Buna ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131llarda <strong>fiyatland\u0131rmadaki dengesizlikler<\/strong> y\u00fcz\u00fcnden kapanan ya da yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131nan <strong>do\u011fal gaz \u00e7evrim santrallerinden<\/strong> dolay\u0131 kaybolan kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7, <strong>y\u00fcksek k\u00f6m\u00fcr fiyatlar\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>r\u00fczgar enerjisi \u00fcretimindeki<\/strong> d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f de eklenince elektrik borsas\u0131ndaki <strong>elektrik birim fiyatlar\u0131<\/strong> rekor seviyelere ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Elektrik maliyeti zaml\u0131 fiyat\u0131n da \u00fcst\u00fcnde kald\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bu nedenlerden dolay\u0131 artan <strong>elektrik \u00fcretim<\/strong> ve <strong>tedarik maliyetleri<\/strong> Temmuz ay\u0131nda t\u00fcketicilere elektrik zamm\u0131 olarak yans\u0131d\u0131. Temmuz ay\u0131n\u0131n <strong>ilk 12 g\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong> i\u00e7in borsadaki elektrik birim maliyeti <strong>0,53 TL\/kWh<\/strong> olurken buna <strong>0,13 TL\/kWh YEKDEM<\/strong> birim maliyeti de eklenince elektrik tedarik maliyeti 0,63 TL\/kWh dolaylar\u0131nda seyrediyor. Temmuz zamm\u0131 ile birlikte <strong>0,47 TL\/kWh<\/strong>\u2019e ula\u015fan ev ve <strong>0,71 TL\/kWh<\/strong>\u2019e y\u00fckselen <strong>i\u015f yeri<\/strong> <strong>elektrik tarife fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> dahi maliyetlerin alt\u0131nda ya da s\u0131n\u0131rda kalmas\u0131 k\u0131sa zaman i\u00e7inde <strong>elektrik fiyatlar\u0131na bir zam<\/strong> daha olmas\u0131 ihtimalini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Su, t\u00fcm elektrik \u00fcretim kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n bir ihtiyac\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kurakl\u0131k bir\u00e7ok alan\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi enerji \u00fcretimini de tehdit ediyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc su sadece <strong>HES\u2019ler<\/strong> i\u00e7in de\u011fil, t\u00fcm enerji \u00fcretim kaynaklar\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli. <strong>Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131<\/strong>&#8216;n\u0131n verilerine g\u00f6re, enerji \u00fcretim tesisleri her y\u0131l<strong> 340 milyar metrek\u00fcp\u00fcn<\/strong> \u00fczerinde su kullan\u0131yor ve <strong>ortalama 50 milyar metrek\u00fcp su<\/strong> t\u00fcketebiliyor. K\u0131sacas\u0131 <strong>su<\/strong> ve <strong>su buhar\u0131<\/strong> t\u00fcm enerji \u00fcretim kaynaklar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir konumda. Kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n artmas\u0131yla birlikte t\u00fcm bu <strong>enerji \u00fcretim kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> zor bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 bekliyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00dcretimi oldu\u011fu kadar t\u00fcketimi de etkiliyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kurakl\u0131k sadece <strong>elektrik \u00fcretimini<\/strong> de\u011fil,\u00a0<strong>t\u00fcketimini<\/strong> de etkiliyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin, <strong>ya\u011f\u0131\u015f azald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7ift\u00e7iler<\/strong> tarlalar\u0131n\u0131 kendi imkanlar\u0131yla sulamak zorunda kal\u0131yor. Bu da ekstra bir <strong>elektrik t\u00fcketimi<\/strong> anlam\u0131na geliyor. S\u0131cakl\u0131klar artt\u0131k\u00e7a t\u00fcketicinin serinlemek i\u00e7in <strong>daha fazla klima \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131, so\u011futma sistemlerini<\/strong> daha fazla kullanmas\u0131 da <strong>elektrik kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131ran<\/strong> bir ba\u015fka etken.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Elektrik \u00fcretiminin \u00fc\u00e7te biri su kaynakl\u0131 santrallerden<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l <strong>elektrik enerjisi \u00fcretimi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong>n\u00fcn <strong>% 32<\/strong>\u2019si hidroelektrik santralleriyken ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l toplam \u00fcretilen elektri\u011fin <strong>% 26<\/strong>\u2019s\u0131 bu santrallerde \u00fcretilmi\u015fti. <strong>2021\u2019in g\u00fcncel verilerine<\/strong> g\u00f6re ise <strong>elektrik \u00fcretim kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong>n\u00fcn <strong>% 35<\/strong>\u2019i su kaynakl\u0131 \u00fcretime dayal\u0131 santrallerde. Ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na bu veri, kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n <strong>elektrik \u00fcretiminin<\/strong> \u00fczerindeki etkisinin ne denli b\u00fcy\u00fck olabilece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Nisan ay\u0131nda<\/strong> toplam <strong>elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131 su kaynakl\u0131 santrallerden<\/strong> kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131rken bu y\u0131l\u0131n Nisan ay\u0131nda hidroelektrik santrallerden \u00fcretilen <strong>elektrik enerjisinin<\/strong> miktar\u0131nda <strong>y\u00fczde 12<\/strong>\u2019lik bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f oldu. