G\u00fcvenli, \u00e7evreci ve ekonomik do\u011fal gaz hizmetini en iyi ve en kaliteli \u015fekilde verme hedefiyle Ar-Ge \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten Kayserigaz ve Bursagaz, \u20183D Yazd\u0131rma Teknolojileri ile <strong>Do\u011fal Gaz Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131mda Kullan\u0131lacak Ekipmanlar\u0131n \u00dcretiminin Ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 Projesi<\/strong>\u2019ni hayata ge\u00e7irdi. <strong>Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurumu\u2019nun (EPDK)<\/strong> onay\u0131yla ba\u015flayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda, do\u011fal gaz\u0131n da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan <strong>ekipman<\/strong> ve par\u00e7alar\u0131n <strong>3D yazd\u0131rma teknolojisiyle \u00fcretilmesi<\/strong> i\u00e7in yaz\u0131l\u0131m geli\u015ftirilmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>SEKT\u00d6RE Y\u00d6N VERECEK N\u0130TEL\u0130KTE B\u0130R PROJE<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>SOCAR T\u00fcrkiye Do\u011fal Gaz \u0130\u015f Birimi Tarife, Yat\u0131r\u0131m ve Payda\u015f \u0130li\u015fkileri Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc <strong>Ertan Y\u0131ld\u0131z<\/strong>, SOCAR T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yenilik\u00e7i vizyonuyla aral\u0131ks\u0131z devam eden ve sekt\u00f6re y\u00f6n veren nitelikte Ar-Ge \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na bir yenisini eklediklerini belirterek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: <em>\u201cDo\u011fal gaz da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ilklerin ve yeniliklerin \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc olmak vizyonuyla, y\u0131llard\u0131r <strong>Ar-Ge projeleri<\/strong>ni geli\u015ftirerek ad\u0131m ad\u0131m hayata ge\u00e7iriyoruz. Kayserigaz, do\u011fal gaz da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde EPDK taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilmi\u015f ilk <strong>Ar-Ge projesi<\/strong>nin sahibi olan, sekt\u00f6re <strong>yenilik\u00e7i uygulamalar kazand\u0131ran<\/strong> \u00f6nc\u00fc bir \u015firket. Bursagaz ise EPDK taraf\u0131ndan <strong>Ar-Ge projeleri<\/strong> en \u00e7ok onaylanan \u015firket konumunda. Her iki \u015firketin sahip oldu\u011fu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc inovasyon kas\u0131 ve altyap\u0131s\u0131 sayesinde, yine sekt\u00f6re y\u00f6n verecek bir proje geli\u015ftirdik.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>MAL\u0130YET AZALACAK, STOK \u0130HT\u0130YACI ORTADAN KALKACAK<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Do\u011fal gaz da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketlerinin envanterindeki t\u00fcm par\u00e7alar\u0131n <strong>3D teknolojisiyle<\/strong> yazd\u0131r\u0131larak \u00fcretilmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6ren bu projenin \u00f6nemli avantajlar sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Y\u0131ld\u0131z, projenin detaylar\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131: <em>\u201cYeni da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febekelerinin kurulumu veya <strong>mevcut \u015febekelerin bak\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcrecinde<\/strong> \u00e7ok say\u0131da malzeme kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu malzemelerin bir k\u0131sm\u0131nda temin etme veya gecikme sorunu ya\u015fanabiliyor. Baz\u0131 ekipmanlar\u0131n ise maliyetleri y\u00fcksek olabiliyor.<strong> 3D teknolojisiyle<\/strong> alternatif bir \u00fcretim yaparak daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetle, daha <strong>h\u0131zl\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>stok ihtiyac\u0131<\/strong> olmadan malzeme temin etmemiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacak. \u015eirketlerin maliyetleri azal\u0131rken, yeni \u015febeke kurulumu ve bak\u0131m s\u00fcreleri k\u0131salabilecek.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u015eu anda <strong>3D teknolojisiyle ekipman \u00fcretiminin<\/strong> detayl\u0131 analizini yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Y\u0131ld\u0131z, \u00fcretilebilecek par\u00e7alar\u0131n altyap\u0131 olu\u015fturularak ya da hizmet al\u0131m\u0131 y\u00f6ntemiyle temin maliyetlerini belirleyeceklerini s\u00f6yledi. