Bu karar\u0131n nedeni ise iyi tasarlanm\u0131\u015f bir merkezi sistemin bireysel sistemlere g\u00f6re i\u015fletme giderlerinin daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Binalar\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde bir merkezden borular vas\u0131tas\u0131 ile da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lan s\u0131cak suyun kapal\u0131 devrede sirk\u00fclasyonun sa\u011flanmas\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan bu sistem sayesinde, t\u00fcm konut, hastane, avm, otel v.b. mahallerde ayn\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 ve s\u0131cakl\u0131k elde edilmektedir. S\u00f6z konusu mahalin yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 olmas\u0131 durumunda ise, merkezi \u0131s\u0131tma i\u015fletme giderleri %30 \u2018a varan oranlarda d\u00fc\u015fecektir.&#8221;<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kazan D\u00f6n\u00fc<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong>\u00fcm\u00fc Verimli Enerji Sa<\/strong><strong>\u011f<\/strong><strong>l<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>yor\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kat\u0131 yak\u0131tl\u0131 merkezi \u0131s\u0131tma sistemlerinden <strong>do\u011falgazl\u0131 kazan kaskad sistemlerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren konut, otel, okul v.s. i\u00e7in sistemin verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in tasar\u0131m\u0131n do\u011fru m\u00fchendislik verileriyle yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan Verimli Enerji Sistemleri Departman\u0131 M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc An\u0131l Acar, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015funlara de\u011findi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cK\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc kalorifer kazanlar\u0131nda <strong>%70<\/strong> d\u00fczeyindeki \u0131s\u0131l verim, do\u011falgazl\u0131 kazana d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, yo\u011fu\u015fma verimleriyle birlikte %110 oranlar\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc yitirmi\u015f kat\u0131 yak\u0131tl\u0131 kazanlar\u0131n, do\u011falgaza uyumlu kazanlara ge\u00e7i\u015fiyle birlikte sistem amortisman s\u00fcreleri 3-4 y\u0131la kadar k\u0131salm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu veri de d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek son kullan\u0131c\u0131lar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli bir sebeptir. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ayr\u0131ca do\u011falgazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kazanlar\u0131n i\u015fletilmesinde insan fakt\u00f6r\u00fc minimuma indi\u011fi i\u00e7in kontrolleri son derece kolayd\u0131r. Bu nedenledir ki kullan\u0131c\u0131 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131na g\u00f6re ve d\u0131\u015f hava s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131na g\u00f6re gidi\u015f suyu parametrelerinin ayarlanmas\u0131yla birlikte sistem otomatik \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve yak\u0131t tasarrufu sa\u011flan\u0131r. Gereksiz enerji t\u00fcketiminin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilir. \u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ancak bu kontrol panelleri kat\u0131 yak\u0131tl\u0131 merkezi sistemlere entegre edilememektedir. Bu nedenle kontrols\u00fcz bir g\u00fc\u00e7 elde edilmektedir ve gereksiz yak\u0131t t\u00fcketimi olmaktad\u0131r. \u00a0Merkezi sisteme ge\u00e7i\u015f zorunlulu\u011fu da bu nedenledir.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>K\u00f6m\u00fcr veya fuel-oil ile \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lan binalarda yanma derecesi elle ayarlanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ancak d\u0131\u015f \u0131s\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikliklerinde kazan\u0131n alevini artt\u0131rmak veya azaltmak gerekti\u011finde ge\u00e7 \u0131s\u0131nma sa\u011flanmakta veya \u00e7ok \u0131s\u0131nma sa\u011flan\u0131p yak\u0131t t\u00fcketimi art\u0131rabilmektedir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Do\u011fal gaza hen\u00fcz ge\u00e7meyen apartmanlar genelde k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc ya da fuel-oil\u2019li kalorifer kazanlar\u0131 ile \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kullan\u0131m kolayl\u0131\u011f\u0131, daha temiz bir enerji olmas\u0131 ve ekonomik avantajlar\u0131 gibi nedenler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde do\u011falgaz bir ad\u0131m \u00f6nde yer al\u0131yor. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Merkezi \u0131s\u0131tma sistemlerindeki fatura payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 da \u0131s\u0131tma sistemleri i\u00e7in kalorimetre ve \u0131s\u0131 pay\u00f6l\u00e7er yard\u0131m\u0131yla, s\u0131cak su kullan\u0131m\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in ise s\u0131cak su saya\u00e7lar\u0131yla yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu faturaland\u0131rma sistemlerinin payla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 manuel olarak g\u00f6z ile veya arac\u0131 firma yard\u0131m\u0131yla her ay otomatik olarak el terminali ile okunan de\u011ferler y\u00f6netimle payla\u015f\u0131larak yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Merkezi sistemlerde radyat\u00f6rlerin \u00fczerine termostatik vana kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve kalorimetre, \u0131s\u0131 pay\u00f6l\u00e7er \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sistemlerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 da y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte zorunlu hale getirilmi\u015ftir. Termostatik vana kullan\u0131m\u0131 da yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak %25 yak\u0131t tasarrufu sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.&#8221;<\/em> diye ifade etti.