Bu durum \u015febeke g\u00fcncellemeleriyle minimum seviyeye indirilebiliyor ancak tamamen ortadan kalkmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmuyor. <strong>\u015eebekeye illegal yollarla m\u00fcdahale<\/strong> edilmesi sonucu kullan\u0131lan elektri\u011fin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclememesi ve faturaland\u0131r\u0131lamamas\u0131na ise \u2018ka\u00e7ak elektrik\u2019 deniyor. <strong>\u2018Kay\u0131p Ka\u00e7ak Bedeli\u2019<\/strong> ise bu iki ka\u00e7ak durumunun hesaplanmas\u0131ndan olu\u015fuyor. Yani <strong>\u2018Kay\u0131p Ka\u00e7ak Oran\u0131\u2019<\/strong> elektrik sisteminde iletim s\u0131ras\u0131nda meydana gelen teknik veya teknik olmayan enerji kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n oran\u0131n\u0131 ifade ediyor. <strong>Kay\u0131p ka\u00e7ak bedeli<\/strong> ise sadece ka\u00e7ak kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7ermiyor, teknik kayb\u0131 da i\u00e7eriyor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Y\u00fcksek voltaj kayb\u0131 azalt\u0131r<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada n\u00fcfusun ve kentle\u015fmenin artmas\u0131, ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcme, ya\u015fam kalitesinin y\u00fckselmesi gibi nedenlerle d\u00fcnyadaki elektrik t\u00fcketimi de art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6steriyor. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnya elektrik t\u00fcketimi bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re <strong>% 3,99<\/strong> oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek <strong>22.315 TWh<\/strong> oldu. D\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda elektrik \u015febekesi yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>80 milyon km<\/strong> iletim ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m hatt\u0131ndan olu\u015fuyor. 2019 verilerine g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki toplam elektrik iletim \u015febekesi uzunlu\u011fu <strong>70.034,1 km<\/strong>. Toplam da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febekesi uzunlu\u011fu ise <strong>1.172.334,9 km.<\/strong> 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda sadece 23.940,4 km uzunlu\u011fundaki iletim hatt\u0131ndan <strong>380 kV<\/strong> elektrik ge\u00e7ti. Kablolardan ne kadar <strong>y\u00fcksek voltajda elektrik ge\u00e7erse<\/strong> kay\u0131p oran\u0131 azal\u0131yor. Fakat<strong> y\u00fcksek voltaj<\/strong>, kayb\u0131 azaltsa da s\u0131f\u0131rlam\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En \u00e7ok kay\u0131p-ka\u00e7ak kullan\u0131m Dicle b\u00f6lgesinde<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurumu&#8217;nun (EPDK)<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 verilere g\u00f6re, 2020\u2019de en y\u00fcksek kay\u0131p oran\u0131 %<strong> 46,32<\/strong> ile <strong>Diyarbak\u0131r, \u015eanl\u0131urfa, Batman, Mardin, Siirt ve \u015e\u0131rnak illerini<\/strong> kapsayan Dicle elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m b\u00f6lgesinde, onu <strong>% 44,57<\/strong> oranla <strong>Van, Bitlis, Mu\u015f ve Hakk\u00e2ri<\/strong> illerini kapsayan<strong> Vang\u00f6l\u00fc elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m b\u00f6lgesi<\/strong> takip etti. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki ka\u00e7ak oranlar\u0131n\u0131n tahminden daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131 ise dikkat \u00e7ekti. Dicle&#8217;de tahmin <strong>% 60,45<\/strong> iken ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen <strong>% 46,32<\/strong> oldu. Dicle elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m b\u00f6lgesinde <strong>kay\u0131p oran\u0131 tahminin alt\u0131nda<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken <strong>Sivas, Tokat <\/strong>ve<strong> Yozgat<\/strong> illerini kapsayan <strong>\u00c7aml\u0131bel elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m b\u00f6lgesi<\/strong>nde ise ka\u00e7ak oran\u0131 tahminin \u00fczerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kay\u0131p ka\u00e7ak bedeli art\u0131k da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m bedeli i\u00e7erisinde tahsil ediliyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Encazip.Com\u2019un kurucusu \u00c7a\u011fada K\u0131r\u0131m, eskiden kay\u0131p ka\u00e7ak bedelinin faturalarda belirtildi\u011fini ancak yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle art\u0131k bu bedelin faturalarda yer almad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cElektrik faturalar\u0131ndaki kay\u0131p ka\u00e7ak bedeli kalemi 1 Ocak 2016 tarihinde ge\u00e7erli olan<strong> ulusal elektrik tarifesi<\/strong> ile kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131 ve bu bedel <strong>da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m bedeli kalemi<\/strong> i\u00e7erisine eklendi. Kay\u0131p ka\u00e7ak bedelinin faturalarda belirtildi\u011fi son tarih olan 2015 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n son elektrik tarifesine g\u00f6re, bir i\u015f yeri abonesinin elektrik faturas\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>% 12&#8217;si<\/strong> kay\u0131p ka\u00e7ak bedeliydi. Bu oran meskende ise yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>% 15<\/strong>&#8216;ti.