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n sonunda elde edilen verilerle, <strong>\u00e7ok \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctl\u00fc karar verme modelleri<\/strong>nin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>bulut tabanl\u0131 par\u00e7a temin \u00f6neri<\/strong> ve <strong>bilgilendirme sistem yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> geli\u015ftireceklerini, son a\u015famada ise geli\u015ftirdikleri yaz\u0131l\u0131mla \u00fcretime ge\u00e7eceklerini belirtti.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>KAYSER\u0130GAZ\u2019IN 2 FARKLI AR-GE PROJES\u0130 DAHA TAMAMLANDI<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ar-Ge \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na<\/strong> t\u00fcm h\u0131z\u0131yla devam eden Kayserigaz\u2019\u0131n geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi, EPDK onayl\u0131 iki farkl\u0131 <strong>Ar-Ge projesi<\/strong> de ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlanarak uygulamaya al\u0131nd\u0131. <strong>Do\u011fal gaz saya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n otomatik okunmas\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in yeni nesil<strong> dijital RF ileti\u015fim y\u00f6ntemi geli\u015ftirmeyi<\/strong> ama\u00e7layan \u2018Mekanik Do\u011fal Gaz Saya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n Uzaktan Otomatik Olarak Okunmas\u0131nda Yeni Nesil Bir Say\u0131sal RF \u0130leti\u015fim Y\u00f6ntemi Geli\u015ftirilmesi ve Pilot Uygulama Projesi\u2019 ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan canl\u0131ya al\u0131nd\u0131.<strong> \u2018Robotik Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve Geli\u015ftirme Projesi\u2019<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda ise kuruma gelen bilgi taleplerinin geleneksel y\u00f6ntemler yerine, robotik s\u00fcre\u00e7 otomasyonu kullan\u0131larak yan\u0131tlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni bir sistem geli\u015ftirildi. Bursagaz ile ortak geli\u015ftirilen bu sistem her iki \u015firkette de kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>BURSAGAZ\u2019IN 4 FARKLI AR-GE PROJES\u0130 DAHA YOLDA<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bursagaz\u2019\u0131n 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda EPDK taraf\u0131ndan onaylanan iki farkl\u0131<strong> Ar-Ge projesinde<\/strong> sona yakla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febekelerinin imalat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda daha g\u00fcvenilir ve verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na olanak sa\u011flayacak \u2018Kompozit Projesi\u2019 kapsam\u0131nda, <strong>\u00e7elik boruya alternatif<\/strong> olarak <strong>kompozit boru \u00fcretiliyor<\/strong>. Daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve esnek olan bu borunun imalat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, teknik standardizasyon testlerinin ard\u0131ndan tamamlanacak. Fiziksel engellerin ve zorlu ko\u015fullar\u0131n oldu\u011fu durumlarda gaz\u0131n uzaktan eri\u015fimle kesilmesini hedefleyen<strong> \u2018Uzaktan Gaz Kesme Projesi\u2019<\/strong> ise pilot \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ard\u0131ndan uygulamaya al\u0131nacak.<\/p>\n<p>EPDK onay\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l alan <strong>\u2018\u00c7ift Tarafl\u0131 Servis Te Projesi\u2019<\/strong> ve <strong>\u2018Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u0130\u00e7 Tesisat Projesi\u2019<\/strong> i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ise s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. \u00c7ift Tarafl\u0131 Servis Te Projesi\u2019nde<strong> \u00e7ift tarafl\u0131 servis ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131<\/strong> geli\u015ftirilerek, \u015febekenin ana hatt\u0131nda daha az ara ba\u011flant\u0131 eleman\u0131 kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, b\u00f6ylece <strong>ka\u00e7ak riskinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. <strong>Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u0130\u00e7 Tesisat Projesi<\/strong>\u2019nde ise kamu kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n<strong> gaz teslim istasyonlar\u0131nda<\/strong> SCADA sistemi kullan\u0131larak <strong>acil durum, yang\u0131n, gaz ka\u00e7aklar\u0131<\/strong> ve benzeri durumlarda <strong>uzaktan<\/strong> veya <strong>otomatik \u015fekilde gaz arz\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> kesilerek<strong> g\u00fcvenli<\/strong> ve <strong>s\u00fcrekli gaz arz\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131<\/strong> hedefleniyor.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Turkish.
