Bilimsel olarak kan\u0131tland\u0131 ve kamoyuna mal oldu\u201d<\/em> dedi. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine neden olan emisyonlar\u0131n <strong>% 80<\/strong>\u2019inin enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden geldi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan <strong>Fatih Birol<\/strong>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cB\u00f6yle olunca \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm de enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden olacak. Enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde <strong>2020-2050 y\u0131llar\u0131<\/strong> aras\u0131nda karbon emisyonunu indirmeden <strong>bilim insanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong> net s\u0131f\u0131r seviyesine gelinmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. D\u00fcnyadaki en \u00f6nde gelen ekonomilerin hepsi, Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkeleri, ABD, Kanada, Brezilya, \u0130ngiltere, Japonya, Kore, gibi \u00fclkeler 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda<strong> net s\u0131f\u0131r yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131 taahh\u00fct<\/strong> ettiler. D\u00fcnya enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fc? Oraya gidilecek patika son derece dar ama imkans\u0131z de\u011fil. Bunun i\u00e7in ekonomikli\u011fi kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f mevcut enerji teknolojilerinden en fazlay\u0131 \u00fcretmek ve yeni teknolojilere h\u0131z kazand\u0131rmak gerek. Bunun i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131m gerekiyor.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyadaki enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131lda <strong>2 trilyon dolar<\/strong> oldu\u011funa i\u015faret eden Dr. Fatih Birol, \u201c2050 hedeflerine ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bunun 5 trilyon dolara \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ve bunun da b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n temiz enerji teknolojilerine gitmesi laz\u0131m. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar i\u00e7inde de geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkelerin pay\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 gerekiyor. D\u00fcnya 2050\u2019de net s\u0131f\u0131r hedefine ula\u015f\u0131rsa, petrol g\u00fcnl\u00fck <strong>100 milyon<\/strong> varilden <strong>25 milyon<\/strong> varillere d\u00fc\u015fecek. Gaz ve k\u00f6m\u00fcrde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f olacak. <strong>2050\u2019de<\/strong> bir numaral\u0131 enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi olacak. \u00a0Ayr\u0131ca \u015fu an d\u00fcnyada sat\u0131lan elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n oran\u0131 <strong>% 5<\/strong> civar\u0131nda. Net s\u0131f\u0131r hedefine ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 2030&#8217;da d\u00fcnyada sat\u0131lan ara\u00e7lar\u0131n <strong>%60<\/strong>&#8216;\u0131 elektrikli olmal\u0131.<strong> 2040\u2019da<\/strong> d\u00fcnya elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fc tamam\u0131yla<strong> dekarbonize<\/strong> olacak. Yani yenilenebilir enerji, fosil enerjilerin <strong>karbon azalt\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> ile a kombine edilmesi ve \u00a0n\u00fckleer enerji&#8230; \u015eunu da belirtmeliyim ki, 2050\u2019deki <strong>net s\u0131f\u0131r hedefine ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in n\u00fckleer enerjinin <strong>2 kat artmas\u0131<\/strong> laz\u0131m.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Temiz enerji fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Temiz enerji konusunda her \u00fclkenin kendi ko\u015fullar\u0131na g\u00f6re ekonomik geli\u015fmi\u015flik, enerji ger\u00e7ekleri ve arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fini g\u00f6z\u00f6n\u00fcne alarak mutlaka bir yol haritas\u0131 \u00e7izmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Dr. Birol,<em> \u201cBu k\u00fcresel soruna \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulma konusunda herkesin mesuliyetleri oldu\u011funu unutmadan hareket etmesi laz\u0131m. Hi\u00e7bir \u00fclke temiz enerji konusundaki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn etkilerinden muaf de\u011fil. Her \u00fclke bundan etkilenecek. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc dipten gelen \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir dalga var. Maliyetlerin d\u00fc\u015fmesiyle ABD ve \u00c7in dahil b\u00fcy\u00fck ekonomiler bu konudaki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme dahil olacak \u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cREFORMLARA DEVAM ED\u0130P ENERJ\u0130 YATIRIMLARINI \u00dcLKEM\u0130ZE \u00c7EKECE\u011e\u0130Z\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (ETKB) Bakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Dr. Alparslan Bayraktar<\/strong>, pandeminin k\u00fcresel iktisadi sistemi ve enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc de olumsuz etkilemesiyle, \u00f6zellikle d\u00fcnya ekonomisinin <strong>% 4<\/strong> oran\u0131nda daralmas\u0131 nedeniyle <strong>ekonomik aktivitelerin azalmas\u0131na<\/strong> ve sonucunda da emisyonlar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne i\u015faret etti. Dr. Alparslan Bayraktar, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c2021\u2019i geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 da enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda y\u00fczde 10\u2019luk bir art\u0131\u015f bekliyor. Karbon n\u00f6tr olmayla alakal\u0131 bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkeden 2050 taahh\u00fctlerini duyuyoruz. Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u0130klim kanunu \u00e7ok yak\u0131n bir tarihte \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Hukuki bir baza oturdu. Bu hedeflere nas\u0131l ula\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 konusunda \u00e7ok ciddi bir i\u015faret ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00f6yleyemiyorum. T\u00fcrkiye geli\u015fmekte olan bir \u00fclke olarak Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 yerine getirmeye gayret ediyor. Bununla birlikte yenilebilir enerji alan\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin elektrikteki toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczde 53&#8217;\u00fc yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan olu\u015fuyor. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l elektrik \u00fcretiminin y\u00fczde 43&#8217;\u00fc bu kaynaklardan sa\u011fland\u0131. Yenilenebilir kaynaklardan elektrik \u00fcretimi ABD, \u00c7in, Almanya ve Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k gibi bu alanda \u00f6nde gelen \u00fclkelerde y\u00fczde 17 ile y\u00fczde 36 aras\u0131nda. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, yenilenebilir enerjide olduk\u00e7a ileri bir noktaday\u0131z. 2020&#8217;de yenilenebilir kaynakl\u0131 elektrik \u00fcretimiyle yakla\u015f\u0131k 73 milyon ton karbon emisyonu sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebildik. K\u0131sa ve orta vadede mutlak emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131yla ilgili T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin \u00f6n\u00fcnde ciddi zorluklar var ve bu anlamda bir hedef koymak \u00e7ok m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fcyor. Bunun ekonomik boyutunda ise \u00f6rne\u011fin, 2020&#8217;de 46 milyar liral\u0131k bir yenilenebilir enerji deste\u011finden bahsediyoruz. 2017 ile 2020 aras\u0131nda enerji verimlili\u011fine yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131m 5 milyar dolara yak\u0131n. Bu rakamlara bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn faturas\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu\u011funu da g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Global s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 <strong>1,5 derecede<\/strong> tutabilmek i\u00e7in <strong>2030 y\u0131l\u0131na<\/strong> kadar karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 <strong>% 45<\/strong> azaltma gibi bir hedef var. Bu panelde \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde nas\u0131l yank\u0131 buldu\u011funu konu\u015faca\u011f\u0131z\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Panelin konu\u015fmac\u0131lar\u0131ndan<strong>\u00a0Shell T\u00fcrkiye \u00dclke Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ahmet Erdem<\/strong>, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck hidrokarbon \u00fcreticilerinden biri olan Shell\u2019in 2050\u2019de net karbon s\u0131f\u0131r hedefine do\u011fru gitti\u011fini belirterek, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cKendi operasyonlar\u0131m\u0131zdan kaynakl\u0131 karbon yo\u011funlu\u011funu 2023\u2019e kadar y\u00fczde 8\u2019e indirmeyi hedefliyoruz. Bunu enerji verimlili\u011fi ve yenilenebilir enerjiyi kullanarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz. 2030\u2019a kadar y\u00fczde 20, 2035\u2019e kadar y\u00fczde 45, 2050\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda y\u00fczde 100\u2019e ula\u015facak bir plan\u0131m\u0131z var. 2019\u2019da petrol \u00fcretimimiz zirve yapt\u0131. 2030\u2019a kadar petrol \u00fcretimini her y\u0131l y\u00fczde 2 azaltmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. 2030\u2019da petrol\u00fcn de azalmas\u0131yla Shell\u2019in portf\u00f6y\u00fcndeki hidrokarbonun\u00a0Petrol\u00fcn de azalmas\u0131yla 2030\u2019da Shell\u2019in portf\u00f6y\u00fcndeki hidrokarbonun neredeyse y\u00fczde 55\u2019i veya daha \u00fczeri do\u011falgaza d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f olacak. Do\u011falgaz\u0131 bir ge\u00e7i\u015f yak\u0131t\u0131 olarak da \u00f6nemli g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.\u00a0Karayolu, deniz, demiryollar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda do\u011falgaz\u0131n yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rece\u011fiz. Tesislerimizdeki rafineleri enerji park\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeyi hedefliyoruz.
