Bu veriler; <strong>T\u00fcrkiye, Azerbaycan<\/strong> ve <strong>G\u00fcrcistan<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan <strong>a\u00e7\u0131k veriler<\/strong> ile birle\u015ftirilerek Kafkasya b\u00f6lgesinin<strong> sismotektonik<\/strong> ve<strong> jeodinamik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 anlamak<\/strong> i\u00e7in analiz edilecek.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cKAFKASYA\u2019DA B\u0130LG\u0130 EKS\u0130KL\u0130\u011e\u0130 VAR\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kafkasya\u2019daki politik ili\u015fkilerin karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, <strong>sismolojik<\/strong> ve <strong>jeodezik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131<\/strong> zorla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden <strong>Dr. Sezim Ezgi G\u00fcvercin<\/strong>, arazi g\u00f6zlemlerine elveri\u015fli olmayan bu b\u00f6lgede <strong>sismoloji ve jeodezi g\u00f6zlem noktalar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n seyrek oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Bu sorunlar\u0131 a\u015fmak ve literat\u00fcrdeki bo\u015flu\u011fu doldurmak i\u00e7in <strong>T\u00dcB\u0130TAK<\/strong> ile <strong>Rusya Temel Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar Vakf\u0131 (RFBR)<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan desteklenecek projenin neden ortaya <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131yor:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c<strong>Kafkas S\u0131rada\u011flar\u0131, Avrasya<\/strong> ve <strong>Arabistan levhalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong> ile olu\u015fan ana yap\u0131lardan birisi. Y\u00fcksekli\u011fi<strong> 5 bin 642 metreyi<\/strong> bulan <strong>850 kilometre uzunlu\u011fundaki<\/strong> bu s\u0131rada\u011flar, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n en y\u00fcksek noktas\u0131. B\u00f6lgedeki <strong>deprem aktivitesi<\/strong>ni, <strong>aktif faylanmay\u0131<\/strong> ve<strong> yer kabu\u011fundaki de\u011fi\u015fimleri<\/strong> g\u00fcvenilir \u015fekilde g\u00f6zlemleyip bu bilgileri<strong> kabuk alt\u0131 jeodinamik sistem<\/strong> ile<strong> ili\u015fkilendirmek<\/strong> gerekiyor. Ancak b\u00f6lgenin co\u011frafi yap\u0131s\u0131ndaki <strong>zorluklar<\/strong> ve<strong> politik ili\u015fkilerin karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> bu t\u00fcr projelerin s\u0131k\u00e7a yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyen fakt\u00f6rlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda geliyor. <strong>Ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 zor b\u00f6lgeleri<\/strong> ile <strong>arazi g\u00f6zlemlerine elveri\u015fli<\/strong> olmayan <strong>Kafkasya\u2019da<\/strong> sismoloji ve jeodezi g\u00f6zlem noktalar\u0131n\u0131n <strong>da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 da olduk\u00e7a seyrek<\/strong>. Kafkasya i\u00e7in daha do\u011fru yer modelleri olu\u015fturmak ancak b\u00f6lgedeki <strong>t\u00fcm \u00fclkelerin sismoloji<\/strong> ve <strong>jeodezi verilerinin<\/strong> birlikte kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ile sa\u011flanabilir. Projenin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131 \u2018Bu verileri bir araya getirip, b\u00f6lge ile ilgili bilgi eksikli\u011fini kapatmaya nas\u0131l yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabiliriz\u2019 sorusu oldu.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cT\u00dcRK\u0130YE VE RUSYA\u2019DAN 13 ARA\u015eTIRMACI 3 YIL \u00c7ALI\u015eACAK\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dr. G\u00fcvercin\u2019in payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgilere g\u00f6re may\u0131sta ba\u015flayan proje<strong> 3 y\u0131l<\/strong> s\u00fcrecek. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den<strong> Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i<\/strong> ile birlikte <strong>Y\u0131ld\u0131z Teknik, \u0130stanbul Teknik<\/strong> ve <strong>Gebze Teknik \u00fcniversiteleri<\/strong>nden ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n da g\u00f6rev alaca\u011f\u0131 projede, Rusya\u2019n\u0131n lider y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131ndan<strong> Lomonosov Moskova Devlet \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong> ile <strong>Rusya Bilim Akademisi<\/strong>\u2019nden <strong>7 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 da<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak. Bilim insan\u0131, projede toplamda <strong>13 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve <strong>bir\u00e7ok lisans\u00fcst\u00fc \u00f6\u011frencisi<\/strong>nin de desteklenece\u011fini belirterek, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye aya\u011f\u0131nda Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi Jeofizik Anabilim