This facility is the largest industrial investment in Algeria, excluding hydro-carbon-based companies. Standing out in the global competition with the technologies it uses, Tosyalı Algerie is among the facilities that produce the greenest and most environmentally friendly steel in the world thanks to Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) technology. With our pioneering investments in the industry, employment and sustainability-oriented technologies we create, we are shown as an example in different platforms, especially at the top level of the state in Algeria. This makes us proud on behalf of our country and our people and gives us the courage to do better. Our investments that create added value in our facility in Algeria will continue. Tosyalı Algerie, which we laid the foundations for in 2011 and whose 4th stage investment continues, will be the driving force of our global growth by transforming into an industrial facility with a flat and long product capacity of 8.5 million tons, 7.5 million tons of which is an integrated mining facility, when all stages are completed. ”

World record from Tosyalı Algerie

The first stage of Tosyalı Algerie was completed in 2013, the second stage in 2015 and the third stage in 2018.
