Amerikan Ye\u015fil Bina Konseyi\u2019nin; \u00a0<strong>\u201cLEED v4 Bina Tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve \u0130n\u015faat\u0131\u201d<\/strong> kategorisinde verdi\u011fi <strong>\u201cLEED Alt\u0131n v4\u201d<\/strong> sertifikas\u0131 ile<strong> cami bu belgeyi almaya<\/strong> hak kazanan <strong><u>d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ilk camisi<\/u><\/strong> oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Hedef ve strateji belirleme toplant\u0131lar\u0131yla ba\u015flayan LEED Alt\u0131n sertifika s\u00fcreci, caminin \u00a0projelendirme ve in\u015faat s\u00fcrecinde de devam etti. Bu sayede LEED sertifikasyon s\u00fcreci do\u011frultusunda belirlenen hedeflere en h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ali Ku\u015f\u00e7u Cami-i \u015eerifi, t\u00fcm de\u011ferlendirmeleri ge\u00e7erek Alt\u0131n sertifikay\u0131 almaya hak kazand\u0131\u2026\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>LEED Sertifikasyon sistemi<\/strong>, tasar\u0131m s\u00fcrecinden ba\u015flayarak in\u015faat\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131na kadar devam eden uzun soluklu bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olmakla birlikte, birden \u00e7ok disiplini ilgilendiren konular\u0131 kaps\u0131yor. Sistem, binalar\u0131 <strong>s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir arazi, su verimlili\u011fi, enerji ve atmosfer, malzemeler ve kaynaklar, i\u00e7 mek\u00e2n ya\u015fam kalitesi, tasar\u0131mda inovasyon, yerel \u00f6nem s\u0131ras\u0131<\/strong> gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131nda de\u011ferlendiriyor. \u00d6n ko\u015fullar\u0131 sa\u011flayan yap\u0131lar de\u011ferlendirmeler sonucunda ald\u0131klar\u0131 puanlara g\u00f6re Sertifikal\u0131,<strong> G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f, Alt\u0131n<\/strong> veya <strong>Platin<\/strong> d\u00fczeyinde tescilleniyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Havaliman\u0131 \u015fehri (Airport City)<\/strong> i\u00e7erisinde bulunan <strong>Ali Ku\u015f\u00e7u Cami-i \u015eerifi<\/strong> arazisinde, in\u015faat esnas\u0131nda ve sonras\u0131nda do\u011fal ya\u015fam\u0131n korunmas\u0131na azami \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde dikkat edildi. Cami arazisinde ye\u015fillendirilen alanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 <strong>% 30<\/strong>\u2019un \u00fczerinde olacak \u015fekilde tasarland\u0131. Yap\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n altyap\u0131ya ve \u00f6zelikle ya\u011fmur suyu \u015febekesine getirece\u011fi y\u00fck\u00fcn en aza indirgenmesi i\u00e7in sert zeminlerin oran\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tutulurken, <strong>\u0131s\u0131 adas\u0131 etkisini azaltmak<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>\u00e7at\u0131<\/strong> ve<strong> sert zeminlerde<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131k renkli kaplama malzemeleri tercih edildi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n en \u00e7evreci Camisi\u2026\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ali Ku\u015f\u00e7u Cami-i \u015eerifi<\/strong>\u2019nde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar ve ziyaret\u00e7iler i\u00e7in<strong> bisiklet kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmek<\/strong> amac\u0131yla <strong>bisiklet park alanlar\u0131<\/strong> d\u00fczenlenirken, camide kullan\u0131lan<strong>\u00a0su armat\u00fcrleri<\/strong> ve<strong> vitrifiyelerde<\/strong> su tasarrufu sa\u011flama \u00f6zelli\u011fi arand\u0131. Camideki enerji harcayan t\u00fcm sistemler, <strong>LEED<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan belirtilen <strong>\u201ccommissioning\u201d prosed\u00fcrleri<\/strong>ne uygun olarak denetlenirken gerek montaj gerekse kullan\u0131m esnas\u0131nda hedeflenen <strong>performans kriterlerine uygun<\/strong> olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 tespit edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Cami\u2019de kullan\u0131lan <strong>ayd\u0131nlatma<\/strong> ve <strong>mekanik sistemlerde<\/strong> ise <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> \u00f6n planda tutulurken, caminin y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi kadar <strong>karbon ayak izi<\/strong> s\u0131f\u0131rland\u0131. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra cami tasar\u0131m\u0131nda <strong>g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde faydalan\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131ld\u0131.