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Verimli Enerjinin Anahtar<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>, Do<\/strong><strong>\u011f<\/strong><strong>ru Yal<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>t<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>m\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kombi ya da merkezi sistem se\u00e7imi yap\u0131l\u0131rken bina yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na dikkat edilmesi gerekti\u011fini belirten Makine M\u00fchendisi An\u0131l Acar, \u015funlar\u0131 ifade etti: <em>\u201cMerkezi \u0131s\u0131tma sistemlerinden y\u00fcksek verimle faydalan\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in bina yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Yat\u0131l\u0131m yap\u0131l\u0131rken; binan\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015f alma durumu, r\u00fczg\u00e2r durumu, ya\u011fmur miktar\u0131 gibi etmenler \u00e7ok iyi analiz edilmelidir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Binan\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k \u0131s\u0131tma enerji ihtiyac\u0131 TS 825 standard\u0131nda belirtilen s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferden k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olmas\u0131 durumunda herhangi bir yal\u0131t\u0131m i\u015flemine ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmayacakt\u0131r. Ancak rutubetin \u00e7ok fazla oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgelerde binan\u0131n yap\u0131 elemanlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki yo\u011fu\u015fman\u0131n bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde nas\u0131l seyir etti\u011fine bak\u0131larak \u00f6nleyici yal\u0131t\u0131mlar yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0Yeni binalar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f halde sat\u0131\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yine de konut sat\u0131n al\u0131rken binan\u0131z\u0131n TS825 standart\u0131na uygun olarak yap\u0131l\u0131p yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sorman\u0131z verimli enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in yerinde bir davran\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Is\u0131tma konusunda, yal\u0131t\u0131m hayati \u00f6nemde bir etkendir diyebiliriz. Is\u0131 kay\u0131plar\u0131 irdelendi\u011finde, kayb\u0131n en fazla, d\u0131\u015f ortamlar ile temas\u0131n y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu; kiri\u015f, kolon, d\u0131\u015f duvarlar, havaland\u0131rma ka\u00e7aklar\u0131 ve pencerelerde oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. PVC pencerelerin odac\u0131k say\u0131s\u0131, cam kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131, s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k durumu da dikkat etmeniz gereklidir. Bu gibi nedenlerin fazla olmas\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 de\u011ferini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrece\u011finden \u00e7ok dikkatli olunmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/em> \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0130<\/strong><strong>lk Yat<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>r<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>m ve <\/strong><strong>\u0130\u015f<\/strong><strong>letmede Daha Az Maliyetli<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Merkezi \u0131s\u0131tma sistemlerinin avantajlar\u0131ndan bahseden An\u0131l Acar, \u015funlar\u0131 ifade etti: <em>\u201cKombili \u0131s\u0131nma sisteminde bireysel kullan\u0131ma ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, kat ge\u00e7i\u015flerindeki \u0131s\u0131 transferlerinden kaynakl\u0131 i\u015fletme maliyetleri de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6stermektedir.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Merkezi \u0131s\u0131tma sistemlerinde t\u00fcm binan\u0131n rejime girmesi ve dairelerdeki termostatik vanalar ile s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n belli derecenin alt\u0131na indirilememesi nedeniyle yak\u0131t tasarrufu sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r. \u0130lk yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyeti olarak ise merkezi sistem, bireysel \u0131s\u0131tma sistemlerine g\u00f6re daha uygun \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Daire say\u0131s\u0131 ve t\u00fcketim artt\u0131k\u00e7a merkezi \u0131s\u0131tma sitemi ile bireysel \u0131s\u0131tma sistemi aras\u0131ndaki ilk yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyeti fark\u0131 artmaktad\u0131r.&#8221;<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cY\u00f6netmeli<\/strong><strong>\u011f<\/strong><strong>i Uygun Olmayan Merkezi Sistem Dezavantaj Olu<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong>turur\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Merkezi sistemlerin \u0131s\u0131nma konusunda olduk\u00e7a avantajl\u0131 oldu\u011funu fakat y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe uygun yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda dezavantaj olu\u015fturdu\u011funa i\u015faret eden An\u0131l Acar, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: <em>\u201cMerkezi \u0131s\u0131tma y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine uygun yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi m\u00fchendislik tasar\u0131m\u0131 eksiklikleri, \u0131s\u0131tma projelerinin do\u011fru \u00e7izilmemesi ve proje do\u011frulu\u011funun sorgulamas\u0131 yap\u0131lmadan yap\u0131lan imalatlardan kaynakl\u0131 olarak verimsiz ve sorunlu tesisatlar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zlemliyoruz.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bu konu merkezi sistem \u0131s\u0131tmalardaki enerji verimli\u011fini ortadan kald\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 gibi \u0131s\u0131tmada homojen \u0131s\u0131nma sa\u011flanamamas\u0131, dairelerde \u0131s\u0131nma problemlerini ve y\u00fcksek faturalar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r.&#8221;<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Y\u00f6netmeliklere Uygun Projelendirme Verimi Art<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>r<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>yor \u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Merkezi \u0131s\u0131tma sistemlerinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir k\u0131l\u0131nabilmesi i\u00e7in do\u011fru bir projelendirmenin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Acar, s\u00f6zlerine <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle son verdi:<\/span> <em>\u201cY\u00f6netmeliklere uygun olacak \u015fekilde yap\u0131lan projelendirmeler, \u0131s\u0131 verimlili\u011fini koruyarak, ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131n daha iyi ve daha ekonomik \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.
