Dr. Mustafa Evren Er\u015fahin ve Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi T\u00fcrker T\u00fcrken\u2019in m\u00fcsilaj sorununa ili\u015fkin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6neriler yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00fcsilaj olu\u015fumu<\/strong> ve sebep oldu\u011fu zararlarla ilgili <strong>analiz modellerinin<\/strong> de yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 raporda,<strong> \u0130T\u00dc Uydu Haberle\u015fme ve Uzaktan Alg\u0131lama Merkezi (UHUZAM)<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan uydu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerine de yer veriliyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Teknik raporda m\u00fcsilaj sorununun nedenleri ortaya konuyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>G\u00fcncel verilerine g\u00f6re, Marmara Denizi havzas\u0131ndaki belediye at\u0131ksular\u0131n\u0131n <strong>%53<\/strong>\u2019\u00fc mekanik ar\u0131tma, %42\u2019si ileri biyolojik (C, N, P giderimle) ar\u0131tma, <strong>%5<\/strong>\u2019i ise biyolojik (C, k\u0131smi N, P giderimli) ar\u0131tma sonras\u0131<strong> denize de\u015farj<\/strong> edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marmara Denizi<\/strong> ve<strong> \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131<\/strong>\u2019nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen <strong>modelleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131<\/strong> sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, Marmara\u2019da <strong>\u00f6trofikasyon kontrol\u00fc<\/strong> ve alt tabakadaki<strong> \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f oksijen seviyesinin<\/strong> daha da k\u00f6t\u00fcye gitmesinin \u00f6nlenmesi; di\u011fer bir deyi\u015fle, al\u0131c\u0131 ortam\u0131n <strong>y\u00fczme su sporlar\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k<\/strong> gibi ama\u00e7larla kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, ba\u015fta \u0130stanbul olmak \u00fczere <strong>Marmara\u2019ya<\/strong> yap\u0131lacak b\u00fct\u00fcn noktasal <strong>at\u0131ksu de\u015farjlar\u0131<\/strong> \u00f6ncesi <strong>biyolojik C, N ve P giderimli ar\u0131tma uygulanmas\u0131<\/strong> \u00f6nerilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Son 10 y\u0131lda ba\u015fta <strong>\u0130stanbul, \u0130zmit<\/strong> ve <strong>Bursa<\/strong> olmak \u00fczere <strong>Marmara\u2019ya<\/strong> yap\u0131lan <strong>kentsel<\/strong> ve <strong>end\u00fcstriyel at\u0131ksu de\u015farjlar\u0131<\/strong> \u00f6ncesi biyolojik<strong> N<\/strong> ve<strong> P giderimli ar\u0131tma uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong> h\u0131z kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu uygulamalar\u0131n sonucu olarak \u00f6zellikle Hali\u00e7, \u0130zmit ve Gemlik K\u00f6rfezlerinde belirgin <strong>su kalitesi iyile\u015fmeleri<\/strong> sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f ve<strong> biyo-\u00e7e\u015fitlilik<\/strong> artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak <strong>Yenikap\u0131, Kad\u0131k\u00f6y, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece<\/strong> ve <strong>B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece \u00d6n Ar\u0131tma Tesisleri<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f sular\u0131n\u0131n<strong> de\u015farj edildi\u011fi<\/strong> <strong>B\u00fcy\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Baba Burnu ~ Tuzla Yar\u0131madas\u0131<\/strong> aks\u0131 kuzeyi ile su al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finin s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 oldu\u011fu \u0130zmit K\u00f6rfezi do\u011fu b\u00f6lgesinde alt tabakadaki \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f oksijen seviyelerinin <strong>&lt; 2 mg\/L<\/strong> oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlenmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>10 maddede m\u00fcsilaj sorununa \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1- <strong>Marmara Denizi<\/strong>\u2019ni, Bo\u011fazlar\u0131 ve deniz ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ine alan <strong>Marmara Havzas\u0131<\/strong> bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak ele al\u0131n\u0131p de\u011ferlendirilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>2- Marmara Denizi\u2019nde m\u00fcsilaj olu\u015fum s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini artt\u0131ran <strong>kirletici y\u00fcklerinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in disiplinleraras\u0131 <strong>bilimsel temelli<\/strong> bir yakla\u015f\u0131m <strong>uygulanmal\u0131<\/strong> ve<strong> \u00fcniversite-kamu-sanayi-\u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r-STK i\u015fbirlikleri<\/strong> geli\u015ftirilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>3- <strong>\u0130leri Biyolojik AAT<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f sular\u0131n\u0131n azami oranda kentsel ye\u015fil alanlar\u0131n (varsa tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131n\u0131n) sulamas\u0131nda ve\/veya end\u00fcstride kullan\u0131larak, <strong>Marmara\u2019ya<\/strong> verilen <strong>at\u0131ksu miktar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>4- <strong>At\u0131ksu ar\u0131tma tesislerinde geri kazan\u0131ma<\/strong> \u00f6ncelik verilmelidir. Bu kapsamda yenilik\u00e7i, az yer kaplayan ve enerji verimlili\u011fi y\u00fcksek <strong>at\u0131ksu ar\u0131tma proseslerinin uygulanmas\u0131na<\/strong> ge\u00e7ilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>5- <strong>OSB<\/strong> ve <strong>tekil sanayi tesislerinin<\/strong> etkin izleme ve <strong>denetimlerle \u00f6ncelikli<\/strong> ve <strong>tehlikeli maddeleri<\/strong> belediye <strong>kanal \u015febekesine de\u015farj etmeleri<\/strong> \u00f6nlenmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>6- Marmara Denizi \u00fcst tabakas\u0131nda <strong>ekolojik \u015fartlar\u0131n olu\u015fumu<\/strong> desteklenmelidir.<strong> Karadeniz, Marmara<\/strong> ve <strong>Ege Denizi<\/strong> aras\u0131ndaki bal\u0131k g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcyle <strong>bal\u0131k s\u0131\u011f\u0131nma\/yumurtlama alanlar\u0131<\/strong> korunarak bu b\u00f6lgelerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>7- <strong>Su kalitesi<\/strong> s\u00fcrekli takip edilmeli, <strong>evsel<\/strong> ve <strong>end\u00fcstriyel AAT de\u015farjlar\u0131n\u0131n izleme, denetim<\/strong> ve <strong>yapt\u0131r\u0131m kapasitelerinin<\/strong> geli\u015ftirilerek, standartlara uygun olarak i\u015fletilmeyen tesislere cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 ile izleme verilerinin payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>8- <strong>\u0130leri biyolojik at\u0131ksu ar\u0131tma tesisleri<\/strong>nin i\u015fletiminin, uzman \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r firmalar\u0131nca, asgari 8-10 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00f6zle\u015fmelere dayal\u0131 olarak i\u015fletilmeleri yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>9- \u00d6zellikle <strong>m\u00fcsilaj<\/strong> ve <strong>kirlenmenin izlenmesi<\/strong> i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 mek\u00e2nsal ve zamansal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fcklerde uydu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri temin edilmelidir. Aktif uydu sistemleri incelenerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara <strong>entegre<\/strong> edilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>10- <strong>Marmara Denizi<\/strong> ve <strong>Havzas\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>karar destek sistemi<\/strong> olarak da hizmet edecek dinamik bir <strong>Co\u011frafi Bilgi Sistemi (CBS)<\/strong> kurulmal\u0131d\u0131r.
