Bu santrallerin kuruldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgeler ve \u00e7evreye olan potansiyel zarar\u0131 yeniden tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. \u00d6zellikle kaynak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan <strong>k\u00f6m\u00fcrden elektrik \u00fcretimi<\/strong> \u00e7evresel etkileri nedeniyle t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada tart\u0131\u015fma konusu. Ancak elektrik \u00fcretimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan potansiyeline bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda di\u011fer enerji kaynaklar\u0131na g\u00f6re daha <strong>kolay<\/strong> ve<strong> ucuza<\/strong> bulunabilen k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn, <strong>global\u00a0elektrik\u00a0\u00fcretiminde<\/strong> \u00f6nemli bir rol \u00fcstlendi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. <strong>Ucuz yak\u0131ta ilave<\/strong> olarak di\u011fer santrallere k\u0131yasla yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyetinin g\u00f6rece d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131,<strong>\u00a0ucuz elektrik\u00a0\u00fcretiminde<\/strong> k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santrallerin kritik bir \u00f6neme sahip olmas\u0131na neden oluyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Maden ocaklar\u0131n\u0131n yak\u0131nlar\u0131na kuruluyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de elektrik \u00fcretiminde k\u00f6m\u00fcr, ilk kez 1914 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>\u0130stanbul<\/strong>\u2019da <strong>Silahtara\u011fa Elektrik Santrali<\/strong>&#8216;nde kullan\u0131ld\u0131. Burada <strong>Zonguldak\u2019tan<\/strong> getirilen<strong> ta\u015f k\u00f6m\u00fcrden<\/strong> elektrik \u00fcretildi. Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nin kent \u00f6l\u00e7ekli ilk elektrik santrali olan bu tesis, \u0130stanbul\u2019un en eski end\u00fcstri b\u00f6lgesi olan Hali\u00e7\u2019te kuruldu\u011fu<strong> 1914\u2019ten<\/strong> itibaren<strong> 1983\u2019e<\/strong> kadar \u0130stanbul\u2019a elektrik sa\u011flad\u0131. Burada \u00fcretilen elektrik ilk olarak <strong>\u0130stanbul tramvaylar\u0131<\/strong> ile Osmanl\u0131 sultan\u0131n\u0131n o d\u00f6nemde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>Dolmabah\u00e7e Saray\u0131\u2019na<\/strong> verildi. <strong>\u0130thal k\u00f6m\u00fcrlerin<\/strong> kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 santraller ise <strong>2000\u2019li y\u0131llardan<\/strong> itibaren kurulmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00f6m\u00fcr yakan santralleri aras\u0131nda <strong>\u00c7atala\u011fz\u0131 Termik, Af\u015fin-Elbistan Termik, Cenal Termik, \u0130skenderun \u0130thal K\u00f6m\u00fcr, Bekirli Termik<\/strong> ve <strong>Atlas Termik santralleri<\/strong> yer al\u0131yor. Ula\u015f\u0131m maliyetini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tutmak i\u00e7in t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santrallerin bir\u00e7o\u011fu <strong>maden ocaklar\u0131n\u0131n yak\u0131n\u0131na<\/strong> in\u015fa ediliyor. <strong>\u0130thal k\u00f6m\u00fcr<\/strong> ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan<strong> santraller<\/strong> ise genellikle limanlara yak\u0131n yerlere ya da k\u0131y\u0131lara kuruluyor. Bu santrallerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma prensibi, <strong>k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn suyu \u0131s\u0131tmas\u0131na<\/strong> dayal\u0131 oldu\u011fundan <strong>su kaynaklar\u0131na yak\u0131nl\u0131k da<\/strong> dikkat edilen noktalar aras\u0131nda. \u00c7evreye olan potansiyel etkileri azaltmak i\u00e7in de genellikle \u015fehir merkezinden uzakta yer al\u0131yorlar. K\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santrallerin, <strong>iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin<\/strong> ve <strong>hava kirlili\u011finin<\/strong> en b\u00fcy\u00fck nedenlerinden biri olarak g\u00f6sterilmesiyle birtak\u0131m \u00f6nlemler de al\u0131nmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Teknolojik geli\u015fmelerden faydalanarak <strong>karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> azalt\u0131l\u0131yor. <strong>\u0130leri teknoloji filtreleme sistemleri<\/strong> ile <strong>zararl\u0131 gazlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun<\/strong> filtrelendikten sonra<strong> atmosfere sal\u0131nmas\u0131<\/strong> sa\u011flan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Elektri\u011fin \u00fc\u00e7te biri k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santrallerden<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcne bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santraller, kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn <strong>y\u00fczde 29<\/strong>\u2019unu olu\u015fturan do\u011falgaz kaynakl\u0131 santrallerin ve <strong>y\u00fczde 26<\/strong>\u2019s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan<strong> hidroelektrik