Dal\u0131\u2019ndan iki, Jeodezi Anabilim Dal\u0131\u2019ndan bir ki\u015fi g\u00f6rev alacak. <strong>Y\u0131ld\u0131z Teknik \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong>&#8216;nden iki, <strong>\u0130stanbul Teknik<\/strong> ve <strong>Gebze Teknik \u00fcniversiteleri<\/strong>nden de birer ki\u015fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak. Rusya&#8217;dan ise <strong>Lomonosov Moskova Devlet \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong> ve<strong> Rusya Bilim Akademisi<\/strong>\u2019nden<strong> 7 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131<\/strong> olacak. Bununla birlikte T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den doktora sonras\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131, y\u00fcksek lisans ve doktora \u00f6\u011frencileri de desteklenecek\u201d diye konu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cKAFKASYA\u2019DAK\u0130 DEPREM AKT\u0130V\u0130TES\u0130N\u0130 ANLAMAK \u0130ST\u0130YORUZ\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Dr. Sezim Ezgi G\u00fcvercin<\/strong>, proje sayesinde Kafkasya\u2019daki listosferin (yer kabu\u011fu ve mantoyu kapsayan b\u00f6l\u00fcm) ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir foto\u011fraf\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ekilece\u011fini de dile getiriyor. <strong>Azerbaycan, Ermenistan<\/strong> ve <strong>G\u00fcrcistan\u2019dan<\/strong> elde edilecek verilerin de kullanaca\u011f\u0131 bilgisini payla\u015fan Dr. G\u00fcvercin, ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n s\u00fcreci ile ilgili <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015funlar\u0131 ekliyor:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda bir araya getirilecek <strong>sismik a\u011f verileri yard\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> ile <strong>depremlerin konumlar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi<\/strong> m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacak. Buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak elde edilen <strong>veriler<\/strong> ve<strong> sonu\u00e7lar<\/strong> hem b\u00f6lgedeki <strong>faylar\u0131n geometrisinin<\/strong> hem de <strong>litosfer yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckl\u00fc<\/strong> olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenmesine imk\u00e2n tan\u0131yacak. Deprem kaynak mekanizma \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleriyle de b\u00f6lgedeki faylanma ve gerilme da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 hakk\u0131nda detayl\u0131 bilgi sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z. Bu bulgular, yeni <strong>GNSS h\u0131z alan\u0131ndan<\/strong> elde edilen bulgularla de\u011ferlendirilerek <strong>y\u00fczey-derin deformasyon ili\u015fkisi<\/strong>ni daha iyi anlamam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayacak.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cRUSYA\u2019NIN KAPALI VER\u0130LER\u0130 \u0130LK KEZ T\u00dcRK\u0130YE \u0130LE PAYLA\u015eILACAK\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda Rusya, kapal\u0131 olan <strong>jeodezi verilerini<\/strong> de ilk defa <strong>T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong> ile payla\u015facak. Bunun <strong>b\u00f6lgedeki siyasal gerginlikler<\/strong> d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, \u00f6rnek bir i\u015f birli\u011fi oldu\u011funu vurgulayan <strong>Dr. G\u00fcvercin<\/strong>, projenin ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma iklimine yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">katk\u0131y\u0131 da \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131yor:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Yer bilimlerinde bu \u00f6l\u00e7ekte bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma grubu ilk kez olu\u015fturulacak. Ayr\u0131ca ilk kez Rusya\u2019n\u0131n kapal\u0131 olan verileri, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kullan\u0131m\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131lacak. B\u00f6ylece bu iki \u00fclkenin <strong>sismoloji<\/strong> ve <strong>jeodezi verileri<\/strong> tabanlari birle\u015ftirilecek. Rusya arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla Ermenistan verisini de alaca\u011f\u0131z. Bilimde s\u0131n\u0131r olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek bu projeye ba\u015flad\u0131k. Bir araya gelemedi\u011fimiz zamanlarda bile bu \u00fclkelerdeki ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar aras\u0131nda <strong>g\u00f6zlemler<\/strong> ve <strong>fikirler<\/strong> zaten payla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yordu. B\u00f6lge uzun zamand\u0131r gerginliklerin ve s\u0131cak \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n <strong>ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir iklimin i\u00e7erisinde<\/strong>.
