For this reason, the protection of existing water resources, the development of alternative water resources, the use and dissemination of technologies compatible with the ecological environment, the creation of sustainable water policies, and therefore, as an input to sustainable development, have an important place in the country’s agenda. In this context, Pimtaş Plastik has undertaken valuable projects.

Pimtaş Plastik Undersigned Projects

Concentrating on these problems in our world, Pimtaş Plastik has produced aerators that will save approximately 400 tons of water per year for the efficient use of water. This product bears the signature of HGT and PIMARGE, two of the companies of Pimtaş, as the only aerator in the world consisting of bio plastic raw materials. Taking action to save water consumption, Pimtaş Plastik saves 300-400 tons of water annually in a tap that is used continuously for 2 hours a day, with this product that can be attached to taps.

It saves 16 tons of water from the water that is washed under an open tap in 1 year, and 10.5 tons of water in 1 year from the tap we leave open while brushing our teeth. Thanks to the aerator, composting can be done in nature without the need for any chemical treatment. Şamil Tahmaz, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said that composting can be done in nature without the need for any chemical treatment. “I think that this product should be found in institutions such as schools, houses, hospitals and industrial facilities and it will have a significant impact on the future of water,” he said.

A New Step to Agriculture: Traceability

Wrong and unconscious methods are used in irrigation in agriculture. In agriculture, the wrong irrigation method causes excessive water consumption and reduces soil and crop productivity. In order to find a solution to this problem, Pimtaş Plastik carries out R&D studies in order to make the drip irrigation pipes it produces by turning to modern irrigation systems. Pimtaş Plastik and HGT Tarım inform farmers about efficient agriculture and efficient water use.

Informing 150 thousand people so far, Pimtaş continues to sign a new project every day to prevent unconscious agriculture and unconscious water use. Thanks to the vertical farming system to be used in the vertical farming factory that it will establish, HGT Tarım will ensure that water is used continuously with the circulation system, without the need for agricultural land. In other words, it will achieve more efficiency with less water use. With its water-friendly projects, Pimtaş Plastik will both stimulate the economy and continue to open its doors to the whole world in the use of water, which is our greatest treasure.

When we look at the water resources in the world in general; Water resources that can be used safely for domestic, agricultural and industrial purposes are only a small part of the world’s total water resources, such as 2.5%.