kaynakl\u0131 \u00fcretim santralleri<\/strong>nin ard\u0131ndan yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>y\u00fczde 23<\/strong>\u2019l\u00fck bir oranla <strong>3&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc<\/strong> s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki <strong>toplam elektrik \u00fcretimi<\/strong> verilerine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kullan\u0131lan elektri\u011fin \u00fc\u00e7te birinin k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santrallerden kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor ve toplam elektrik \u00fcretiminde <strong>y\u00fczde 34<\/strong>\u2019l\u00fck oranla ilk s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0130htiyaca g\u00f6re kullan\u0131m\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6steriyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Y\u0131llara ve k\u00f6m\u00fcr t\u00fcrlerine g\u00f6re \u00fcretilen elektrik oranlar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise <strong>2020\u2019de<\/strong> ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcrden <strong>65 bin 466 GWh<\/strong>, linyitten <strong>38 bin 163 GWh<\/strong>, ta\u015f k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcnden<strong> 3 bin 416 GWh<\/strong> olmak \u00fczere toplamda <strong>106 bin 268 GWh<\/strong> elektrik \u00fcretildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn toplam elektrik \u00fcretimindeki <strong>y\u00fczde 35<\/strong>\u2019lik pay\u0131na k\u0131yasla\u00a0<strong>May\u0131s 2021&#8217;e<\/strong> bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise bu pay\u0131n<strong> y\u00fczde 23<\/strong> oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u00d6zellikle yaz aylar\u0131nda <strong>ya\u015fanan kurakl\u0131kla<\/strong> birlikte <strong>k\u00f6m\u00fcrden elektrik \u00fcretiminin<\/strong> y\u0131ll\u0131k pay\u0131n\u0131n toplamda <strong>y\u00fczde 35<\/strong>\u2019inde \u00fczerinde olmas\u0131 bekleniyor. K\u0131sacas\u0131 <strong>y\u00fczde 21<\/strong>\u2019lik bir kurulu g\u00fcce sahip olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc elektrik santrallerin, 2020\u2019de elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n <strong>y\u00fczde 35<\/strong>\u2019ini kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131, bu santrallerin<strong> enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan <strong>stratejik \u00f6nemini<\/strong> de g\u00f6steriyor. Bu fark\u0131n en \u00f6nemli nedeni ise kural\u0131k olarak g\u00f6steriliyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kural\u0131k dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayan hidroelektrik santrallerin a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 bo\u015flu\u011fu doldurabilmek i\u00e7in <strong>k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santrallerden<\/strong> faydalan\u0131ld\u0131. Bu durum g\u00f6steriyor ki k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santrallere<strong> talep, iklim \u015fartlar\u0131<\/strong> ve o d\u00f6nemki ihtiyaca g\u00f6re<strong> farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterebiliyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cElektrik \u00fcretiminde k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131m\u0131 art\u0131k daha \u00e7evreci\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Elektrik \u00fcretiminde<\/strong> k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fen teknolojiyle birlikte eskiye oranla art\u0131k daha \u00e7evreci oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen\u00a0<strong>EnCazip.com<\/strong>\u2019un kurucusu<strong> \u00c7a\u011fada K\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong>, \u015funlar\u0131 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">dile getiriyor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Teknolojinin ilerlemesiyle k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santrallerin \u00e7evreye verdi\u011fi olumsuz etkiler azalt\u0131l\u0131yor. \u2018<strong>Karbon yakalama<\/strong> ve <strong>depolama<\/strong>\u2019 ad\u0131 verilen y\u00f6ntemler ile <strong>k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn yanmas\u0131 sonucu<\/strong> ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan <strong>zehirli gazlar ve partik\u00fcller<\/strong> \u00f6ncelikle<strong> filtreler<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan yakalanarak, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan en zarars\u0131z haline getiriliyor. Bu yeni sistemler sayesinde gazlar bacalardan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131yor. Borularla birlikte yak\u0131n \u00e7evredeki <strong>bir yer alt\u0131 kuyusuna sal\u0131n\u0131yor<\/strong> ya da <strong>petrol yataklar\u0131na<\/strong> <strong>enjekte<\/strong> ediliyor. Bu sayede <strong>petrol yataklar\u0131<\/strong> zararl\u0131 gaz\u0131 <strong>depolamak<\/strong> i\u00e7in iyi bir alan oluyor.
