Bu esnada <strong>Norve\u00e7<\/strong>, ekonomisini <strong>fosil yak\u0131t sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden<\/strong> ay\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00f6ntemler ve teknolojiler kullanmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Avrupa\u2019dan daha uza\u011fa gidildi\u011finde, <strong>7. s\u0131rada<\/strong> yer alan Kosta Rika ve<strong> 8. s\u0131rada<\/strong> yer alan Yeni Zelanda, daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00fclkelerin nas\u0131l d\u00fcnya lideri<strong> karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma g\u00fcndemleri<\/strong> ortaya koyabilece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Orta Amerika \u00fclkesi <strong>2021 y\u0131l\u0131na<\/strong> kadar tamamen<strong> yenilenebilir kaynaklardan elektrik \u00fcretmeyi<\/strong> hedeflerken, <strong>G\u00fcney Pasifik ada \u00fclkesi<\/strong> ise 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar <strong>karbon n\u00f6tr<\/strong> hale gelmeye y\u00f6nelik bir yasa y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe koyarak <strong>cesur<\/strong> ve <strong>d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmsel<\/strong> bir <strong>iklim politikas\u0131yla<\/strong> \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>En fazla karbon emisyonuna yol a\u00e7an \u00fclkelerden baz\u0131lar\u0131 Avrupa \u00fclkelerinin gerisinde yer almakla birlikte ilerleme kaydediyor. Birle\u015fik Devletler <strong>40. s\u0131rada<\/strong> yer al\u0131yor, ancak son y\u0131llarda <strong>emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltt\u0131<\/strong> ve d\u00fcnyada verilen <strong>ye\u015fil patentlerin<\/strong> yakla\u015f\u0131k be\u015fte birine ev sahipli\u011fi yap\u0131yor. Bununla beraber ABD ekonomisi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde fosil yak\u0131tlara ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. \u00d6te yandan <strong>21. s\u0131rada<\/strong> yer alan ve yenilenebilir enerjiyi benimseyen <strong>Hindistan<\/strong>, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck vejetaryen n\u00fcfusuna sahipken, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri \u00fcreticisi ve en fazla <strong>karbon emisyonuna<\/strong> yol a\u00e7an <strong>3&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc<\/strong> \u00fclkesi olmaya devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0130lerleme katetmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ye\u015fil Gelecek Endeksi<\/strong>, ekonomilerin gelece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen <strong>iklim g\u00fcndemlerinden<\/strong> nas\u0131l faydalanabilece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Ne yaz\u0131k ki bu durumun tersi de ge\u00e7erli. <em>Birle\u015fik Arap Emirlikleri (42.) ve Nijerya (53.), en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ve be\u015finci ham petrol ihracat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131yken, Endonezya (57.), Vietnam (49.) ve G\u00fcney Afrika (47.),<\/em> en b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00f6m\u00fcr ihracat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131. <strong>Karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma<\/strong>, bu \u00fclkelerin ekonomik durumu i\u00e7in bir varolu\u015f tehdidi olu\u015fturuyor.
