{"id":141158,"date":"2021-08-28T21:12:42","date_gmt":"2021-08-28T18:12:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/?p=141158"},"modified":"2021-08-28T21:18:52","modified_gmt":"2021-08-28T18:18:52","slug":"gama-enerji-nin-ican-santraline-yonelik-finansal-yeniden-yapilandirma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/en\/gama-enerji-nin-ican-santraline-yonelik-finansal-yeniden-yapilandirma\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8217;Gama Enerji&#8217; Has Successfully Completed Financial Restructuring of \u0130CAN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Financial Restructuring Agreement of 853 MW \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Plant (\u0130\u00c7AN) which is the biggest investment of GAMA Enerji A.\u015e. with its total 1.100,4 MW installed power was signed on the 30th of June and closed upon completion of conditions set in the agreement on the 26th of August 2021. \u0130\u00c7AN makes a significant contribution to Turkey producing 5.100,00 GWh annually, supplying 1,5% of the electricity consumed in Turkey and more than 25% of the electricity consumed in Ankara.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>GAMA Enerji who\u2019s ownership structure is 50,5% GAMA Holding, 30%\u00a0 Malaysian energy company Tenaga Nasional Berhad\u2019s subsidiary Global Power Energy Trade Inc., 14,5% World Bank Establishments IFC and 5,0% GIF, has successfully refinanced USD 595M debt of it\u2019s 853MW ICAN <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-141160\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/gama-enerji-nin-ican-santraline-yonelik-finansal-yeniden-yapilandirma-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/gama-enerji-nin-ican-santraline-yonelik-finansal-yeniden-yapilandirma-2.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/gama-enerji-nin-ican-santraline-yonelik-finansal-yeniden-yapilandirma-2-300x194.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/gama-enerji-nin-ican-santraline-yonelik-finansal-yeniden-yapilandirma-2-500x324.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/gama-enerji-nin-ican-santraline-yonelik-finansal-yeniden-yapilandirma-2-77x50.jpg 77w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/>plant which is it\u2019s biggest investment.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement made by GAMA Enerji General Manager Tamer \u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r, it was clarified that due to fluctuations in both domestic and international energy and financial markets after 2015, combined cycle gas turbine plants were unable to generate sufficient cash, thus \u0130\u00c7AN needed to restructure its credit debt.
