da, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda baz\u0131 linyit sahalar\u0131n\u0131n toplamda en az 1.320 MW\u2019l\u0131k termik santral kurulmak \u00fczere \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6re ihaleler ile verildi\u011fi ve y\u0131l i\u00e7inde di\u011fer sahalarda da 1. 235 MW\u2019l\u0131k santral\u0131n kurulmas\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n devam etti\u011fi kaydedildi. B\u00f6ylece, \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi halinde, 2.500 MW\u2019l\u0131k linyit santral\u0131n\u0131n sisteme al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n hedeflendi\u011fi bildirildi.<br \/>\nRapor\u2019da ayr\u0131ca, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda Af\u015fin Elbistan Linyit Sahalar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi i\u00e7in Birle\u015fik Arap Emirlikleri ile ikili i\u015fbirli\u011fi anla\u015fmas\u0131 imzaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>34 SAHA \u00d6ZEL SEKT\u00d6R \u0130\u015eLETMEC\u0130L\u0130\u011e\u0130NE A\u00c7ILDI<\/strong><br \/>\nZonguldak\u2019da yer alan 1,3 milyar tonluk ta\u015f k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc rezervinin de\u011ferlendirilmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan mevzuat de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile havzan\u0131n r\u00f6dovans yolu ile i\u015fletilmesinin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup, bu kapsamda 30 ta\u015fk\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc, 3 kuvars kumu ve 1 adet de boksit olmak \u00fczere 34 sahan\u0131n \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r i\u015fletmecili\u011fine a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.
