Yap\u0131lan lisans tadil ba\u015fvurular\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan yard\u0131mc\u0131 kaynak ise genellikle G\u00dcNE\u015e olarak tercih edilmektedir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvurularda ise <strong>5346 Say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun ve Yerli Aksam Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda ana kaynak olarak kullan\u0131lan <strong>RES<\/strong> ve <strong>JES tesisleri<\/strong> i\u015fletmeye girdikleri tarihten itibaren <strong>5 y\u0131l s\u00fcre<\/strong> ile <strong>YADF (Yerli Aksam Destek Fiyat\u0131)<\/strong>\u2018den faydalanmaktad\u0131rlar. Di\u011fer yandan; \u201cYerli Aksam Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u201d 28 May\u0131s 2021 tarihli ve 31494 Say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete\u2019de de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ile d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f ve son hali ile yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc girmi\u015ftir.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0130lgili y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 8. Maddesinin (7) nci f\u0131kras\u0131nda;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u201cBirle\u015fik yenilenebilir elektrik \u00fcretim tesisleri ile destekleyici kaynakl\u0131 elektrik \u00fcretim tesislerinde YADF, ana kaynak baz\u0131nda ve ana kayna\u011f\u0131n faydalanma s\u00fcresince uygulan\u0131r. Bu tesislerde, ana kaynak d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki yard\u0131mc\u0131 kaynak i\u00e7in asgari ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nemlerde YADF\u2019ten faydalan\u0131lan aksam\/b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirici par\u00e7alar kullan\u0131l\u0131r ve bu aksamlar\/b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirici par\u00e7alar Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan her takvim y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda ilan edilir. Aksi takdirde ba\u015fvuru sahibi, ilgili aksam\/b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirici par\u00e7a i\u00e7in YADF\u2019den faydaland\u0131r\u0131lmaz, YEKDEM Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda i\u015flem yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u00f6denmi\u015f tutarlar\u0131n faizi ile birlikte geri \u00f6denmesini teminen EPDK\u2019ya bildirilir.\u201d denilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 madde i\u00e7erisinde belirtilen yard\u0131mc\u0131 kaynak i\u00e7in asgari ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nemlerde YADF\u2019den faydalan\u0131lan aksam\/b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirici par\u00e7alar 24.06.2021 tarihinde Sn.