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131ldan bu y\u0131la elektrik \u00fcretiminin <strong>y\u00fczde 30<\/strong> artmas\u0131yla birlikte<strong> su kaynakl\u0131 \u00fcretimin<\/strong> toplam elektrik talebindeki pay\u0131<strong> y\u00fczde 30<\/strong>\u2019lara geriledi. Hidroelektrik santrallerinden \u00fcretilemeyen elektrik i\u00e7in ise en cazip alternatif olan d<strong>o\u011falgaz kaynakl\u0131 santraller<\/strong> devreye al\u0131nd\u0131. B\u00f6ylece <strong>yabanc\u0131 kaynakl\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>d\u00f6viz cinsi maliyeti<\/strong> olan <strong>do\u011falgazdan elektrik \u00fcretimi<\/strong> <strong>y\u00fczde 263<\/strong> art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00fcne\u015f, jeotermal <\/strong>ve<strong> biyok\u00fctle<\/strong> gibi yenilenebilir kaynakl\u0131 santrallerden \u00fcretilen <strong>elektrik enerjisinin<\/strong> hatr\u0131 say\u0131l\u0131r bir \u015fekilde y\u00fckselmesi sevindirici bir geli\u015fme olsa da bu kaynaklar\u0131 kullanarak t\u00fcm elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 k\u0131sa vadede m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Ancak yine de <strong>2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> t\u00fcm di\u011fer yenilenebilir kaynaklardan \u00fcretilen elektrik enerjisinin pay\u0131n\u0131n daha da artmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra <strong>hidroelektrik santrallerinden<\/strong> enerji \u00fcretimi azal\u0131rken <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi<\/strong> <strong>santralleri<\/strong>nden <strong>(GES) elektrik \u00fcretiminin<\/strong> artmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu. HES\u2019ten azalan enerji \u00fcretimine kar\u015f\u0131 bir ba\u015fka y\u00f6nelim ise do\u011fal gazdan \u00fcretilen enerji. Ancak ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131llarda ya\u015fanan dengesizlik, \u00f6zellikle de k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve orta b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckteki do\u011fal gaz santrallerinin kapanmas\u0131na neden oldu. Mevcut do\u011fal gaz kaynakl\u0131 santraller ise g\u00f6rece b\u00fcy\u00fck ve<strong> elektrik \u00fcretim maliyeti<\/strong> daha y\u00fcksek. Ayr\u0131ca do\u011falgaza olan talebin artmas\u0131, sanayide ve farkl\u0131 ama\u00e7larla da kullan\u0131lan gaz\u0131n fiyat\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131na ve <strong>yine elektrik fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselmesine<\/strong> neden olabilir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cElektrik fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n daha da artmas\u0131 muhtemel\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Susuzlu\u011fun elektrik fiyatlar\u0131nda<\/strong> yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tehdide dikkat \u00e7eken\u00a0K\u0131r\u0131m, <em>\u201c\u00d6zellikle son y\u0131llarda \u00fclkemizde su kaynakl\u0131 santrallerin kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc bir hayli artt\u0131. Bu durum normal ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n yerlile\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemliydi. Ancak <strong>iklim de\u011fi\u015fikliklerinin etkisi<\/strong> ile bu y\u0131l kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kurakl\u0131k,<strong> elektrik piyasas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok k\u00f6t\u00fc etkilenmesine<\/strong> neden oldu.\u201d<\/em> diyerek s\u00f6zlerine <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle devam ediyor:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c<strong>Elektrik kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 portf\u00f6y\u00fc beslenmeye<\/strong> benzer. Ancak dengeli beslenmek i\u00e7in t\u00fcm besinlerden do\u011fru bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde yenilmesi gerekir. \u00d6rne\u011fin brokoli sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir besin kayna\u011f\u0131 olsa da her \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn brokoli yemek sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z bir beslenmeye neden olur. <strong>Elektrik piyasas\u0131nda<\/strong> da <strong>dengeyi sa\u011flamak<\/strong> i\u00e7in, iyi bir kaynak olsa da, <strong>suya<\/strong> bu kadar <strong>y\u00fcksek bir pay verilmemesi<\/strong>, farkl\u0131 kaynaklar\u0131n da isabetli bir y\u00f6netimle portf\u00f6ye dahil edilmesi elzemdir. <strong>Hidroelektrik santrallerin<\/strong> eksi\u011fi i\u00e7in di\u011fer santraller devreye al\u0131nsa bile en \u00e7ok \u00fcretimin <strong>do\u011falgaz<\/strong> ve <strong>yabanc\u0131 kaynakl\u0131 k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 santrallerden<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesini bekliyoruz. Kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n, d\u00f6viz kurlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu bir d\u00f6neme denk gelmesi ile elektrik maliyetleri h\u0131zla art\u0131yor. T\u00fcm bu fakt\u00f6rler Temmuz ay\u0131ndaki<strong>\u00a0elektrik zamm\u0131n\u0131\u00a0ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz<\/strong> hale getirdi. Kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n devam etmesi ve d\u00f6viz kurlar\u0131n\u0131n mevcut seviyede seyretmesi durumunda \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki Ekim ay\u0131nda, hatta belki de daha \u00f6nce, en az y\u00fczde 15\u2019lik bir elektrik zamm\u0131 daha s\u00f6z konusu olabilir.
